The place was very private and quiet, the manager was there to attend to us diligently. The room had good furnishings, but the TV was small and pretty far from the bed. But overall, it was very cozy. You could really rest after a tiring day. I would have given it a 5 if it had its own restaurant. We had to buy your own food outside including breakfast. The caretaker was very young with little experience on customer service and could not recommend any good restaurants.

It was my niece's and nephew's birthday so our family decided to spend it in Taal, Batangas. Our fantastic lunch was at Feliza Taverna Y Cafe and the rest of the day we spent at Taal Imperial Hotel. The hotel was a five-minute drive from the town center via the diversion road, and was in a secluded location in Brgy. Tulo. There were no signage going to Taal Imperial, it's a good thing that the place was Waze-able so I didn't get lost going there. The room given to us was really spacious with two queen-sized beds good enough for a group of four to six. It has a television with cable, refrigerator, dresser, two cabinets, microwave, and dining table for four. The room was well maintained although the refrigerator was dirty and smelly when we checked in. The hotel serves food but only until 7pm. They served really good sisig, fried tawilis, and steamed vegetables with bagoong Balayaan. The foods were reasonably priced and were served generously. If guests want to save, they may bring in their own food since the hotel allows this without any corkage fee. I personally suggest guests to bring plenty of water, snacks, microwavable food, beer (if you want to drink), etc. since there are no available convenience stores nearby. There's not a lot of things to do in the resort except swim, sing, and play billiards. Too bad, the two pools were dirty and there was a party with a lot of singing when we visited, so we ended up just staying in our rooms and watching TV. For families and barkadas who wish to stay in the hotel, bring game boards, maybe even a video game, to avoid getting bored. It's a good thing that the signal of both Smart and Globe was good in the area so it wasn't a problem accessing Facebook. The party finished after 10pm, after which, I had a pretty decent sleep because it was quiet. Service was good and the staff were mindful of our needs: serving our food fast, providing us with all the utensils we need, and even extending their work hours until we are finished with our coffee break. Thanks a lot for that!

We booked a room with one bed, but Lalaine, knowing that there will an event transferred us to a bigger room far from the function room. I think that is a very good customer service. Lalaine was very warm. And was helpful enough in making sure that we won't get lost. We called her a few times on our way to Taal to update her where we are. She helped us find our way. The room was, like I said, spacious & clean. I liked the feel of the bed & the comforter. The kind that would make you want to sleep the whole day. Plus there was no disturbance. Bathroom was clean. No problem with the water supply. There was a table that we could have used if we decided to bring some take away food. Place was well-maintained. There were two swimming pools. The place was pretty both in the morning & in the evening. It's somewhere you can have your tour pictorial.

This is just and ordinary and basic resort hotel. They have two pools for adult and children. A videoke and billiard table. Bring your own food because the restaurant is not functioning. I am disappointed because you need to ask for a towel and tv remote control. It is quite expensive for Php3,500 per night.

The resort is very quiet and relaxing with many swimming pools to choose from. An excellent place for children to play in the play centre and children's swimming pool. The rooms are of a very high standard and the dining room even has a karaoke where you and your friends can entertain. The downside is that if you want a large meal, then you will need to drive to the nearby town to buy a meal.

We wanted to escape the stress caused by the APEC Summit in Manila and looked for a place to relax and just idle. We made a good choice for staying in this resort. It is a bit secluded; about 3 kms from Taal town proper. It is located at Barrio Tulo near the Diversion Road. We stayed in a Deluxe room on 2nd floor. Good points: PLACE: quiet, very clean and organized, lots of greens, lots of corners to just sit and relax, ample parking, POOL: clean, ROOM: clean, spacious, with a small terrace, with dining table, microwave, large refrigerator, FOOD: Tasty taal longanisa breakfast at P150, Free bottomless barako coffee, STAFF: excellent! (Not really)Bad points: Not easy to find the place due to lack of signboards. No restaurant but they serve tapa and longanisa meal for bfast. free videoke in the mess hall (but we can not hear the noise inside the room). Free Wifi is available only in he mess hall. Overall: I highly recommend this place to people who visit Taal.

We stayed here in May of 2014 while we were in Taal sightseeing. We only stayed one night and the place was like a ghost town as we were the only guests. The staff welcomed us and allowed us room access without any additional charge. Our rooms were nice and clean. We had hoped to swim while we were here, but the water in the pool was cloudy and dirty, as if the pump had not been running for quite some time. There were also mangoes and other crap in the water, which was rather disgusting. We were provided with breakfast in the morning and it was fine. As I said, the staff here was great. We spent the bulk of our time here sightseeing in Taal City, and we saw most of the highlights. The Basilica de Saint Martin de Tours is spectacular, and the Spanish colonial architecture of the ancestral homes in town really makes you feel as if you've stepped back in time. We stopped at Villa Tortuga and saw that wonderful old house, even donning period clothing for a photograph. We also visited a few of the other museums in town and the marketplace. Perhaps the most fun thing we did in town was to go to Our Lady of Casaysay Church. The church itself is something, but we were met by three young children there who began talking almost nonstop about the church, the town and who knows what else. Before we knew it, they had led us up a nearby wooded path to the Miraculous Well of Saint Lucia and a 400-year old arch built over the spring by the Spaniards. Then they led us back toward the church and up the San Lorenzo steps and the shrine at the top. They were wonderful little ambassadors!
