Best value for the space. Stayed here with friends years ago. Came back with family. Air conditioned room good for 5 adults and 1 infant. Upon entering the room, looks it had it shares of fun times already. But once the lights are open and blinds are up and Aircon is open the room feels more homey. They have ample parking space but best to get to park out the lobby. Basement parking is quite cramped and also stinks of cigarette even if there were a bunch of no smoking sign. The hallway also sometime smells like cigarettes. Initially was informed that breakfast was plated but it was buffet breakfast. Breakfast had cereals, chicken soup on both days, two kinds of rice, 3 kinds of viands, diy salad and two kinds of fruits. Coffee, hot chocolate, juice and water. Everything was edible but not that good. 😆 location is also good since baguio has number coding on weekdays. Having ascending part of session road closed was a bit hassle but easy to go around. Beds were comfy, restroom was clean enough. Elevator in hotel is not working 24 hours unless you have bags need to be lifted. Overall nice stay. Budget and comfort was hit 🎯

My husband & I stayed here recently. ( Jan 13.2023) The location is very convenient, easy access to most tourists attractions, our room ok, nice & clean beds, the elevator was under repair & some ongoing construction in the building. Staffs were very Polite & very helpful . We booked for 4D3N but only stayed 2D&2N as we’ve seen most of the attractions. No cancellation or changes on our booking. So we wasted 1D1N as we decided to travel all over the way to Banaue Rice Terraces.

Room: spacious, warm. With little dresser, TV, bathroom for small family. All warm lights. Nice windows. Rooms 500+ are the best rooms due to the view. Clean. 2 beds, 1 sofa bed. Windows can be opened to bring in natural air

Lobby: small. Also space to eat your bfast or drink coffee

Parking: basement and outside. Take the parking outside so it’s easier to get your luggage. No elevator but stairs are okay

Food: average but okay.

Location: between Camp John Hay, Session Road and Burnham Park. Good place to get taxi.

Pros: hotel-feel. Cost is half price of the other hotels
Cons: there are small cockroaches in the bathroom, dining, walls

Travelled with family. 3 - me, my husband, and 11-yr old son

Stayed here for the New Year’s Eve. I was given a twin bed room since the capacity was full.

It came to surprise that upon my arrival I was given a voucher which gives me free dinner throughout my stay for 2 nights! The food choice was slightly limited but the taste was very good!

Breakfast wise the spread was good for a small hotel, don’t be shocked to taste good breakfast here!

Location wise it’s slightly away from the main town as this hotel is located beside Lafayette , which is situated on the hill so the weather is cold at night, which is a nice thing to experience!

The hotel's location is great. Near SM and Camp John Hay. We loved the dinner and breakfast too. Very tasty food. They have free-flowing coffee too. Our room was clean. Everything worked (aircon, tv, water heater, etc). And we were lucky to get a room with a fantastic view! Only bad thing here is the lack of parking space. At any time you'll have to double park your car in very tight spaces and leave the key with them. So if you bring an expensive car you'll spend your time worrying about it. But overall, it was a great stay for us.

Business Travellers - BEWARE of this hotel! they refuse to issue an official receipt/invoice. We booked 4 rooms and paid in advance but upon check-out, they REFUSED to issue an OR. We are frequent travellers, always book thru booking.com and the hotels we booked always issue a receipt, automatically - except this one! Really stressful experience as I had to call them and booking.com a number of times but property still insists that they will not issue a receipt!

Limited parking, smelly bathrooms, noisy aircons that lose power. There are better hotels in Baguio that cost less. Chalet Baguio = 👎🏾👎🏾

Called all the number on their website and the one shown on Google SEVERAL times and nobody answered. This hotel is trying to pretend to be nice but objectively sucks.

Better shed a little more and look for other property. Our stay is just okay, I get the rate for only 2k so I’m not expecting that much, I guess hotel rates in Baguio is expensive in general I mean compare to value that you get. I will try other properties with higher rates next time so I can compare more.

This hotel does not provide security to their guests. Their 24-hr CCTV and Security as they say in their advertisement were totally HOAX! CCTV is not working, security is a shame as they only have 1 security guard (whose role is just manning the door). Our room was robbed while we were having breakfast yesterday. Unfortunately the hotel staff did not know how to manage the situation but rather kept on calling their hotel manager who could not be contacted nor located. They referred us to their "Chef" to assist and investigate the incident! We need to end up calling the police just for us to get things done immediately and protect our rights as we are only tourists in the area. Better review thoroughly this hotel, they may have nice facilities but SECURITY & SAFETY OF THE GUESTS are totally at risks.
