We love the antique vibes of this place. It has a nice breakfast views. We just called their number for reservarion. Their customer service is good. Our family room is huge. We slept well. It was peaceful place. Their rate is reasonable. Food is okay. My only problem was the mosquito in the lobby at night, it is just in the lobby. Our rooms don't have it.
When I visited Baguio I stay here, my experience was good over all , the hotel is nice to stay l comfortable room with TV and Hot Shower, the Wifi is located at the reception and secure there's a guard at the guard and CCtV. The staff are friendly and approachable. The hotel is located near at the Mansion, Wright Park, Camp John Hay and it has great view with the mountain I love it so refreshing and very peaceful place. The foods are good too worth the price. I will definitely back here.
The villa hotel is a budget friendly , clean room , good staff but the only thing is , it not a disabled friendly & i suggest to update their rooms & facilities. Keep it up & hope to comeback again in future ...
The hotel is clean and nice to stay in when in baguio for a tour but if you will go there to relax this is not the place for you. Room are warmer than the other hotels i've stayed in, even with electric fans it's hard to sleep in the night (maybe on colder months this is a good place) breakfast is very very disappointing, food is ala carte and so few, you get to choose coffee or orange juice. Coffee is so bitter as if the beans has already been brewed a lot of times. Orange juice is so sweet, so we just drink water. Receptionist and staff on the other hand are all acommodating and friendly
My family checked in to this hotel last March 30, 2019. We arrived around 7pm and started sorting our rooms out since we were so tired from our flight, by the way we flew from Cebu to Manila and went straight to Baguio. Upon check in, there were a corporate event happening in the dining. We did not mind the event, all we wanted to do is to go to our rooms and have a rest. Unfortunately, all of the guests from the event were also checked in into the same hotel and some had same floor as us while the others were upstairs. At around 10pm, the guests were started drinking outside their rooms which was just next to our room and started screaming and yelling with each other. I called the reception about the noise however, the following night, it was a repeat of that unfavourable situation from the other night, the guests from that event were drinking outside our room and this time, they were running, screaming, yelling and swearing. It was very inappropriate as we had 5 kids with us who can hear those filthy words. Again, I complained to the reception and checked out in the hotel. This hotel is not family friendly at all. It looked good on the pictures and website, which I was deceived but not good to stay with, especially for a family holiday. I would not recommend this hotel at all. We also had some horror experience which was tolerable on top of those bad ones. Overall, bad experience, the management did not properly handled the situation. It was horrible! I travelled around Philippines and overseas and i have never experienced like this before!…
Budget friendly, whats nice is it did not promise so much but its worth it. Although food is quiet pricey but manageable. Rooms a bit old but again just worth the price. Slow Wifi, friendly staff and accommodating. Will always come back here, maybe can try other nice n pricey place but for a sleep place only, this is a good shot. new resto around the area
This hotel is a vacation spoiler: overpriced bare knuckles military barracks style room with defective water heater in our room that forced us to take cold showers in late November when weather is cool or cold at night in Baguio. Breakfast is not only way overpriced but also those who serve it are rude and unaccommodating. Avoid it!
Me and my family (8 people) stayed here for 2days and 1night. I would say that this place suits travellers that is looking for a cheap place to stay worthy of what they payed for. The place is cozy and gives you a home vibe with an excellent location away from the city proper. But not frequented by taxi's or jeepneys. But the place is near to some tourist spots. The lobby is not that huge but its actually warm and very welcoming and well lighted. They have verandas outside where you can enjoy your food and drinks under the cool breeze and the pine trees scent is just so refreshing! The room we stayed at is not that spaceous but at least they provided 8 single beds for 8 people. So with towels, tissue and tiny soaps for toiletries they should improve that. The toilet and shower area is a bit small and water heater on our room is initially not working but toilet is clean. There is tv also and enough electric outlets to charge your gadgets. Staffs are very accomodating, food is good with reasonable prices and they have promo sets for groups. They give discounts just ask the front desk staff! And they offer city tour package as well. The things i didnt enjoy much are: there are no phones each room so you need to go all the way up to the reception for your concerns, wifi is poor on basement rooms and a lot of stairs going up and down.…
Looked for a value for money accommodation and ended up wasting/not using it. Checked out after 30 mins, cause I was not comfortable with the place and their policies. Tested the water pressure and shower heater, fairly okay. Cleanliness of the room and toilet and bath can be improved. I should have done my due diligence, by checking first their reviews. Idid check some of the reviews, but did not consider the profile of their market. Maybe with the market they are targeting and attracting, the place is good enough. I guess with their market, its also okay to ask them to leave their IDs, so that they will think twice of doing something stupid. But this is not for me, just to be fair to this bed and breakfast place. Since its only a bed and breakfast, it has no phone inside the room, limited street parking, limited/minimal toiletries (soap only), limited cable channels, some room areas may be a challenge for Elderly people, being 2-3 floors down, w/o elevator. The good part- To distress myself, checked in at a nice condo-hotel nearby, having a very good restaurant - Cafe Adriana by Hill Station. I had a great dinner! …
Booked a room for 5 with no bfast. Pluses: Very polite and cordial staff Location (just behind the mansion) Parking was convenient Ambience was unique Even Better Ifs: EBI bathroom water heaters functioned full blast We ordered bfast separately: EBI bfast had less MSG
