At the top of Session Rd is the Catholic cathedral Our Lady of Atonement Basilica. A stone's throw away is SM Baguio. Below SM is the bus depots that ply in all directions further north or Manila. going down the hill, on your left is Burnham Park and at the bottom is the famous Baguio City market. All along Session Rd, are restaurants and hotels. Behind are schools of all levels. The locals are very young and cosmopolitan. Right smack in the middle of Session is City Center Hotel. As a senior, I paid just P2k a night including breakfast. Rooms are clean and hot water abounds. With a cable car, reforestation and tulip/pine trees landscaping projects ongoing, it is no doubt that Baguio City is a premier tourist and education hub. Not to mention the crisp mountain air...a bucket list!

A nice hotel sited at the heart of the session road, great location with a lot of things to do on its neighbor. A short walk from the bus terminal, SM City Baguio, Burnham Park, Night Market, and a lot more. A free set breakfast given to us even we booked a rooms without breakfast that’s made us wowed. The food was nice and decent with a nice restaurant ambiance. We just got off because when we checked in, one of the rooms we booked was dirty and messed upon entering the room so we got a little bit upset. They offered a new room from other floor but we declined as we are family staying, so we just decided to wait for a housekeeper to clean the room. Extra towel was also chargeable! No extra room key given to us as well, as it was also chargeable! Other than that, it was a pleasant stay with my whole family.

Clean, nice and comfy with excellent location, near on every where. Staffs are accomodating. I love the free breakfast even though I didn't include it on my reservation thru agoda, they still gave us free breakfast. We will book again! Thank you City Center Hotel! 😊

We booked two rooms at this hotel via Agoda, never had any issues with reservations and check in. We got in Baguio past 3 AM, my friends and I decided to go directly to the hotel as we have so much luggages with us, when we got there the hotel receptionist allowed us to leave ourthings at the lobby while we have pur breakfast and roam around Baguio. When we got back at the hotel around 11 AM we were really tired the receptionist allowed us to check in early! (Normal check in time is at 2 PM) plus we were given complimentary breakfast good for 8 pax (we only booked room only) We were really grateful for their customer service. Room was big and clean, Soft bed and pillows, wifi was fast, no ref inside the room but it was no biggie Location of the hotel is great! Its located at the city center literally near everywhere! We were lucky that its very near the night market. I highly recommend this hotel and I’ll be back for sure.

The Hotel is simple, though it is very clean both with the lobby and the actual room. We requested for room. The accommodation that we had did not include breakfast but the check in desk was very kind enough to give us breakfast good for our 2 days stay. The airconditioning was just right and the bathroom is sight on its own.

Room facilities were basic and simple, just the things we needed to rest and sleep. Room was very clean. The staff were nice and accommodating. Best thing of all, hotel's location is excellent! Short walking distance to the public market and Burnham park, two places in Baguio visitors never skip going to no matter how many times they've been in this city.

I reckon it is imperative for me as a guest and a customer to express my deepest regret in choosing this hotel in the City of Pines for the person-in-charge at the reception is quite unmannered. I didn't get his name but he seemed to be full of himself. I couldn't manage to open my door using their key card and the one who assisted me acted out like he was forced to do his job. I am beyond outrage but that is his job to assist the guests. He even acted in a rude way telling me how 'easy' to open it. Be that as it may, anyone of sound mind would avow that not all hotel doors managed by key cards are the same so if a guest couldn't open the door then it is your basic job to help and not to make the guest felt like they didn't know the proper way of opening the door. Be polite. Your job warrants a good and sensible customer care! I couldn't help but to pity you if that is just a menial job you've settled in life but it only shows your character as a person and an employee.

Price, service, location, cleanliness, and extra value ( free wifi, complimentary breakfast, smiles) ALL excellent and 5 star for this hotel. I just checked in but the experience of checking in already told a lot. ☺️
