Detailed Reviews
Good inn for the price. This is for the practical, no nonsense type of traveller. It is at the very center of Baguio, walking distance from Session Road, SM Baguio, Baguio Cathedral, Pink Sisters, etc.

Very accommodating owners... They even brought us to Pink Sisters and was kind enough to teach us the ins and outs of the city... I'll definitely be coming back to Mrs. Dauz and daughter Ate Shirley... Thanks for the warm welcome...

I was with my niece and her friend when we stayed here.
for just one overnight stay, we paid P1000.
one single-bed with another pull-under single bed.
room was very small as in we could not walk around.
CRT TV available (bad reception but with cable)
with wi-fi
hot shower

This place is really terrible, we stayed here for just one night, the old lady house keeper is not very nice. the bed is really stinky, my husband got an allergy on the first few minutes after he sat on the bug-ridden bed, toilet flush is not working, and you can even hear the snore on the other room. Vandal all over the room even in the bed. We paid PHP1200 for an overnight stay but we did not enjoy at all.
location is walkable to a mall, you will definitely enjoy your stay in Baguio as long as you find a suitable place to stay.

Not very hospitable. They didn't even had the decency to check on their guests if they were comfortable. I stayed there for a night with friends for a long weekend vacation. The weather in Baguio during our stay there was really bad. It blacked out and we didn't had any electricity during our stay. This pension house doesn't have any generator (goodbye to hot showers during black-out). When we wen't back in to rest for the night, they didn't even checked us if we were ok inside or if we needed anything especially that it was dark and chilly. They didn't even offered us any candles, and they were ranting us with excuses about the rain outside and that they don't have candles in yet for us. The owner wasn't there the whole time, only their help. I do understand that the situation was out of their control since a part of the city blacked out due to the storm, but, they could've shown some concern about their guests staying in. Overall, I can say that they were not very hospitable and they have bad customer services. They were quick to take our cash in, but very slow on their customer services. I'm sure this place was good when it opened, but now., I think it's time for them to get calibrated.

It's Newly rejuvinated... You will never go wrong with this location because they've have a shuttle that leads to the top 15 destinations in Baguio city. The landlady and landlord were very hospitable and friendly. This place is safe and secured. If you're planning to visit Baguio City, I'd highly recommend this location.
Trust me you'll never go wrong since I'm a travel expert:-)

Likes: Perfect location. You can walk going to the mall or going to session road and other nearby attractions. This will save you taxi rides. My friend and I arrived at around 7 am and we were not charged for an extra fee. Basic amenities were provided- towels, tissue, shampoo, soap and toothpaste. The owner is nice.
Dislikes: everything is small. Room size is approx 10 sqm. Inc the bathroom. You can pee and you can brush your teeth at the same time if you are using the toilet. There's a water heater but since our room is located at the top floor, water pressure was not that strong. Either the water is very hot or there was no heat at all. Their water pump is quite noisy specially in the early morning.
