Clean, with very polite and helpful staff. Comfortable room set in a garden like setting and still close to the city. Peaceful, tranquil making an excellent stopover when visiting Batangas city.
I would recommend it particularly for families as a number if notices in the reception area clearly states that this their focus.

If you're a traveler looking for a room a bed and somewhere to take a bath in this place is enough.

They offer 6-12-24 hour rates with 6 at ₱650 and 12hours at ₱850.

They offer free wifi and there are food choices.

Service is very poor. Guest receptionist not very well verse what hospitality and respect is.
We checked in for an overnight. My partner went out to fetch me at around 2am. Naturally we woke up late. They woke us up 15 mins before check out at 8 am, asking if we will extend. Naturally we can not prepare in 15 mins span. After informing we will extend here comes the attendant asking For the 20 pesos balance from our deposit. Well they need deposit and payment once you checked in.From time to time every 10 mins they will call for the time you will check out! They wont give any extension even 5mins!
No slippers or extra towel. Slippers? Very used. I took picture but i can not post here. You have to ask for slippers and extra towel.

went there for the first time in Batangas to see my fiance and son. the room was small but clean and quaint. it was good for the value. i stayed there for about 3 weeks. the staff was friendly and professional. not many channels on tv, but two or so adult channels were free. wifi wasnt reliable most of the time, but it was free. food-on-site was pricy even for a middle-class person like myself, so we ate at the SM mall most of the time, which wasn't far from the hotel. we got sick of the mall food after eating there every day, so we ate at Sawali restaurant, a walking distance from the hotel. some good food there but a bit pricy for the average local. the hotel has a high wall and a gate. there are security guards and one police on duty. the walls are a bit thin so privacy can be an issue. theres a garage for cars/bikes. ive checked out their facebook page, and it looks like they've made some improvements since the last time ive been there back in May 2012.

My experience with thos hotel is truly obnoxious, for the fact that the staff, from the receptionists to room boys and even the guards - they seemed to be all clueless of how to run a hotel! For a provincial drive-inn hotel located in a secluded residential area away from city proper, and 800pesos for 12 hours overnight stay is way way too costly! The staff's orientation - horrible! They have this handheld radios to communicate but still useless. The receptionist - unruly! The room boys - so unwary! Mind you, asked for a wake up call so as not to be charged for overtime but to no avail. These people totally don't care about their guests. Good thing their rooms are still clean and new. Haaaay! Never again! Attention: Ate Vi!

Having looked around the area and discounted high priced hotels we stumbled across this one. Very reasonable prices, also 12 hr rooms - though make a note of your check in time. Large clean rooms. Modern TVs but only Filipino channels.

Really nice place to stay. Nice staff and very helpful manager. Many thanks for your superb service and understanding. Would recommend D’Mariners to anyone. We had to cut our visit short but they very kindly agreed to waive our cancellation fee.

I only stayed for one night.

The room was clean, with cable TV.
Some toiletries were provided, too.

The staff was nice even though not so professional.

Pricing was right (around 1500 PHP inclusive of tax).

Dirty, shower and toy brush Brocken, Lock didn't work, WiFi Most of time No conection to the web, Bad neighbohrhood (If u are european better Dont Go Out Boy night), No Restaurants or big supermarkets near hotel. Waited hours for a Bad breakfast which was totaly cold. Used condoms from other people in the Trash. Nö toilet paper and dirty towels. Aircon works Just sometimes. The Girl at Rezeption wanted 500 Pesos safety for the room, showed me that in my Bill and Took the Money in a other Part of Office than the Money i paid my room. When i wanted it Back in the morning they told me with security no one Took Money from me and also that it's wrong what I have writen on my Bill. Never Had a so Bad and dirty room for this expensive price. Never again!!!!
If u want to Transfer from the Port Take an other Hotel. By night u have to pay 300 for tricicles to hotel and in the morning 250 to get Back. U won't find a cheaper Ride to the hotel. Afther that the Hotel also pay the tricicle rider even If u booked the hotel befor. Better pay 550 Pesos more in a Hotel near the port.
That's the Most wirst hotel everu could get in batangas even If they Had the best booking.com price.
