Location is somewhere in the boundary between Taguig and Makati, inside a subdivision. It is maybe an 8-miute drive to Uptown mall, longer for SM Aura / Market Market area (maybe 15 minutes). You need to have a vehicle or book Grab, no other feasible commute options that I saw during my stay.

The room was adequate for my needs, AC working well, bed and beddings very comfortable, restroom towels and toiletries provided.

There is no closet, though, just an area where you can hng a few clothes in the corner of the room.

The desk provided was good as I had to work some while I was there, but the electric outlets were not close to the working desk so I had to charge my laptop in between working.

Every brekky comes with fried rice, two typical Pinoy breakfast proteins and an egg dish. You also have bread (white loaf), and some fruit and veg options (like tomato, cucumber and sliced pineapples).

The second day the fried rice was still wet, like it wasn't fried properly. Other than that it's ok.

I love that there is a store in the lobby in case you need anything in the middle of the night or what, but free water was somehow not as accessible. There wasn't a water station in our floor or hall.

All in all, basic stay material.

Great that they have 24 hours reception. Room I stayed at was clean, no bad smell, sheets were clean too, with soft bed and different pillow types. TV had no channels though, WiFi signal was weak. Breakfast buffet is basic, not a lot of choices but crews were very friendly.

I only had one issue throughout my stay and that was the check-in process. Receptionist almost made me pay for 2 nights and wanted me to check out in 12 hours, which was ridiculous and I had to explain multiple times.

Had to spend the night at this hotel after traveling from Baguio to attend to some issues at St. Luke's.

Cons:
• It was somewhat hard to find. Google Maps pointed us to the wrong street (the street behind the hotel and it was a one-way dead-end street).
• Limited parking space.
• Not for staycation.

Pros:
• Quiet place since it is situated inside a subdivision.
• Near Bonifacio High Street.
• Cheap place if you just need a place to crash.

Weird location - located inside a gated village. Room is small, furniture shows wear and tear, there's no chair available so it's not a good place if you want work done, amenities - almost none (what they have are super basic - I guess just so they can be called a 'hotel with amenities, but seriously, you'd doubt using what they provide). Building layout is confusing with no labels on room number location and hallway is quite dark. I don't understand why they'd ask for deposit, quite hilarious given the quality of what they have in the room. Internet is not fast at all, choppy and intermittent. I don't feel secured being here at all. First time to book... definitely will be the last time.

The location is not accessible. It somewhere out there end of the border of bgc. The rooms were so cramped n small, no space to move or even to place your Luggage. Room rates were expensive, fir the same price, u can find better place n location inside bgc.

Was very happy with this place. It's in a subdivision called Cavalry Village just north of the malls, you can walk down in 15 minutes. Seemed to have been recently refurbished, everything was spotless. Cab driver had trouble finding it but got there. Note that there are a few places called MySpace around there check you are looking at the right one on google maps.

The only budget hotel that answered my call at 1am in the morning.
The receptionist was accommodating. Service is great and room is clean.
Don't expect a five star size but it is worth the stay.
I will come back to stay here given the chance to be within the place for business.
Price is not too high and not too low.
Highly recommended.

We arrived at half past 11pm because the traffic situation from Manila to Batagas was just impossible. Booked a night here as it was conveniently close to where we last shopped.

The room is small (just enough space to fit 2 single beds) and really basic. This was not an issue as we only wanted a place to spend the night but the aircon was placed on the side that it just did not do its job. It was hot and stuffy. I could not sleep at all!

I did not mind that there was practically no walking space nor that there was nothing in the room but a hotel room at this price should at least be comfortable. (It is already 2:30am and I am still up and pissed!)

Oh we did request for a transfer because we thought there might be an alternative. But reception said to just wait until room gets colder. Well, 3 hrs later and only 1/3 of this not more than 30 square meter room is cold and the rest remains unreachable by their inadequate a/c unit.

Will not recommend. Never again!

This hotel is one of the few affordable but with good quality hotels I've been to. Their rooms are spacious and clean. The staffs are very accommodating, kind and friendly, they will immediately make you feel welcome and warm. They also offer rooms rooms and bedspace for rent. The place is very safe and it's near BGC, malls and other tourist spots.
