This is the 3rd hotel we stayed in Camp John Hay ( we stayed in The Manor & The Forest Lodge). Pros: friendly & accommodating staff, modern, big room, bathroom is nice with auto flusher toilet & the room has a balcony, near techno hub for food, near the exit to Loakan road. Cons: parking lot is muddy, wifi did not work most of the time ( we used Globe LTE for work instead), the room walls are too thin (we heard the people at the hallway & other people in the next room).

One of the best "Luxury Hotel" I have ever been. The room is super nice, the view outside is so beautiful, they offer delicious breakfast buffet. So, whenever you visit Baguio make sure you check in here.

The food is classy yet it satisfies my modernized taste buds. The food represents the local traditions, art and culture of Cordilleras. The ambiance plus food service is a great asset of the place not to mention the great accommodation of the manager.

I think the main advantage of the hotel is that it's in Camp John Hay - for those who want to be in this area, it's one of the two hotels inside so it's pretty convenient. It's a short walk to Scout Hill and the activity area in John Hay. However, the lobby is a bit small and pretty cramped, the elevator is also a bit small, and the hallways are a bit dark since the windows are on either side of the long hallway. The room itself is ok, beds are on the big side and the toilet seat is heated, with good hot water flow in both the sink and the shower. we got a room with an aircon since you can't leave the balcony door open in the night (lots of insects) and the aircon stopped working in the early hours of the morning. They got a technician to come up but I figured out how to reset it myself since he couldn't do it. Breakfast was ok, but the buffet area was a bit cramped. We requested for a 30 minute extension and reception asked me why. I never got that reply before in all my years of staying in hotels :) It's fine, I just packed up faster. Staff were otherwise helpful.
