Lodging in Baguio particularly - checking in the apartele after midnight bazaar and leaving in the morning by 10am costs the same amount of checking in by 2pm and leaving by 12n... no considerations given no discounts...
The rooms are 2 with dining and stove, they also place a tv for kids, but very old and needz renovations. The floor are wet as if there is something that dwells under the vinyl tiles. The cold and hot water is dysfunctional and you need to adjust for your own convenience.
Yet tha staff are warm and welcoming the place needs improvement and Php2200/night could not be that worth it.

The lobby is nice, though watch out that they have a dog in the lobby, and it sleeps on the couch in case you're particular or allergic with this.
We're given a hotel room at the ground floor. It's spacious and clean, and they'll provide you with basic amenities like clean towels, blankets, and soap (no shampoo though, so bring your own). The bathroom and faucets need some upgrade as it's showing some signs of ages and one of the faucets need to be pushed really hard before you can twist it open for water to flow. The beds also squeaks moderately when you move around the bed, which is distracting to your roommates.
The room really needs a major upgrade in terms of sound proofing it. We couldn't sleep well at night as even the tiniest movements above us can be heard. In our case, we can hear the guests upstairs talking, cooking their food, watching TV, and walking around the floor. I reported this to the front lobby and she apologized for it and mentioned that it is what it is.
There's supposed to be free wi-fi in public areas, but it's not working during our stay.
The staff are nice, and would mostly provide you with your requests.
Overall, try to book the rooms at the upper floor (I think these are the apartelle ones) to avoid having the same sound issues that we experienced.
