Staff - Very attentive and warm Food - Breakfast provided by Kuya J. Got it as part of the package. The coffee and hot choco are great. Service is also great but it can get crowded at around 9 to 10 so best time to eat is 7-8. It's buffet style and most are already cold. Take it if it's part of the package but if you have to pay extra, I dont recommend Rooms - Rooms are spacious and clean. Comfortable with great view too Parking - they have plenty parking space
Definitely satisfactory overall impression on this place because of the polite and accommodating staff and management. Although some amenities like TV which is not yet smart tv, I would definitely recommend this place. Very accessible to all the scenic spots in Baguio.
great for place for business and pleasure. complete and clean high end amenities for all ages, polite and friendly staffs, also easily accessible from the central business district. definitely worth the stay
Loved our stay here. Their 2 Br suite is very spacious and well equipped with necessary entertainment (3 TVs with cable) and kitchen utensils. Will surely be our official hotel when in Baguio. Looking forward to coming back here.
We got a 2 bedroom suite and a 1 bedroom suite. Both rooms had no windows, poorly cleaned,in fact one of the rooms had a terrible stench we asked housekeeping to take of but couldn’t. The towels were dirty, bathrooms still had hair from previous guests. Overall, the room size is good but for the rate we paid for we expected more, breakfast at kuya j is good, but I will not stay here again
Thank you, we needed to change rooms because the dust in the 2nd floor was triggering my asthma attacks. We will choose the place in Baguio again, thank you so much. The front desk, n=bellboy attendants and Maintenance people are so cheerful and a delight to transact with.
It was a last minute booking and we were lucky we chose Azalea. Exceeded expectations and quite impressed. Hotel is nice for staycation with its modern design and upscale condominium vibe. No aircon on the room but it's not needed with the chill Baguio climate. Buffet breakfast was yummy on their in-house resto Kuya J's (we love Kuya J's here in the metro). Staff are courteous and service was great. They were kind enough to offer baby cot (free of charge) when they saw we have an infant with us.
I did not encounter any problems from reservation, check in and check out. The room was clean and spacious and can easily accommodate at least 4 people though there was just me and my daughter. There was an ongoing construction beside but since we were out most of the time it was not really a problem. Their in-house restaurant was Kuya J. Breakfast buffet was yummy. Will definitely be back next year.
got an advise of (still) an on-going construction only the day prior to my booking date, when the booking was made way ahead of time (oct 2019). stayed their a couple of times last year (on personal booking or as a guest) and the construction noise wasn't a pleasant experience. mores so, the stay their was intended for rest and relaxation. replied to the sms and advised of said concern, got a noted response. but was still placed in a noisy room when we got there.
We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment suite which is good for 4 person but it can actually fit up to 6 because of its size. Sheets are new, towels are fresh and they provide complete set of toiletries.Front desk is very accommodating. Everything is good except for the bad smell in their bathroom but still manageable.
