Close to session road, Cathedral, SM, Burnham park. The beds are ok however pillows are not that comfy. Elevator don't work. CR is dirty, hot water is not working properly. Very poor wifi connection. Breakfast is nothing fancy. Poor sanitation and very poor customer service.
Disappointed, poor wifi connection, difficult to flash the comfort room.. elevator malfunction... Overall were not satisfied the accmmodation... I will not recommend this hotel. It feels uncoftable, the bed, lots of flaws
This hotel isn’t recommended whether for leisure or business trip. I had a terrible experience last March 26. Since they don’t have enough parking slots, we were asked to leave our car key. Valet Parking style. Last Saturday, around 10:25am we went to the basement parking, there was no security guard in-charge. I called the guard assigned in the looby to assist me and requested for my car key. I got nervous when we couldn’t find my key chain in the box. We went to our car and I was shocked to find out that the engine is still running and the doors are open. Upon checking the CCTV footage, they moved my car around 9:20am. Apparently, the guard (assigned in lobby) asked one of the check out guests to move it for them since the utility (another staff) is quite busy assisting the two incoming cars. I got really disappointed the way they handled the incident. Ms. Toni (part time Hotel Manager from Zen Hotel) and Ms. Jhen (HR Manager) didn’t even know how to resolve the issue. It took us 3 hours before we finally decided to leave the hotel. They didn’t offer a decent place where we can seat while waiting for resolution. No meals were offered even water. I got so stressed with what happened. I sent them an email earlier today to file for the complaint and request for a copy of CCTV footage and sent them a message but there’s no reply.…
We went to breakfast Buffet March7th 2020 yesterday morning. The food was still Ok but unexpected situation happened. I saw a worm in the lettace. So I gave the dish to one waitress and expected them to appologize or give a proper response. But they didnot do anything just ignored it. We felt a bit disappointed regarding this.
Not a good stay. We got sick...stomach upset. Served us not well-cooked burger(they cooked it straight from the freezer). Don't try their chicken fajitas...it tastes like curry. Bathroom ceiling has molds. Shower turns hot then cold. We had insect bites whenever we lay in bed. Card key oftentimes not working.
-The hotel is walking distance to the center, Session Road. -The hotel in general is clean except that the toilet in the rooms have no exhaust fans so after using the toilet, it’s smelly. We were in a group and occupied 3 rooms and comment the same thing. - Me and my sister are smokers. There is no designated area for smokers in any part of the hotel. We were told to smoke outside the building. - Breakfast is good. For 3 days we stayed in the hotel, there are always new dishes in the breakfast buffet.
I stayed here for my 2nd night in Baguio because my event is here in the 3rd flr. The room is smaller compared to my previous hotel crown legacy and on the 2x I took a shower the water esp the hot water is not that abundant I decided not to shampoo or soap myself. It might be the water pressure or too many guests. Breakfast was ok, rice and several meat/veggies, salad, bread, egg station and pancake station. This is in the penthouse some tables shaded and most tables exposed to the sun. Line was long because it was a weekend and we ate 745am so maybe eat earlier or later.
We totally enjoyed our stay at this hotel! 🥰💯 Location and money wise! 💵 It’s affordable yet the room was sooooooo nice! And the view from the balcony was breathtaking! 🤩 I’m so glad that my husband booked this hotel. 👨👩👦🥰💖💯 - Not a paid review 😁
Late arrival steered my self and family to this place near the bus station. First parking and walking were a disaster. Second I was accepted at a senior rate. The room was musty and view was a draining roof and adjacent Building. Had to report leaking bath fixture was told water cane from shower. Then comode base. Funny that the pipes were dripping. No wash cloths. The floors were not clean or cleaned. Breakfast was ok, but before you eat go to the front desk each time for voucher. Elevator buttons stuck or did not light. Noise from hall was like no door at all. On check out I was billed additional charge per day, stating I was not a senior and did not deserve that rate. I ask why it was given to me. Answer it was a mistake. This management needs management!
We checked-in to City Light Hotel for a workshop. The room looks nice and cozy. But, the bed is really hard and uncomfortable. I checked the bed mattress and it's a plywood bed topped with 1 inch of low quality foam. I'm pregnant and I have back pains. Their bed worsened my back pain even for just a few minutes of lying down. I asked house keeping and they refused to change the mattress stating that all their beds are the same and it can't be changed. True enough, my roommate's bed is the same. It is also as rock as a plywood and it's only covered with 1 inch of low quality foam. I'VE BEEN TO VARIOUS HOTELS IN BAGUIO CITY AND THIS HOTEL HAS THE WORST HOTEL BED IN BAGUIO CITY. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. DON'T BE DECEIVED BY THE COZY LOOK OF THE ROOM, CHECK THE BED MATTRESS.
