We are forced to transfer from a hotel near Burnham because of its facilities and that leads us searching for another hotel for the next day, and finding Arc is a huge blessing! Thanks to waze because this place is hard to find and the road is really steep, full of turns and small roads!
We arrived in Arc a bit late(9-ish) and the guard on duty has our reservation slip already. A lady handed us the key and accompanied us to third floor, Room 304. Reminders: no elevators. So pack light or else you have to carry your own heavy luggage. Parking are quite small in size and it is opposite the hotel.
The room is big enough for me and my husband. I must say that its a family room because it has 2 twin sized beds, with fleece blankets. Toilet and bathroom are separate, which makes it more useful to everyone eventhough its small in size. The room neither have aircon or fan, but that's totally ok. Baguio's aircon is centralized though. ;)
The view outside the room is lovely as we are able to appreciate it only the next day. We can hear birds chirping and "feel" the real Baguio with its 16-17 degrees temperature at 6am. It is filled with pine trees.
Breakfasts were not included in the room rates. But i must say that their price are acceptable and meals are decent, none other than Philippines' "log" sets : tapsilog, bangsilog, longsilog, etc. Its 99 pesos with coffee or hot choco. Meals were served in the dining hall in the end of each floor. This hall has a big kitchen with microwave, fridge, water dispenser, around 15 seater tables, a TV with english channels, with sofa and newspapers.
Lastly, room rates are not so cheap, which is 2400/night. The place is so far, around 20-30 minutes drive from SM, and i find the price not so worthy. If only we have choices nearby the city, we wont stay that far. But this hotel isnt bad at all, they got what you need if you're looking for a place to stay in the outskirts of Baguio City.

There are too many tourist attractions in Baguio City, so why waste money in fancy hotel that you will only stay for 5-9 hours (just to bathe and sleep). Arc Residences is a plain, clean and affordable hotel. This is very good for those who are in a tight budget but is still looking for something nice.
The room that my friend and I booked is their Twin Room. It has 2 twin bed (or 2 single), 1 desk and chair, small cabinet and private bathroom. No Aircondition or Electric Fan, but why would you need one in a cold place, specially during the night.
The room is small and has no place for an extra bed, so if you plan to add an extra mattress, think again. What I like the most is that they have separate room for shower and toilet, however, like the room, it is small. So if you are into spacious hotel room, this may not be the place for you.
Aside from the small room, it is not in the main city area and some taxi drivers are not familiar to it yet. So I advice that you to download a GPS Map. and remember the nearby landmarks.
But all in all, it was a wonderful experience and I would recommend the hotel to all my friends.

All of the hotel staff were really friendly and accommodating. For the price (P1,200 during off peak), it would be hard to beat. The place is new so there's no 'old house stale smell'. Budget friendly but not very accessible. You need to bring toiletries since they only provide a small bar of soap and sachet of shampoo.

Not Good place. Front desk is unfriendly and uncourteous. Disrespected potential customers. No initiative to assist people. It will ruin your your vacation. Location you need your own transportation or you will be stranded.

We booked arc since we wanted a place away from the center and near loakan road as our maim intent for visiting baguio was to hike up Mt. Ulap. Rooms were very simple. And the hotel was being operated at a minimum. Nonetheless the place was very clean and there were lots of pine trees around the premises giving you a more close to nature feel. Decently priced no frills option.

The place is very basic so you may not get the luxurious experience that hotels can offer. But the rooms are decent and comfortable. Our room has two comfortable beds and soft pillows, a cabinet, a small table, and a hot and cold shower. The place has two common living rooms as well as two dining areas, which both the guests and the residents can use. There is a strong WiFi signal in the entire area and small commercial space on the 1st floor. The place was clean all the time that I could even walk barefoot during our stay.

Stayed here for 3 nights and had a very pleasant vacation. Rates are affordable, it may be a bit far from the city but it's worth it. I wanted for my family to experience the old Baguio feels where there are lots of pine trees, quiet and scenic view from our hotel and Arc definitely suits the place! I love how very "Twilight" like the place is. It's good value for the money, actually it's more than what you pay for because of the friendly staff. Nothing fancy but everything you need is there. This will be my official go to place in Baguio!

Me and my best friend stayed at ARC for 2 nights, we used to browse online for the good hotel until we found ARC, It's quite far from the city proper, but if you looking for a quite and not crowded place I recommend ARC. What it's best from this hotel is the friendly staff , excellent wifi , clean rooms and new , pine trees view , they have this lounge where you can stay and rest while you waiting for your check in time, standard time to check in is 2pm but if the room is ready they will have you check in early. Taxi's and Jeepney's pass by , a short walk to the street, convenience store. Overall experience is very good! the hotel is new and on going construction for beautification!

At Php2,000 for a room without aircon and television, this is an expensive place to stay. The location may be ideal for those who wanted to be away from the noise of central Baguio but it is not convenient at all. Restaurants and convenience stores are not open 24 hours. We left the place without having breakfast the following day because at 8AM, restaurants at the ground floor of the building are still closed. Overall, it's not a good place to stay.

It's steep but it's pretty common specially in the residential areas. Some of the roads going to the hotel are not well lit but the road itself where the hotel is it's well lighted.
