Positive:
Perfect location, just in the center. There is a free garage for your car or motorbike.
Staff is very kind and helpful, room is overall OK
Negative:
The room was a bit noisy at night and in the morning as well. But if you go to a place like this be prepared with earplugs.

Short trike ride from the Port where the Jam bus from Manila also terminates.Easy check in by friendly staff. The elevator makes easy work with baggage.
I stayed overnight in a delux room which was a decent size. Good lighting and a convenient power point for recharging. No wardrobe, only a long shelf with a chair. The bed had clean linen and was comfortable.
Good strong aircon unit which I turned off before sleeping. The TV worked well but only having about ten channels was disappointing. No problem with sim internet. No outside noise.
The bathroom was good size with hot water also from the basin faucet. Water pressure was good.
Overall, I had a comfortable stay.Happy to recommend.

Centrally located in the downtown area near the Market Place. The staff are friendly and helpful.
I booked an Executive room with balcony which was clean and spacious. The downside is that the balcony overlooks a very busy street. I assumed the glass panes were double glazed but I could still hear traffic noise. Not too bad though.
The table and chairs were useful and a bench to lay clothes. No hanging space though. The bed was comfortable with clean linens. The aircon and TV (many channels) both worked well and lighting very good. I think calling a room 'éxecutive' with no fridge and wardrobe is a bit of a stretch. The 3 available sockets only take flat prong plugs.
The bathroom was a wet room though a decent size. Shower water was warm with okay pressure. Badly in need of some regrouting.
This is an aged hotel but overall it is maintained in fairly good condition. I had a comfortable stay.

Checked in: Jan 25, 2021
Time: 9:51 PM
Deluxe Room 12hrs

Me and my partner checked-in at this hotel late at night since it was the decent one we found near the grand terminal. The room given to us was clean but the floor was really sticky. We remember checking in at around 10pm but I had to call the front desk the next morning (9am) just to make sure I'm not mistaken since they did not provide us any checkout information when we paid for our room. The girl who I spoke to said we checked in at 9pm and they will only allow a 15min grace period for us to pack up and leave right away. I asked how much it will cost for us to have an additional hour so we can eat breakfast but the girl said she is not sure of how and that she will need to call us back.

After a few minutes she called back and said we need to pay 180PHP for another hour to spend at the hotel. My partner was the one who answered the call and agreed so that they would let us stay until 10am.

They DO NOT SERVE ANY MEALS, only cup noodles and junk food so we had to order food delivery. My partner went down the lobby to get our breakfast from the delivery guy and also spoke to the receptionist to confirm what was our check-in time last night. She was told it was 9:51PM and not 9PM contrary to what she told me when I called.

After eating we packed up our things and went down right away so that we no longer need to extend an additional hour on our stay. The receptionist told us we still need to pay 180PHP even though we did not consume the 1hr extension since it was already recorded on their system. I argued but had to pay since we were on a hurry.

TLDR: WE WERE ASKED TO PAY FOR AN EXTRA HOUR ON OUR STAY EVEN THOUGH WE CHECKED OUT ON TIME. THEY DO NOT SERVE ANY MEALS. THE STAFF IS NOT FRIENDLY AND PROPERLY TRAINES, EVEN THE GUARD WHO KEPT ON STARING AT US.

P.S I HOPE THE MANAGEMENT WILL TAKE ACTION AND TRAIN THEIR PEOPLE TO BE PROFESSIONAL. CUSTOMER RELATIONS NEED IMPROVEMENT. THE RECEPTIONIST IS INCONSIDERATE.

Good hotel if you're on a budget. The room is clean. Hallways are clean. Lobby doesn't look nice. Breakfast is not included but you can order there for as low as ₱100 for a rice meal. There are several fast food stores around the area.

We visited Batangas for a family funeral and needed somewhere clean and safe to stay. Nothing fancy needed and this fitted the bill. We stayed for 3 nights in a family room. Very clean hotel and room, staff were very friendly and helpful, wifi was good and underground car park was helpful too. We paid £60 for 3 nights so really good value for money.

Check in is fast.
Room is very spacious though cleanliness must be given additional attention by the management.
Towels are fresh. Staff are accommodating.
Hot and cold drinking water is available beside the front desk.
Basement parking needs proper lighting. Smells like urine and the area stinks.
Location is in the middle of the town center with access to many establishments.
