My wife and I went to Noni's for our first anniversary, and were satisfied with the peace and quiet. The resort is situated some 15km South of Taal volcano. We were provided the Talisay cabin 2 which is more than enough for us, but I would suggest cabin 3, if you need more space, since it's closer to the common area near the tree (see pic).
In terms of service, they were hospitable, and made necessary steps to reduce the risk from COVID-19. Guests were required to go through disinfection spraying before entering the premises. There were masks, and sanitizers provided in the cabin. They also regularly replaced our towels. Our only issue is that their menu is limited; most items were unavailable. They were also pricey, so you may want to bring your own food and snacks. (The Talisay cabins do not have a microwave nor a refrigerator though.) We were told they only had delivery of ingredients on Fridays, so there was not much choices, which was disappointing.
The cabin was overall in good shape, but there was noticable wear. The door for our cabin did not close seamlessly. The towels were frayed around the edges. Finally, the ladder for the attic does not seem as stable.
Nature, peace and relaxation are the focus of the experience. The scenery is breathtaking, and the air is fresh thanks to the greeneries surrounding the resort (but do expect insects, lizards, and ants). There are not much attractions outside of the resort, so guests would likely have to make do with the food items available, and their amenities.
Overall, we both enjoyed our stay, and wouldn't mind coming back again.

Went with a group of friends and had an awesome villa with a private pool. The villa was super nice and modern, a great place to spend our get together with awesome views.
However, the restaurant food is awful. Basic $3 rice meals and most of the dishes were not available (no bacon or ham for breakfast). Hotdog with undercooked toast, tiny portions of silog dishes. It's not up to the standard of the prices the resort is listed at. We were made to order breakfast the night before.
Food is served in an old open style restaurant/open waiting area. The restaurant vibe and quality is completely disconnected from the quality of the villas and really brings down the overall rating for the place, making the overall experience not worth the price.
Paying the prices listed, we would expect an all round complete service with quality food offerings. Would not recommend to stay more than one night unless you bring your own dishes to cook in the villa.
Staff were very friendly and accommodating however.

Stayed at their Sta. Teresita villa and it gave us the best view of both the lake and the mountain, which made the place IG-worthy. Also, since the location of the resort is kinda secluded, it gave us the peace & quiet we're looking for. Indeed a perfect place for some R&R. Their staff are also very accomodating and attentive to the guests' needs. I must say we had an amazing experience during our stay. 🥰

We stayed at Noni's resort for 3 days with my family and partner.
The overall resort has an amazing view of the lake, Taal Volocano and Mount Maculot. It is spacious and laid out well.
My family stayed in the St Teresa Villa which had a private pool and very spacious. The staff were friendly and very attentive, particularly the wait staff. There were activities to do at the resort - public pool, pool table, large chess board and kareoke room (which you can hire for a fee).
My partner and I had booked a double room via booking.com. The 'calaca' room is quite small and located at the front of the hotel, in the lobby. It was difficult to have a good sleep due some of the staff starting at 6am every morning and noise, as well as general noise in the area with people coming and going. There is a 'calaca double room' advertised on their website but I think this is a different one to what we had actually booked. For those wanting to book the double room, I would contact the reception team to confirm which room you are booking.
It's important to note that Noni's will add additional charges to your stay (which we weren't aware of until we booked). This includes 'mandatory breakfast' each morning, and mandatory 'consumables' fee per day. The consumables fee covers additional food you might order for lunch or dinner. The total of these fees were 990php per person/per day. The nearest restaurant is approx 30-40min away, so in the end, having this available was helpful. Some of the items on the menu weren't available. I would suggest that Noni's be more transparent and clear on the mandatory food and consumables on their website so guests are fully aware of total cost price for staying at the resort.

A post in a PWD group confirmed with screenshots of their staff confirming that they do not honor PWD discounts on ALL their accommodation they insisted that only food purchased in their resort will be discounted! The gall of this overpriced resort to go against the law on a pandemic is beyond me. This has been forwarded to the National Council of Disability and Affairs. Investigation will be done soon.

Dont ever think of visiting this place as we had a very horrible experience. Staff are not friendly and they have very poor accomodation. I wonder how their employees were trained in hospitality business wherein they dont know how to respect and accomodate their guest. We came all the way from very far place sweating and tired and yet you will get a very stressful accomodation. Aside from that, they only have a small and old swimming pool with broken sharp tiles. I will not forget the time that my feet was cut by a sharp tiles and it was bleeding so bad. I swear, I will never visit this place again. Its not worthy of paying 13k per night and experience a horrible service.

Stayed here for the long weekend. Breathing in the cool, fresh air on the way to the resort was invigorating. If taking a bus, tell the conductor to drop you off at Dominador Leviste. On the right side of the road will be the signage for Noni's and the tricycles to take you to the resort. Staff was very attentive,i truly appreciate the assistance of Miss Den,from reservation, payments and directions to the resort.Food is really good, order the tapa and kapeng barako for breakfast!
We enjoyed looking at all the fruit bearing trees and the hiking trail on the other side of the pool. It almost was like on a mountain, with the lush greenery at the myriad sounds of birds. There are footpaths but just be careful as it sometimes gets slippery.
All in all it was a tranquil, restful stay.

There is no denying that their Talisay cabins are unique in design. The heated pool was a plus in a cold Wednesday night. Having that this is my second time to go back and use the said cabins in Noni’s, I expected the customer service to have improved. Sadly it didn’t.
We were welcomed by a guy who was not even in uniform nor have a nametag to prove that he works for the resort so we were hesitant to give him our things. The lobby area was mediocre for the price of the resort. And the same guy that carried our bags asked too many personal questions to the point that we were already uncomfortable with him. We had to wait for a while for a lady to come and give us the key to the cabin. She as well, was very unprofessional. Kept reiterating that she was the caretaker and that she is with her brother and also kept asking too many personal questions. We went there for relaxation and privacy, not to be interrogated. We get it. The staff was trying too hard to be hospitable and friendly but it wasn’t coming off as respectful.
She was also asking the guy if the aircon was fixed in the cabin that we were staying in and he said he has no clue. So that just means that they werent aware of the status of their rooms and didn’t even check beforehand??
The security was a little lax since the door only had one lock and we only saw one security guard in the area.
The potential of the resort is still there and amenities of the Talisay Cabin is still superberb! It just needs a HUGE improvement on the staff and their treatment towards their guests.
