We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment suite which is good for 4 person but it can actually fit up to 6 because of its size. Sheets are new, towels are fresh and they provide complete set of toiletries.Front desk is very accommodating. Everything is good except for the bad smell in their bathroom but still manageable.

Except for the confusion about the approval process in travelling to Baguio (the hotel did not approve the visit required by the city portal and we only know they are the ones approving it when we called to clarify if it is needed, or we cancel the trip - turns out it was not even checked), the stay was okay. The staff was very helpful and provided bottled water, amenities and extra towels when we asked.
Location was also perfect as it is near the city proper and just outside it that there is no traffic in the area. Also, sufficient parking and public transport just outside if you want to use taxi or jeepneys

Thank you, we needed to change rooms because the dust in the 2nd floor was triggering my asthma attacks. We will choose the place in Baguio again, thank you so much. The front desk, n=bellboy attendants and Maintenance people are so cheerful and a delight to transact with.

Booked a room for 2N3D with my partner and the first thing we did is to ask our room to be cleaned. Fitted sheet filthy , coffee marks off the kitchen wall and to our surprise everything is dusty. Food is quite good but no options for foreign visitors. Upon check out we were told of a burnt kettle and was asked to pay for it? Like? Seriously? We know how to use electric kettle as we use the same kind at home in ireland. If theres a burnt part of the kettle base , is it not a manufacturers defect not a customer issue? We’re not fool enough to use an electric kettle on hub. I just wonder how many people were fooled on the same kettle issue? Wont be back and wont recommend.

We booked for 4 days and 3 nights, we arrived 12 midnight because of the travel hours, the hotel was very nice, the rooms were also good, it has television with cable, kitchen wares. On our 1st day we had a city tour when we got back, I think a room attendant clean the room and got the the used towels but they did not replenish it, we called the reception for another replacement. The playground was so good, my daughter enjoyed the place. Kuya J's restaurant was a thumbs up for me, the staffs were so accommodating, they served delicious foods and served pancake for kids even without asking. On our last day, I think because it's Friday night and it's a long week end, other guest on the other rooms were very noisy as if they had no neighbors it is almost past 11 pm, we did not sleep well considering that we have an infant, a kid and a senior citizen. Although the receptionist called how many times and other security staff called their attention but still they are not cooperating. We even slept for almost past 12 am. But still it was a very good experience to us, will still consider this place again for our next visit. Thank you Azalea :)

we cehcked in on october 3, 2022 coz my birthday is on the next day , at that time, the hotel was fully booked, the reception told us that we will be on the 4th floor no view, wall side,
its ok still because we dont have any reservation . at midnight, supposed to be oct 4, my family is singing happy birthday because it was a surprise, we were 5 then plus my 3 years old son they were just singing happy birthday , we received a call from the reception told us that WE WERE TOO NOISY? duh!! they are just singing happy birthday we are not shouting or what .

and besides were not gonna sing for 5 hours that happy birthday song ! duh!

so we kept or voice not that soo loud for it might disturb other guests.

3 am me and my husband woke up bec. the other room is soo noisy laughing and shouting ..
6 am again we woke up for the second time because the other room was so noisy , they are even singing while taking a bath . we did inform our concern to the reception , and thought that they will do something about it and guess what the noise , the shouting still continues , as early as 3 am , lunch time , and so on , so fourth

we stayed there for 3 nights and and did not enjoy my vacation because we cant get enough sleep

the bathroom is dirty, though housekeeping did the cleaning, i dont know where that bad smell is coming from their bathroom ,

my birthday experience in baguio especially in this hotel was not a good one.

This is a good property overall and good value, especially with the wonderful breakfast buffet included. The property is showing its age and lack of attention to repair issues. There are cracks and broken things here and there (hallways, elevator, wood trim in the bathroom rotting, etc.) that should be fixed before the place turns into a dump. Generally speaking though, I think the hotel is a poor design with the hallow middle from lobby to top floor which means all noise (talking, knocking, laughing, etc.) travel everywhere in the hallways to all floors. To make matters worse, our bedroom in the 2 bedroom unit had windows to the hallway which did not block out the noise. I finally had to ask maintenance to fix the window to close tightly to keep out the noise for sleeping. Also, there was a bad sewer type smell in one of the bathrooms. The other bad design is no elevator access from the 3-level underground parking to the lobby level.

Overall, good value most especially because of free underground parking and great breakfast. Full service housekeeping daily with new water bottles.

For those who plans to book at Azalea, here are my tips based on my actual experience:

1. Book directly at the hotel. Call them directly so you could clarify all your room requirements.
2. If you plan to get 2-bedroom apartment (which comfortably accommodates 6 pax), make sure to choose the rooms at the 5th floor so you are assured of an unobstructed view from your balcony. Otherwise, be ready to say hello to a SOLID WALL as your scenic view. This is true on the first to fourth floors.
3. You may also specifically choose FRONT 1 or 2-bedroom apartment with a nice view of Baguio.
4. In case you have concerns, Gilbert (Hotel Manager) provides excellent service. He is very competent and emphatic to the concerns of customers.
5. Kuya J's restaurant is a concessionaire of the the hotel. They have good buffet breakfast and cordial service. But just don't expect a hotel-type of service from them.
6. Noises from other rooms were very audible. So, be warned.

Overall, our family enjoyed our stay in this hotel. If you are not too picky about the views and noises, then, I would highly recommend this place. It is good for family or big groups.

After scanning through our previous hotels in Baguio, we ended up with Azalea. Reasons: price was reasonable, reviews were positive and the buffet breakfast for 4 was the main catch. Few minutes going to Session and Burnham by jeep considering taxis were a bit pricey was also nice because of the cold breeze. The online reps replies almost instantly on their FB page. They booked us without downpayment.
Arriving at the hotel, our room was not yet ready so we have to wait for a little while. The front desk were very accomodating. (Forgot the name of the guy but his sched was around check in time weekend) ☺ made sure we are comfy waiting. They gave us a room for 4 with back balcony. At first I didn't know what it meant (thought we'll be seeing mountains) but when we saw it, there's a big wall. No view at all. But it's ok. We also asked for extra lotion. And the water heater was dirty because the previous occupants probably didn't know how to use them. 😡
Overall, it was ok. Considering staying again there. (if there are no vacancies in our favorite hotels)
