Superb resort. Very clean and tidy. Polite enthusiastic staff. Food in the cafe and restaurant is very good at reasonable prices and good portions. Rooms are a good size. 1 down side to the rooms on the edge of the resort is that it is noisy from the surrounding houses, karaoke til late and cocks and dogs in the morning. Overall though a very good stay.

We went here on Holy Thursday and checked out the next day. The staff are very courteous and always ready to assist. The pool is huge even if there were many occupants that day, the pool was not crowded. Food deliveries and outside food are not allowed inside except for snacks and drinks. But the food in their restaurant tastes good, has a wide variety of choices and all are available. Our breakfast was buffet breakfast as the resort was able to meet the 50 min guests, otherwise it will be just plated breakfast. We got the Pool view room and its spacious, bed is comfy, bathroom has separate enclosed shower and a bathtub. wifi connection is good and you can connect all over the place (even at the poolside). Check in and out are easy, and they offer unli coffee at the reception.

This resort is a gem hidden in Batangas City. We stayed 2 nights and 3 days and did not expect much but after staying for 2 nights, I had the best stay because of the friendliness of staff, their attentiveness on the needs of guests, the cleanliness of the facilities and most specially the food. We have enjoyed the food so much coz it feels like you are in the 5 star hotel. It taste great and the presentations of the food is outstanding. Everytime we are greeted by the staff, it felt so warm that you just wanted to stay longer. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay very memorable and enjoyable. Kudos to the Chef for very delectable, luscious and flavorful meals we had.

Hotel grounds are nice. Gym is not too small, pool is big, Mango Grill has nice ambiance, breakfast was passable but room (Residential Suite) was not worth the price. I could have booked a club room at Shangri-la for that price. The floor tiles were cheap, furniture and bathroom were cheap. No carpet in the living room nor bathtub too contrary to photos from their website. Also, extra pillow, blanket and towel had EXTRA CHARGE. Granted, the fee was minimal but, still, that screams cheap. Also the staff at Mango Grill needs more training on professionalism. After our table was set, the waiter was suddenly taking back our utensils without explanation. I had to ask why and that's the only time he explained that the other table's food was already served and they didn't have utensils yet and that they ran out of prepped utensils (wrapped in table napkin) tsk tsk.

Was here for one night. The rooms are in need of an upgrade. You hear the neighbors next door and the roosters on the side of the building announcing the start of the day at 5am. Maybe baffling material like "Fiberglass batt insulation" for serious noise reduction is the answer. Ask for a quite room if available.
The food in general was great. The wait staff is spot on. Friendly and knowledgeable.
The resort is a welcome respite from the dust, hustle and bustle of Batangas City. There is no where to go of interest within walking distance of the resort.
Special shout out to Rufa and Rosett who helped with a variety requests. They made everything very easy.
We'll be back as soon as the rooms are upgraded. May take awhile I suspect.

Have been her for 3 weeks during an job assignment and in general it is an ok place to stay. The rooms are reasonable sized and equipped. You have basically two restaurants, a pool and a gym. There is not much else around so you are kind of stuck here, however this is an issue with Batangas, not the Hotel. The stuff is friendly as well.
Again it is ok, but pricey, also the food in the restaurants. Food is ok, breakfast is ok two, definitely nothing special.
Considering the other option in Batangas it is probably the best option...

I enjoyed my stay when we checked in. Very accommodating staff, relaxing stay, clean pool and other amenities. Great for couples and family to unwind. They also have a gym, which we haven’t tried during our stay. Been going back to this place for their pad thai.

I only stayed here for 1 night while visiting a local client on business. The accommodation comprises of challets, which generally surround a pool/garden area. The rooms are large and clean, though basic, they have pretty much everything you need, with plasma tv, fast and free wifi connection, bathroom, small kitchen area, fridge, etc. The gym had a good selection of free-weights and machines, and is far better than other hotels I've stayed at in Batangas. There is a large central pool and other facilities, but I didn't use these. The one citicism I do have is that they only have an outdoor eating area, no indoor facilities, which unfortunately means that you are bothered by mosquitoes in the evening and flies in the morning. I would be happy to stay here again and for longer periods.

Supposedly we gonna stay for 5 nights but after 1 night we check out. Our room like just a shed in England then the guest next to us been watching tv the whole night till 4:30 am very loud. Rang the reception at about 2am to let them know that we can't sleep but he didn't do anything. My husband rang the reception again at about 4 am but no answer. So we got no sleep the whole night. Lots of flies and mosquitos. Staff so annoying even we complain, he didn't do anything he just said that , guest next to us always like that, watching tv the whole night because he can't sleep. So I said why they gave that room to us since they know already that he got a loud tv every night. So we check out the next day and booked to other hotel.
