Lafaayette’s rate is reasonable. We chose the Double queen deluxe room which is clean and spacious, just right for a family of five like us. We love the breakfast buffet because of the variations which are all delicious. Will definitely come again and recommend staying at Lafaayette to Family and Friends.

over priced! very expensive room rates,, should have booked in camp john hay hotels for its price instead,, the facade is nice but thats it,, noisy at night theres a bar behind it,, and you'd hear the karaoke all night till the wee hours of the morning,, theres a smell of poop coming out from the corner of the room,, its disgusting!

Do not let the seemingly imposing facade of this fairly new hotel impress you! Just as we have painfully learned. There is nothing Presidential about their Presidential Suite experience! This review pertains to our FIRST and LAST stay at this hotel. This horrible experience happened last Dec 26-27, 2022. We booked their Presidential Suite upon being told that this is the only accommodation available around that Christmas holiday. We have arrived right on time for the 2:00 pm check-in time. After all the paperwork, the suite was not yet ready. Apparently, they are still doing QC to ensure that the suite is within their “standards”. We finally got to our suite right around 3:00 pm. Not yet apparent during that time was that funky stench wafting in the air that later plagued our stay. Upon returning back to the suite later that night, a strong stench of what smells like sewer line was very apparent on the central living/dining area. And so, we just opened up all the windows, thinking that this will eventually go away. If anything, this stench did not reach both bedrooms once the doors were closed. And upon waking up the following morning, this disgusting stench was stronger than ever on the central living area! At this point, it was evident that this stench was emanating from the hotel’s sewer vent line. It seems like the more guests flushed their toilets during the night, the stronger the stench got. We have reported this issue to their front desk. And the seemingly naive male staff denied ever knowing that such a problem exists. He did promise to get the issue resolved. And upon returning from breakfast, the stench was seemingly gone. So, we thought. However, as it got closer to 12 noon check out time, the stench was slowly creeping back. We have once again reported this to the front desk. Only this time, the rather snooty attitude was evident. And once again, they denied that there is a sever line vent issue at their hotel. Plus, we’re about to check out anyway. Upon checking out, we have stressed this issue more than ever. But the sickening part is, there was not even any consolation offer to make things right for us by the hotel staff! They seem to have their hands tied regarding any consolation offer on their part. And not one manager even bothered to talk to us. Let alone, apologize for the experience! NO EFFORT WHATSOEVER FROM THEIR PART TO MAKE THE EXPERIENCE RIGHT!!! Mind you, Lafayette Hotel people, that a hotel suite stay is not just about the room itself. It’s about the overall experience! And you miserably failed in this regard! Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. NEVER AGAIN!…

Very nice hotel just near Baguio city center. Staff is very professional and friendly, rooms are nice, clean and spacious. Parking is free and there are plenty of restaurants in the area as well as a bar-restaurant and coffee bar in the hotel. Nearest mall is within 10 minutes walking. Breakfast buffet offers nice food, good choices and a nice view over the area as it’s situated on the 11th floor.

The hotel is actually nice and has semblance with decors and finishes of those in Europe. Breakfast buffet has enough variety. Location of the hotel is great as it is between the more quiet locations and the busier areas of Baguio. Room service is quite slow though even if it is not peak season.

The room and the hotel itself is beautiful!!! I rrally like the premiumness of the hotel. And the friendliness of the staff. The only drawback is there's no airconditioner. They have a humidifuer/fan ut still prefers AC. The place is in the heart of the city as well and accessible to everything.

-Receptionist are not Friendly this is the first thing that i noticed. -Walls are not sound proof I can hear loud noises from the other room and cars passing by. -Exhaust in Comfort Room not working well. No air fresheners too - Also accused of stealing towel and it and charged for washing fee been to Okada many times but was never charged of washing fee. Please review your policy. - Ambience is really nice but don't expect you will be treated by the staff with class. only the Bell Boys are nice.

Located at the heart of the city, but not the crowded part of town, you'll have the best view of the city area and the sought after trees and old Baguio vibe. Rooms are to die for, spotless, opulent and cozy all in one. Very courteous and accomodating staff, always there to assist you with anything. Definitely a go to when in Baguio!!

Just had our vacation at Lafaayette Hotel. It was really a great stay. The place is so classy and the foods are all luscious. I would be glad to recommend Lafaayette to my friends especially their roof deck with mini garden and a 360° view of Baguio. The staffs are all polite, I also would like to commend the one who assisted us on the roof deck, Ms. Josephine. She mentioned that she's an ojt and yet she acts so professional as if she's already an employee. She's very polite and funny. If ever you'll visit Lafaayette and their roof deck, I'll suggest you look for her for a nice experience. Great job Lafaayette.

The hotel is in the city's heart, so it’s accessible. It’s near tourist spots. The hotel itself is the definition of luxury. The staff is accommodating and polite. The food is excellent. We got the king deluxe high room, and it’s adorable! Clean and cozy in a luxurious way. I will surely come back and recommend this hotel to my friends and family.
