We had a comfortable and well rested stay for 2 nights before flying back home from Manila. Location is excellent in Makati and close to many resturants and malls. Room was super clean and staff very pleasant and willing to assist. Doorman are brilliant and assisted with heavy lugguage and greeted us so warmly when we returned each day.
We did have a 3am " emergency evacuation" one morning however dispite the interrupted sleep, it was comforting to know that staff are very capable of ensure all guests are evacuated when need arises ( not sure how many other hotels would successfully evacuate all guests in a crises) We were advised "false alarm" however am sure there was an emergency of some kind that was contained. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Very friendly and accommodating staff. House keeping was wonderful and they had a very nice pool with bar staff. They had water filling stations just outside the room so you didn't have to worry about getting water outside of the hotel as well. Very nice

Room was spacious and clean. Staff is friendly.. Breakfast buffet has a good selection. Our room included its own washer and dryer which helped a lot in drying our clothes. The pool has a good view and clear bottom. Located at the heart of Makati and easily accessible to malls and restaurants

Paid for a prestige executive room for a staycation, which was spacious and clean, but on our final night I was repeatedly woken by the room safe alerting low battery every 30 minutes. After a long wait in reception at 4am I was eventually able to get a screwdriver and instructions on how to remove the battery. Falling asleep at 9am, I woke at 12 noon, and was able to check out at 2pm.
I spoke to 4 people about the issue during the night, in the morning and at checkout and despite giving them multiple opportunities to make things right by giving us a later 5pm checkout so we could enjoy the facilities we had come to use, it was clearly too much to ask for. At 2pm we went to reception with the bags and asked to use the pool, but unbelievably the answer was also a 'no', despite the pool and gym being empty.
We asked for our request to be escalated, again, which was taking more time, and so decided to get lunch while they decided if their customers' experience is important. They were busy checking in new guests when we got back, so figured it just wasn't worth all the hassle and so left, without being able to enjoy the pool etc. A disappointing end, especially when it would have been so easy to make amends by making a simple exception on facility usage.
Please silence the low-battery alerts for future guests, or ask housekeeping to make it part of their checks - there was a visible low battery indication 2 days prior so this was all avoidable.

Hotel rooms are bigger than expected
Staff are corteous, especially the security personnel.
They do have some petty rules and regulations which most hotels would let go, e. g curfew for visitors, small stains on linens, and the likes.
Please be aware to call them in advance to make sure on how many people they allow in each room, because they charge a hefty price for an additional person.
Moreover, instead of a relaxing stay, it seems like their business model is milking out whatever fees to their clients. So please do be aware of that.

I have stayed in this hotel before and did not have good sleep as when you have a room with a cooecting door you hear absolutely everything in the other room. You can even the other persons lod and clear as if they were in the same room. But otherwise I did like the hotel, before, but, now I ordered a executive room without connected doors. And the noise started right away. First the could not give me what I had ordered. Then I needed to accept to be downgraded to a smaller standard room. I ask for a compensation, but they would not refund the price differnse, not give me a free drink or anything.
