The place is quite hard to get to , but one you arrive it is a very pleasant looking place with spectacular views! That is where it stops! As a foreigner, the menu is terrible but worse still whatever I tried to order they don’t have? No bread, no rolls, no pasta, no club sandwich, no cheeseburger, the drink section is non existent! You do NOT run a business like this! This place is totally miss managed! On a positive note the staff are very friendly and helpful. Won’t be coming back here again!
After more than a year of not going out of town for a vacation, I guess this experience was somehow worth the wait. These are my thoughts: WHAT I LIKED: 1. We got the Sta. Teresita Villa which was good for 6-8 people and it was definitely spacious. 2. It has two dining areas, one inside the villa the other one was near the pool. The outside dining area is perfect for drinking sessions and other activity stuff. 3. The place is mostly complete for all our needs. It has a kitchen (refrigerator, kettle, microwave, plates, cups, cutlery, and glasses), living room, and Dining Area. 4. Most of the appliances and amenities are new. 5. Toiletries are provided especially towels for bathing and swimming. 6. The place is clean especially the bathrooms. It has two bath and toilet, and one toilet. 7. The aircon in the sala has mosquito repellant. 8. The place has an air sanitizer and mosquito repellant. 9. It has an average sized indoor infinity pool which has a perfect view of the mountains and the Taal Volcano. 10. A lot of freebies: unlimited drinking water and brewed coffee. ₱3,500 consummable. Complimentary bottle of red wine. Complimentary breakfast with additional viand (they addedd crispy tawilis in each meal and a big bowl of macaroni soup) 11. Customer service was excellent. Checking in and out was a breeze. The staff are proactive in assisting us with almost everything like carrying our luggages, setting up for our dinner, providing us ice bucket, and they respond almost instantly when we call them. NEEDS IMPROVEMENT: 1. One bath doesn’t have a heater. 2. Although the couch is comfortable, it needs changing or reupholstery because it has stains and lints. 3. The toiletries are available but I think mini bar soap is a good addition. We enjoyed our stay here and definitely will go back and recommend to our friends.…
A post in a PWD group confirmed with screenshots of their staff confirming that they do not honor PWD discounts on ALL their accommodation they insisted that only food purchased in their resort will be discounted! The gall of this overpriced resort to go against the law on a pandemic is beyond me. This has been forwarded to the National Council of Disability and Affairs. Investigation will be done soon.
Went with a group of friends and had an awesome villa with a private pool. The villa was super nice and modern, a great place to spend our get together with awesome views. However, the restaurant food is awful. Basic $3 rice meals and most of the dishes were not available (no bacon or ham for breakfast). Hotdog with undercooked toast, tiny portions of silog dishes. It's not up to the standard of the prices the resort is listed at. We were made to order breakfast the night before. Food is served in an old open style restaurant/open waiting area. The restaurant vibe and quality is completely disconnected from the quality of the villas and really brings down the overall rating for the place, making the overall experience not worth the price. Paying the prices listed, we would expect an all round complete service with quality food offerings. Would not recommend to stay more than one night unless you bring your own dishes to cook in the villa. Staff were very friendly and accommodating however.…
Stayed at their Sta. Teresita villa and it gave us the best view of both the lake and the mountain, which made the place IG-worthy. Also, since the location of the resort is kinda secluded, it gave us the peace & quiet we're looking for. Indeed a perfect place for some R&R. Their staff are also very accomodating and attentive to the guests' needs. I must say we had an amazing experience during our stay. 🥰
My wife and I went to Noni's for our first anniversary, and were satisfied with the peace and quiet. The resort is situated some 15km South of Taal volcano. We were provided the Talisay cabin 2 which is more than enough for us, but I would suggest cabin 3, if you need more space, since it's closer to the common area near the tree (see pic). In terms of service, they were hospitable, and made necessary steps to reduce the risk from COVID-19. Guests were required to go through disinfection spraying before entering the premises. There were masks, and sanitizers provided in the cabin. They also regularly replaced our towels. Our only issue is that their menu is limited; most items were unavailable. They were also pricey, so you may want to bring your own food and snacks. (The Talisay cabins do not have a microwave nor a refrigerator though.) We were told they only had delivery of ingredients on Fridays, so there was not much choices, which was disappointing. The cabin was overall in good shape, but there was noticable wear. The door for our cabin did not close seamlessly. The towels were frayed around the edges. Finally, the ladder for the attic does not seem as stable. Nature, peace and relaxation are the focus of the experience. The scenery is breathtaking, and the air is fresh thanks to the greeneries surrounding the resort (but do expect insects, lizards, and ants). There are not much attractions outside of the resort, so guests would likely have to make do with the food items available, and their amenities. Overall, we both enjoyed our stay, and wouldn't mind coming back again. …
Okay ang glamping and villas nila. Worth the price naman. But the service is very poor. No coordination between staff and manager. Kulang pa sa staff. Nag christmas party kami and the function hall is as it is na in which napagusapan namen na lalagyan ng tela para matakpan yung mga gilid. And nilagyan naman nila(see picture below 🤣🤣 nakakainis na nakakatawa) The food is not promising as well. Nagdala pa kami ng additional foods. (to think na ang mahal ng food nila ah 😏) Hindi sya ideal for events like christmas party.Sobrang nakaka stress ang experience na yon.
Went here last June 2019 and I was astonished by their Talisay Cabin. I love everything about it especially their mini private pool overlooking Taal lake and Mt. Maculot. Staff are accommodating and friendly. Food was great and reasonably priced . I hope they will serve fruit shake next time not the concentrated cucumber mix juice kind of type.
We booked the Talisay Cabin and we love everything about it. It had a private fireplace, plunge pool and superb views. The staff were very friendly, helpful and courteous. Minor maintenance issues in terms of tiles and woodworks but the view and staff compensates. Food was okay, can be improved. Overall, we had a fun trip and would definitely return.
We are a family who loves to travel and look for PWD friendly places. It was my son with special needs birthday when we went there. The place and view was awesome! Food is ok. You just have use waze so u won’t get lost. I just hope the road to the hidden resort is by now cemented.
