We stayed at Microtel for 2 days and we are satisfied with our room and breakfast . The room is quite spacious and clean. The breakfast is by Amare. Food is great in Amare. The location of Microtel is quite convenient because it is adjacent to Victory liner. Travelers can commute and stay at Microtel for convenience. I recommend this hotel if you travel to Baguio via Victory liner. Soo convenient!

Old hotel with small rooms, courteous staff is the only positive. Breakfast only had rice and couple of dishes that didn’t look too appetizing and I ended up eating out with the team. Hotel seems to have good connection with online booking sites like velocity since it’s keep showing up as a top choice where there are other much nicer resort hotels which we would have preferred for business travel.

This is our first time with Microtel by Wyndham Baguio. We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights with my family, we had an incredible experience. The area and room are clean, the lobby smells wonderful. The complementary breakfast was also good, the taste, servings, and selection were acceptable. The Wi-Fi is okay, but sometimes it's cutting in and out (we stayed on the lower ground). But one thing made this hotel superb is the people. The staff from the front desk are professional, reliable, and courteous. The housekeepers greet you with a smile, even the security guards are hospitable. The location was also a big plus. We will definitely be back. Keep it up 😀

The room is clean and the hotel staff is very courteous and attentive like Joseph and Vanessa during our breakfast they assist us to our needs, Of course, my family feels secured due to the security visibility (SG Cabales, SG Asia) kudos 👍 Just a few observations inside the room HK team must thoroughly inspect the linen and pillow as stain is visible and the scratch on the tempered glass on the wall above the bed but overall stay is 👍 good.

Great location, walk to SM Baguio, tons of restaurants nearby. Easy walk to Night Market and Burnham Park. Hotel rooms are very nice, breakfast is good. Ample parking, friendly staff. What more could you ask for? Even if you take Victory Liner, you’re around the corner from the terminal. Which also makes finding a taxi real easy. I’ll stay here every time I go to Baguio

We stayed at Microtel by Wyndham in Baguio City over the last weekend. As I was expecting of Microtel (I have stayed at a few other Microtels around the country), the stay was great: room was clean and tidy, the hotel itself was very clean and organized. Staff, including trainees, were very accommodating. A plus is that they have an attached restaurant where daily breakfast is served, and where you can order meals (or dine-in) for lunch or dinner. Our room didn't have much of a view, though due to its location, I doubt that there would be a superb view from any room (which isn't the fault of the hotel). My definite go to place when I travel to Baguio. And if you are travelling by bus from Manila or the lowlands, I recommend taking the Victory Liner - it's terminal is right beside the hotel, so think of the convenience.…

Not the newest hotel we've ever stayed in, but this place still represented good value for money. The room was clean and well presented. Checking in was a breeze and the fact that there was a pizza place attached to the hotel (with good pizzas) was also an added bonus. Location was pleasing with the SM Mall just a short walk away. A small shop was also next door- cold beer could be had for 51 PHP a can. We were also able to walk to the Joybus Depot from the hotel. My wife got sick whilst we were at the hotel (not their fault in any way) and the staff were attentive and responded quickly to her needs. Thank you Wyndham Baguio for looking after us.

Microtel is a place you would love to stay while you are in Baguio. A very cozy place. Thanks to the staff, Jem, Janella and Leila from the reception. I have to commend their sincerity to the guests, same with Mr. Jay-r from the Amare La Cocina. I was running for breakfast because i came back to the hotel a bit late, he was there to assist me. Again, thank you to these lovely and hard working staff. I could have a wonderful stay if all the staff are the same with the mentioned names. The reception when i checked in (January 4, 2023) i cannot feel their empathy and sincerity. I think they need to do another training for customer service. There was a time when i called the reception, i think (not sure but it sounds like) the staff (man) put me on a loud speaker mode while talking to me. I don't think that is right to do to your guests. For me that's unprofessional. And i have to mention this, the housekeeping staff, kindly tell them not to laugh out loud, not to talk like they are the only people in the premises. I was trying to sleep at 11 AM but i could not sleep because of their noises. To the kuya guards, who are never getting tired of greeting me every time, thank you so much! We were in Baguio for five nights. This hotel's room configuration had the standard of most Microtels we are familiar with. We had a few problems with our room(s). Rooms 'plural' because they had to switch us two times. The first time because the room was too noisy from the noise of the road and bus terminal next door. The second time, because staff moved us into a room that had a connecting door to the neighboring room and where they checked in a family with many very young and noisy kids. The soundproofing was obviously sub-standard. Furthermore, the rooms had consistent sewer odors. In general, the hotel was average. But the staff was very accommodating. I would like to commend the front desk person Ru Calica who provided five-star service. He was extremely attentive to our needs, courteous, and did everything possible to help out in lieu of the circumstances, especially with the situation of the noisy family. He was obviously well trained, to the level I would qualify for a five-star concierge. His courteous service level especially with dealing with the family in the room next to us made up for the deficiency of the hotel.…
