We love the antique vibes of this place. It has a nice breakfast views. We just called their number for reservarion. Their customer service is good. Our family room is huge. We slept well. It was peaceful place. Their rate is reasonable. Food is okay. My only problem was the mosquito in the lobby at night, it is just in the lobby. Our rooms don't have it.
When I visited Baguio I stay here, my experience was good over all , the hotel is nice to stay l comfortable room with TV and Hot Shower, the Wifi is located at the reception and secure there's a guard at the guard and CCtV. The staff are friendly and approachable. The hotel is located near at the Mansion, Wright Park, Camp John Hay and it has great view with the mountain I love it so refreshing and very peaceful place. The foods are good too worth the price. I will definitely back here.
The villa hotel is a budget friendly , clean room , good staff but the only thing is , it not a disabled friendly & i suggest to update their rooms & facilities. Keep it up & hope to comeback again in future ...
The hotel is clean and nice to stay in when in baguio for a tour but if you will go there to relax this is not the place for you. Room are warmer than the other hotels i've stayed in, even with electric fans it's hard to sleep in the night (maybe on colder months this is a good place) breakfast is very very disappointing, food is ala carte and so few, you get to choose coffee or orange juice. Coffee is so bitter as if the beans has already been brewed a lot of times. Orange juice is so sweet, so we just drink water. Receptionist and staff on the other hand are all acommodating and friendly
My family checked in to this hotel last March 30, 2019. We arrived around 7pm and started sorting our rooms out since we were so tired from our flight, by the way we flew from Cebu to Manila and went straight to Baguio. Upon check in, there were a corporate event happening in the dining. We did not mind the event, all we wanted to do is to go to our rooms and have a rest. Unfortunately, all of the guests from the event were also checked in into the same hotel and some had same floor as us while the others were upstairs. At around 10pm, the guests were started drinking outside their rooms which was just next to our room and started screaming and yelling with each other. I called the reception about the noise however, the following night, it was a repeat of that unfavourable situation from the other night, the guests from that event were drinking outside our room and this time, they were running, screaming, yelling and swearing. It was very inappropriate as we had 5 kids with us who can hear those filthy words. Again, I complained to the reception and checked out in the hotel. This hotel is not family friendly at all. It looked good on the pictures and website, which I was deceived but not good to stay with, especially for a family holiday. I would not recommend this hotel at all. We also had some horror experience which was tolerable on top of those bad ones. Overall, bad experience, the management did not properly handled the situation. It was horrible! I travelled around Philippines and overseas and i have never experienced like this before!…
