The hotel is beautiful , however being booked and paid for an executive suites I expect a better room that speaks for itself. The room is not properly maintained, it wasn’t clean, the cabinets is dirty/dusty, the bathroom is not clean, there still residue from a leak, there were only two towels in the rack. No glasses, no adequate facilities that is normally provided in an executive room category. We checked out at 4:30am didn’t get any assistance to get our luggage’s collected and carried from the room to the parking lot or lobby. We had to carry our luggage’s all through 3 sets of at least 6 - 7 steps staircases…. The breakfast offered is ok, if you like rice . We had to pay extra for the coffee, juices and omelets. This kind of breakfast food should of been included on the room category we paid for Also, the reception is always empty, although there was a woman near the reception who could see people approaching the reception desk but she never bothered to stand up and assist us of our requirement . We’ve waited at least 15 minutes to get assisted by the security guy Overall experience in this hotel is 1 star…

Location- outskirts of Batangas city, near to SM mall, only a short trip into town. Facilities- this review is aimed at the relatively new 'suites' apartment complex located behind the original hotel. They are only about 3 years old but already showing a lot of wear. Our room came complete with broken fittings, flooding shower, blocked drains, constant mosquitos in the room, faulty furniture, the list goes on. I am ok with these things having travelled a little in the Philippines but not when being charged an absolute premium price. The only real highlight is the pool which is decent. Service- Staff encountered during the stay were helpful, in particular, housekeeping and resto staff. Check in and out was done with ease. Not sure how the original hotel is holding up either. If external appearance is anything to go by it really needs some renovations. We most likely wouldn't stay here again. There are bound to be better options in Batangas city.…

This Hotel is a great venue for seminar-workshop. With big function hall that can accommodate big groups. Rooms are clean and well maintained. With good security and friendly staff as well. However, comfort rooms near the function hall requires a little bit of repair. Some faucets are not functioning.

This hotel was recommended by the staff at Shell Batangas refinery. Nicely decorated with Christmas lights and a beautiful tree at the reception. It's fairly close to the mall as well. Room is clean and tidy.

We stayed there for 2 nights only.The place is well kept,relaxing and good enough for short visits. The food though is not that good, the staff are accommodating. Overall, it was a nice place to stay. I have no idea with regards to the price as it was company paid.There are some features in the room that may need fixing, the hotel being old as it is.

We would like to share our experience and express our gratitude through in a short period of our stay. We found it very enjoyable. The entire staff deserve commendation for acting very professional in a manner the way they entertain us to mention staff in the poolside (marlon and pm shift) they really doing their job! 👍🏻👍🏻. Awful hotel, avoid at all costs. The rooms are not well maintained, air quality is gross everyone I stayed there with got sick afterwards. Water pressure is non existent as well as hot water. Food is overpriced, a simple bottle of water will cost you a 500% markup... You can save tons of money and walk to the nearby 7/11 and pay a fraction of the cost. The only working elevator was being hoarded by the employees trying to clean and service rooms which made it inconvenient for guests to even use. For the price you pay per night it will hardly be worth it. At best this hotel is worth $40 per night.

The place is relaxing and has beautiful views where you can take photos. For transportation, it's advisable for you to have your own car. There are some amenities for family to enjoy like billiards, pool, etc.

Let me say at the very beginning that if you have to stay in this part of Batangas, this is the best option that is available in the area. Writing this review so that readers get their expectations right.. 1. The hotel has a beautiful drive-way which has got a kind of old world charm. The hotel entrance is quite picturesque.. 2. However if you reach the hotel after a long drive from wherever you have come, DO NOT expect to be able to immediately check in to your room.. Irrespective of how many days in advance you have made the hotel reservation, more often than not, you would have to wait at the hotel reception till the hotel staff finish cleaning your room to make it ready for occupation..So you could spend those 30 mins admiring the beautiful drive-way and sinking into the really comfortable couches ( no pun intended here, these sofas are really comfortable) in the hotel lobby.. 3. When you check in, make sure to ask for rooms in the new building. The rooms are bigger, and the plumbing is marginally better and the rooms have 2 Balconies, which is really a plus.. Although, these rooms do not have the intercom facility and you would need to use Watsapp or Viber to communicate with the hotel staff this is still the better option even though the WiFi drops pretty frequently.. 4. Do not expect good house-keeping. And make sure you carry your own toiletries..The ones provided at the hotel could be used to do laundry and not much else.. 5. The early mornings are beautiful here. You wake up to the chirping of the birds.. The hotel also has a beautiful mango orchard behind the gym where you should take a stroll if it is still not cordoned off.. 6. The Breakfast spread is a joke. You have watered down juice and stale fruits as a staple. The live egg counter is operational only if the chef is around which is not very often.. 7. The Hotel has two big swimming pools.. To summarize, the place has it's pluses and minuses . So I would suggest that you set your expectations right, if you want to make the most of the experience..…
