The hotel is located nicely closer to everything like restaurants and sight seeing attractions. Hotel staffs are very friendly. Rooms are always cleaned and our room has kitchen ammenities. They have Kuya J at the lobby but we never tried to dine in there. Things I don’t like is the hotel has no gym and wifi connection is very slow. The room they gave seems to have dead spot with our network provider as well.

A huge room with a dysfunctional toilet bowl and the entire bathroom, the problem was addressed immediately upon reporting it to the front desk. It was terrible that I had to highlight it before we checked out, the good thing about it is that the hotel management did something about it and was very cooperative. As for the hotel entirety itself, I find it absolutely good, a value for money, somewhat.

There were no staff at the entrance to take care of luggage. We will be staying for 6 nights. Rates vary from weekdays and weekends. Thought we had a good deal. Vat was removed but for the senior citizen who was the registered occupant. (I have my son with me). Everything should be paid upon check in compared to other hotels which you pay upon check out. Pictures on their site were enticing.see attached picture of the view from the window. Hoping for some delightful changes to make stay better and maybe update my review

Very clean room, nice-smelling sheets and wonderful service. Also the location is very nice. Baguio's weather, however, is not as cold as it used to be. The hotel did offer us a stand fan even if we never asked for one. It is only cold at night and in the mornings. Afternoons, just as warm as Manila. I think this hotel will have to consider putting in air conditioners soon.

Stayed here for 2 nights. We got the 2 bedroom unit. We were told by the manager that 5th floors or room with views can only be booked directly to them. I booked through agoda. We were assigned room on the 3rd floor and the balcony will give you a solid wall view. (Firewall of the condominium beside the hotel) So basically what they were saying was If you'd like to book a room on the top floor and with a view, you need to book with them directly. My wife asked for the manager to place us on the 5th floor which they didnt want to do first but then they changed their minds and gave us 5th floor unit with no balcony. Buffet Breakfast was included and it was okay (Kuya J restaurant). We also cooked in the unit. Refrigerator is also available. Staff and people are really friendly. Lots of parking space.

We had a Superior Room and Fromt Desk was kind enough to grant our request of having a room at the 5th Floor. We had a balcony, but we were facing a massive wall, and the development right beside Azalea allows other people to see inside the room. Kuya J is located at the ground floor, but choices are very limited. Breakfast buffet included, but wished there were more options. Note: There are rooms that have no outdoor view (i.e. the windows open to the hallway).

I have stayed here few times on previous trips home. Was then satisfied so decided to stay again. However, this time we encountered few issues 1- Wi-Fi was very slow if there was any. Calls kept dropping. Just very frustrating 2- Breakfast . Same fare everyday. Food was cold. We stopped going in for breakfast on second morning. Mind you we stayed for a week 3- Bathrooms need deep clean and a good scrub. Shower door was a struggle to open and close 4- cupboards for kitchen utensils smelled like rat droppings or a bad case of body odour. Needs proper cleaning too 5- Perhaps more wardrobe space. 6- Borrowed 2 chairs for the balcony. I don’t mind if it’s monoblock as long as it’s clean but they were not. Imagine white chairs but now brown with dirt 7- There was an event whilst we were there. They were so loud and went on till midnight despite our complaints about it and were reassured it was silent night after 10 pm Staff was very nice and friendly. Including the housekeeping team Good location And accessible

For those who plans to book at Azalea, here are my tips based on my actual experience: 1. Book directly at the hotel. Call them directly so you could clarify all your room requirements. 2. If you plan to get 2-bedroom apartment (which comfortably accommodates 6 pax), make sure to choose the rooms at the 5th floor so you are assured of an unobstructed view from your balcony. Otherwise, be ready to say hello to a SOLID WALL as your scenic view. This is true on the first to fourth floors. 3. You may also specifically choose FRONT 1 or 2-bedroom apartment with a nice view of Baguio. 4. In case you have concerns, Gilbert (Hotel Manager) provides excellent service. He is very competent and emphatic to the concerns of customers. 5. Kuya J's restaurant is a concessionaire of the the hotel. They have good buffet breakfast and cordial service. But just don't expect a hotel-type of service from them. 6. Noises from other rooms were very audible. So, be warned. Overall, our family enjoyed our stay in this hotel. If you are not too picky about the views and noises, then, I would highly recommend this place. It is good for family or big groups.
