the actual house is waaay different from the website! this is not our initial pick for transient but since we traveled on a peak-season, our choice of transient house is fully booked and she recommend me this Baguio tiptop. location is too far from everything, it is not advisable if you don't have your own car.

We are a group 11 adults with 1 kid, stayed at Unit 101. The place is cozy and clean with a nice view. It was like staying in your own home, very relaxing. The location is near to the tourist attractions and restaurants. My nieces and nephews enjoyed the wifi connection and watching tv on cable channels during the night. My only suggestion is for the owner to fix the bathroom/CR.

Booked here via Airbnb. This is not a 5-star hotel so people should manage their expectations. It's value for money, especially for big groups/family. You can cook and grill your own food. It is located around 10-min drive off city center, so it's quieter and the breeze a bit cooler. Those who manage and maintain the place (Sarah and cousins) were very helpful and accommodating. My family, all 11 of us, enjoyed our stay here.

I thought Tiptop vAcation homes are nice based on the photos posted but it was a nightmare! First, we booked online and few days before we go there i called to ask what apartment unit we will be staying. They told me that the booking was cancelled and accused me that i am at fault because i cancelled. No one cancelled our reservation. My sister had to call the travel agency where she booked and paid fully online and it was confirmed that there were no cancellation. Tiptop is very disorganized and the contact persons are disrespectful to the customers.
Second, when we reached the place, we thought it was nice. but there were no closets in the bedrooms. No hangers, the water heaters are defectives, hard mattresses and pillows, cockroaches are everywhere and worse of all both bathrooms floors are always wet. The water isn't draining which causes the water to settle in the floor and there were no mats to keep it dry. finally the worse thing happened.. I slipped on the bathroom floor and hit my head on the toilet bowl, i sustained laceration on my head and bruises all over my body! Since there are no elevators, my family had a hard time lifting me up to and climbing the steep stairs going to the parking lot. I suggest if you really want a nice vacation without worrying of having accidents, find a hotel or a different place. There are spirits or ghosts in the house too. Doors trying to open, a presence getting off the bed and walking around the bed, coin dropping in front of you... Enjoy your vacation with your family on another place.save yourselves!

My mother called the owner Lilia a night before we left for Baguio, she told my mom to text her the full name so she could reserve since there was an available family room, so my mom did. We drove the following morning from Cavite, came around lunch exhausted and famished from the long trip. As we were about to check in, my mom's name wasn't on the reserve list (as per her daughter Alex who was in the front desk). Lilia didn't even bother to SMS/call that she was going to reserve the room for someone else. She even told us that she didn't receive my mom's messages and she dropped the call when my mother tried to ring her before we arrive Baguio. How very unprofessional and disrespectful.

BEWARE: These people are a bunch of frauds. Do not let the pictures fool you! If there's a zero rating, they're lower than that.

The entire place is small & INCREDIBLY FILTHY, there's a lingering sour moldy stench in the air. FLIES and a gamut of other insects fly everywhere, COCKROACHES roamed the kitchen & dining area at night. There were dead flies on the window sill & shelves and rat droppings in the cupboard. I almost threw up when i saw the bathrooms. The faucets and pipes are rusty and slimy like they haven't been cleaned before we checked in. The water dispenser & kitchen tools still have remnants of food! Had we been presented with another choice, we would've kept our money and stayed someplace else. It was a long weekend & everywhere else was fully booked.

They offer zero privacy and security as the spaces are too small and the building highly congested. The photos are strategic & meant to look like the rooms are clean and big, which is seriously actually the opposite. There's an ongoing construction so construction workers perpetually roam around in the property.

There is no parking space & its location is horrible. There was a thick tension in the air between all the guests because nobody knew where they would park their cars. We all had to squeeze into a poor excuse for a 'parking lot' (which they branded open air in their website) where you had to move your car before the cars behind you can get out. Imagine the stress!

The owners are deceitful, gross & should not be in this kind of business.

Stayed for 3 days and 2 nights and was given Room 202. The room is dark and poorly lighted. The worst part of of our stay is that the bathrooms/toilets are flooded because the water coming from lavatory are not directly going into the drainage but instead overflows on the floor. This is very dangerous and unsanitary!! Reported this to the owner but was not fixed as the problem was the drainage. The remote control of the television does not have a battery. Requested for a battery but was never provided. Requested to replace the beddings because those were dirty and could still find hair on the bedcover. Very disappointed!!!!

I had to choose this place because it was peak season and the hotels are fully-booked.

Pros:
- Stunning view at night when the houses are no longer visible
- Helpful staff, albeit unprofessional in grooming and service

Cons:
- Street perched on the dangerous side of the road. Climb a very steep, uphill blind curve going right, then sharp left to reach the place. I dreaded each time we had to leave and come back to the house.
- Noisy neighborhood. Children screaming and people chattering loudly from 6am onwards
- Zero privacy. If you're looking for a relaxing stay, then stay elsewhere. You could hear your neighbors chattering like they own the entire place. Too inconsiderate to even think that they talk too loud at 10pm and still bothering other guests. The bathroom sits in front of the other room's living area and you can't even lock the window.
- A sour moldy stench lingers in the air and even the bedding is musty
- No restaurant on site or nearby. Just a store selling instant noodles. You'll starve if you don't bring your own food.
- Poor ventilation. You could smell from your own bedroom what the other rooms are cooking.
- Far from the city's main attractions

Too expensive for a hotel price. Never again.

We cannot flush the toilet properly because the main water tank has malfunctioned. We killed 2 big roaches roaming in the living room. Sheets doesn't smell fresh, feels it has been used by other people and the staff are too lazy to change it. Will not recommend and will not go back even if we couldn't get a single room in Baguio. Not worth the Ph7,800 we paid for. Btw, no WIFI inside the rooms.

This vacation home is terribly frustrating, do not ever come!! They're the only accomodation place Ive known that rents their towel to the guests for 50php each. The room is so small contrary to the pictures posted. The kitchen and bedroom cabinets are too dirty and smells like mold! the beds are uncomfortably hard. Their gasoline tank for the stove is empty, we couldnt even cook! The unit smells like dog and very poor network coverage inside the room, we couldnt even make a call. I am very very disappointed and frustrated with the service they offer. Not worth your money and its too expensive for what you will get! 😠😠😠
