Had a fantastic stay at this hotel during my business trip! The staff were super accommodating, always smiling and ready to help, leh. The room was super comfy, and the breakfast were top-notch, you know. Wah, the egg chef at the hotel damn good, ah! He even cooked for me.

Just wrapped up my stay at this lovely 4-star hotel, and it was a pretty sweet experience! The check-in vibes were welcoming, and the room felt like a cozy little heaven with all the goodies you'd need. The staff? Super friendly and always ready to make your day brighter.
The hotel's got some cool facilities too – I had a blast at the pool and hit the gym for a quick sweat sesh. Dining options were on point, and I tried a bit of everything – a foodie's dream come true, the buffet also!

This hotel was recommended by the staff at Shell Batangas refinery. Nicely decorated with Christmas lights and a beautiful tree at the reception. It's fairly close to the mall as well. Room is clean and tidy.

We would like to share our experience and express our gratitude through in a short period of our stay. We found it very enjoyable. The entire staff deserve commendation for acting very professional in a manner the way they entertain us to mention staff in the poolside (marlon and pm shift) they really doing their job! 👍🏻👍🏻. Their courteousness are exceptionally incomparable. But before ending this special mention to Mr. Lumba for his entering effort sharing his vast experince in Hotel Management, to make Pontefino Hotel to be the best in Batangas. Thank you very much!! I stayed here for 3 nights whilst in town on a business trip. Bitterly disappointed.
First the positives. The room was nicer than expected. I was given a free upgrade to a suite and was generally very good. The hotel "Looks" nice, but this is where the positives stop.
First the breakfast is abysmal, i don't consider, burnt cold scrambled eggs in an open container and some supermarket bought bread and pathetic tiny toaster, coffee served from a large warm receptacle and processed cheese and jam, plus some other substandard food an acceptable breakfast.
Evening meal, was acceptable, but not great.
I was extremely angered to be told i cannot park in the car park as it was full and told to park across a very busy street in an unsecured car park with no crossings. I found there there was some places to park inside, but were barriered off as they were reserved. I went to see the manager, who i am told was not on the premises. Someone else came out and told me that they were reserved for disabled guests (there were lots of reserved spots which cannot all be reserved for disabled guests). Imagine my surprise less than 5 mins later the security guard remove some of the barriers and some non-disabled guests parked there, The staff could not explain to me why this happened nor why the manager was not there.
Also a private party was happening which was very loud and disturbing, i expect this is the real reason there was no parking. I don't appreciate being treated as a sub standard guest, clearly there were more "important" guests than me. Disgraceful behaviour.
Very poor management is the problem here and it is a blatant lie to be described as luxurious. I don't know what the qualification is for 4 stars, but it certainly doesn't feel like a 4 star hotel.
All in all, very disappointing, and will avoid staying here ever again.

This hotel offers outstanding service and hospitality.
Having recently spent eight wonderful nights in one of their one-bedroom apartments, a mere 20 second walk from the main hotel building. All the staff are very attentive, courteous,and extremely helpful for any requests. Security is visible but remain very discrete, and certainly it was a pleasure to be greeted by these guys on every trip in and out of the hotel.
The food & drinks are good, with sufficient choices across the menu range allowing us to eat there most nights, and able to try something different each time. Breakfast was always good, however as a suggestion, it would've been nice to offer bacon as part of the continental selection. But other than that it was very good and made a good start to each day.
The apartment itself was maintained to a high standard of cleanliness with Jerime always looking after us extremely well. The creative towel-folding always made us laugh and we looked forward to each day's artistic offering!
The hotel is located very close to a large shopping complex - SM Mall. We frequently utilised the hotel transport to take us to & from the city locations. The drivers were always very flexible and knowledgeable of the area.
Finally, I would have no hesitation in recommending this fine establishment to friends, family and work colleagues alike. The entire stay was problem-free, and that speaks volumes about the friendliness & kindness of the Filipino culture.

The place is very picturesque, like picture-perfect Italy! The food is great and the pool is amazing!
We booked a suite in a newly constructed part of the building and the interior is very classy and tasteful and very clean. All looks and smells so new! The suite rooms have a private pool in front of the building so you can have your privacy.
The food at the restaurant is wonderful especially the Filipino dishes. The Manager, Mr Peter was very accommodating and helpful.
Definitely a must visit when you have a free weekend to laze away and unwind.

Booked a Premium Room from Jan. 28 to 29 to attend a wedding. Had an enjoyable stay, although there was some confusion over extra beds for our daughters. The receptionist (Grace) and all the other staff were courteous and welcoming. Our room was spacious and had good AC, a flatscreen TV with cable, a coffee maker, and a minibar. Bathroom amenities were OK, but only 2 pieces of each consumable (toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, etc.) were provided although we paid for 4 adults.
Buffet breakfast the next morning was very good, there were several options including garlic rice, scrambled eggs, pasta Alfredo, meat loaf, dried fish, pancakes, three different kinds of bread, pancit, and so forth. We had fun swimming, too! Towels are provided for swimmers.
All in all we had a great time and would be happy to come back.
