Pros 1. Due to increasing traffic, location of hotel is ideal. Close to Cathedral, SM Baguio and walking distance to market. No need to drive. If you get tired there's an abundance of taxis. 2. Room was very clean and very homey. 3. Bathroom clean and hot water very hot. 4. Restaurant located inside hotel has fantastic breakfast. Coffee was out of this world. Went to Public Market strictly to buy the same coffee. Cons: 1. Due to availability ended up with honeymoon suite with aircondtioning. Of course paid extra. And didn't need air-conditioning. Just open the windows. 2. No wifi in rooms. Have to use wifi in lobby. Need to get there early to get a seat on the limited couches in the lobby. Everyone has the same idea. 3. No cable tv in room 2 out of 3 days.

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay with us! Yes, WiFi is only available in the common areas such as the restaurant and lobby for now, but we are working on upgrading our system so that the entire hotel will have connectivity. For future reference, you may approach the front desk and they will gladly assist you and repair or replace your TV. Due to the inclement weather, it may have something to do with the signal or the service provider itself. We do have rooms located on the other side of the hotel, for a more comfortable and quiet stay. If you are in the air-conditioned room, we suggest closing the windows and making use of the AC. This, along with our thicker curtains, usually muffles the sound quite well. Please let us know how else we can improve on your next visit. Thank you for choosing Casa Vallejo and we appreciate your continued patronage. Hope to see you again soon!

Casa Vallejo is a short walk to SM City, Igorot Stairs and is right beside specialty food restaurants like Pamana, Chokolateria, etc. If you have a car, they have a guarded parking area at the back of the hotel which is accessible through a steep inclined road right bedside the hotel. You can access the hotel and rooms through the back entrance. The shortcut is convenient but is crude and unkempt. The moldy stone steps leading to the unpolished wooden stairs to hills station and hotel is dark, damp, unpleasant and unwelcoming. Also be prepared to go through traffic as soon as you exit the hotel as it is located at the main road. Hotel staff are very efficient and friendly. The hotel is decorated in good taste although I was a bit disappointed that the fireplace is just a décor

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay with us! We are Baguio's only heritage hotel and we have worked very hard to preserve this legacy. However, we have put great effort as well into modernizing our facilities and upgrading our amenities for our guests' comfort--without sacrificing our historical value. Casa Vallejo provides guests with pocket experiences of the City of Pines for them to enjoy. We hope that when you visit again, Mt Cloud will be open. We will make sure to relay your appreciation to our staff. Please let us know how else we can improve on your next visit. Thank you for choosing Casa Vallejo and can't wait to have you back!

We had a lovely time here just last weekend. Such a pretty place. It houses a restaurant (Hill Station, pretty popular) and a bookstore (Mt. Cloud), which we liked. It's also right behind SM and near most tourist spots and restos, so hailing or booking a cab wasn't difficult. Every member of the staff was approachable and informative. We just had issues with housekeeping matters but it was all sorted out in the end. I'd definitely stay here again.

Home for 3D/2N during the reception of PMA Class 2022 Cadets in June 2018. Found this in the internet while looking for a distinct place to stay in Baguio and booked it because of its historical value, appearance, location and favorable reviews. It’s different from your usual building hotels in the City. If you want old, historical, wooden structure with huge French windows, stay here. It’s very close to SM, Gov. Pack Bus Terminal, Cathedral, Session Road (main), and restaurants that you need not worry about your daily needs and public transportation. Room was nice and neat. Booked via their Manila agent and got a discounted price compared to price quoted via direct booking. Got a standard fan, good for 2pax at 2750/night, that converts to 1375/pax with a good breakfast at

The locarion of this hotel is very convenient. It's at the front of SM, only a 5 minute walk. It's also near other attractions like the Laperal white house and teachers camp with about 20 minutes or less drive time.

This boutique hotel made my stay in Baguio an enjoyable one! The facade showcased a little history but the amenities did not fail! The honeymoon room is historically modern - room is carpeted! The room come with a ceiling fan only - the cool climate of Baguio did most of the trick. The hotel is located in the city center - Session Road, where all the action and shopping are located. I highly recommend this hotel whenever you go to Baguio! If you wanted a modern, contemporary WITH historical feel! Before I forget, this hotel housed one of the best authentic cordillera massage in the City of Pines, the North Haven Spa! I really loved the massage. So, if you want a total relaxation in Baguio City, do not forget - Casa Vallejo!! Ome more thing, this hotel also housed Hill

We stayed at Casa Vallejo this weekend and I can say I really had a great experience with this hotel. The staff is very accommodating and friendly and even allowed us to go into early check-in. Housekeeping staff was very prompt to attend to our needs (check the CR, replenish toiletries supply, etc). The room is very cozy. Even it is an old hotel, it is properly maintained and no moldy smell. The food at Hill Station is great! They have wide array of choices and the price is not that high. So happy to have hearty breakfast for 2 days :) They serve the best coffee and carrot cupcake (yummy!). It's an advantage that it is at the center of Baguio and near the famous areas; a few minutes walk to Baguio Cathedral, Session Road/Night Market, SM, among others. For a booklover like me,

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay with us! We truly appreciate your kind and glowing words. Wi-Fi signal is strongest in the public areas such as reception and the restaurant, but we are working on our own dedicated internet service. We can't wait for you to come back with your family and get a chance to try North Haven Spa, and our other tenants such as Lagalag Exploration, Kalay-at and the Yoga Room. Thank you for recommending us to your friends. Please let us know how else we can improve on your next visit. Thank you for choosing Casa Vallejo and hope to see you again soon!

Very comfortable and authentic Hotel with some history. If you have kids and like noise, this is absolutely not the hotel for you since it has many steep staircases and its original construction was made lightly to endure earthquakes........I only mention this because some folks make quite unreasonable and unjustified complaint.......[also not suitable for folks with mobility issues]........without cognizance of the authenticity of this relatively historic structure. The food and service was excellent value for money in Baguio with wonderful dining staff all brilliantly trained and polite and an an excellent bar tender/wine waiter................quite the best

Yes, we have tried our best to maintain the classic heritage look of the hotel, without sacrificing our guests' comfort and at the same time modernizing some amenities. We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights in Baguio and decided to check-in at Casa Vallejo since we are planning to have our wedding in Baguio and reception in Hill Station. The hotel is just a walking distance from SM Baguio, Session Road and Cathedral. Most of the staff are welcoming and accomidating, but some receptionist and guards are not. The facade of the hotel is so elegant and class. The room is clean but with a little musty odor, which one would expect since Casa Vallejo is known as an old hotel, built 1909. Services are excellent. Breakfast is superb. This is still our first choice for our wedding soon 😍

We were already on our way to the City of Pines when we were looking for a place to stay (talk about cramming, right?), then this place came up. Saying it has Mt. Cloud Bookshop beside it, which we always wanted to go to, we booked it right away. When we arrived, tha cab driver already knew the place and dropped us there, and thankfully we were already allowed for an early check-in at around 11AM. The room was actually nice. And even if it was just a fan room, it was really chilly that we had to turn it off at times. The place was perfect since it is near the Cathedral, SM and other establishments, a lot where you can just walk along Session Road, and eat and have a cup of coffee. And to add, Hill Station, the restaurant inside this Botique Hotel is actually great. Pricey, yes,
