Upon entering CASA ESTELLA, you'll have this clean and homey feeling. Starting from the parking area that has this garden look and a veranda where one can have their breakfast, dinner or drinks under the moonlight. A must try is their healthy guyabano shake with chia seeds. The hotel has no elevator. If travelling with a senior citizen you might want to pick a room on the ground floor. Ours was on the third floor. No issues on a little cardio exercise. The room was generally clean with crispy white bedsheets. Some areas need more attention like the cove ceiling had cobwebs and hair on the bathroom floor. The water in the shower would sometimes become too hot and the sink was slow on draining. Breakfast of beef tapa was a treat. Another must try is the crispy Biya with garlic fried rice and fried eggs. Seasonal fruits would be good to add to your menu since some guests prefer to have light breakfast with coffee. Location of the hotel was a few meters away from the main road with access to tricycle and mini buses. If you so decide not to bring a car then it wouldn’t be much of a problem to go out to eat and do sightseeing nearby. All hotel staff from booking, reception to housekeeping were polite, helpful and accommodating to our requests. Overall experience was excellent. I would definitely stay here again when in Calapan.

poor service na sila, di tulad dati. pasta is not good, parang luma na or should i say mumurahin lang noodles. chicken alfredo was served so late, gutom na anak ko, yun pala naiserved sa iba, kaya need to cook again, naka 5 follow up yta ako. di nila inamin ang mistake, kundi pa ako ang nagsabi na "nagkamali kayo ano?"narinig ko kc sa isang customer na nagcomplain din sa knila, na sabi ng anak nya "mommy bakit may chicken ang pasta ko?" hayy naku, they should've informed me, di yung hintay kami ng hintay, kaya pala, nagkamali ang staff nila sa pag served. alam mo yung need mo bagalan kumain kc need mo hintayin na maserve ang order ng anak mo which took almost 40 minutes, (di rin naman kami nakakain ni hubby, di rin gusto ang pasta), nakakairita, gusto mo ng umalis. nairita na rin ang isang customer na huli dumating, mas nauna pa sila umalis. tinake out na lang order nila, nagbayad pa sa di nila inorder (chicken alfredo). sinabi ko na ayusin ang service nila, last time we ate there (with family pa rin), ganon din, napakatagal ng serving. this is the 2nd time i experienced their poor service, i will definitely not come back again!

The place is tidy, homey and newly-painted. There several levels like a mini-resthouse decorated with some beautiful wall decors. Some of the interiors are made of wood. The Rooms are good (cute) and nice. staff are accommodating. They have little garden and serves also as parking. Great place for the price.
