No other way to experience Baguio. Vintage, cozy and with a stunning outdoor view. It's near Wright Park and the Mansion but quite far from everything else...make sure to have a meal at the nearby Lemon and Olives restaurant. Also parking is limited and try to ask for a spare electric fan because they won't have it in the rooms by default--it also helps mask the noise from outside

The hotel’s address is very accessible to all kinds of transportation. The place is cozy and the warthm and hospitality of the staff was felt during our stay. There are a lot of food to choose from their menu and for first time taster we did not want to missed Strawberry Sinigang. And the taste was superb. Really an awesome experience a must-recommended place in Baguio.

We’ll definitely go back. Thank you MVP hotel.

There is no water in the faucet. They just offer a 2 buckets of clean water to flush the toilet bowl which is not enough for flushing and said to wait for the delivery. At first they check the pump and after more follow ups, they say that they are waiting for the delivery of the water for the tank. Need to make more follow ups regarding the water and even before water came in, there are black and dirty water coming from the faucet and toilet bowl. Because of this inconvinience, we barely got to see other tourist spots. We can't shower even toothbrush due to the fact that there is no clean water coming from the faucet. Just black and dirty water!
Front line did not offer to add an additional clean water even if we ask for at least 4 bucket so that we can make a shower.
We waited for hours for the clean water coming from the faucet.
When they said that the delivery of water for their main tank arrives, only the 2 of my friend got to shower and then again black things runs in the faucet.
Hotel should make sure that there is enough water from their water source to supply for their guest to avoid inconvinience. This cost us stress, we're not able to visit all the tourist spots in out itenirary due to this.
One more thing is that there is no trash can in the room only in the CR and even if the attendant clean the bathroom, they di not take the trash out.
Our trash for saturday still in the room until we check out on sunday.
Aside from this, bed is good. Clean. The breakfast food is good.
The only worst thing is the water and the CR.
This should be the first thing that a hotel business should check and should offer the best cr for their client. It is okay to have a simple design for CR as long as this is clean and fresh and has a CLEAN WATER!

Baguio city is memorable but this hotel rated 3 is not what we expected, we need a room with a view they gave us a room with a view on the hotel, the room have bathroom very poor without toiletries, we have to say every day that we need, if you need a blanket they charge you a supplement. The price that we pay is for a Hotel 3 stars but this hotel maybe is a 2 stars. If you wanna stay in this hotel check others because there is many options in Baguio

One of the highlights of our vacation was our stay at this hotel. Reay nice view! I enjoyed the atmosphere, and the staff went above and above to greet us and wish me a happy birthday. They sang, decorated the room with balloons, and provided complimentary dessert. I'm just hoping the elevator gets fixed soon. Majority of the dishes on the menu that we'd like to taste aren't available. We hope to try again next time. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and hope to return! Thanks!!

My wife and I have been quite busy with both our business and work all year round and wanted to go out of town to spend time together with our son and dogs. Mines View Park Hotel during that time was just one of the picks (not really our priority pick) but since our desired other hotels are either unable to accommodate us with our pets or does not have available rooms during our visit we tried Mines View Park Hotel and DAMN! We were so delighted and humbled during our stay, the staff were exceptionally friendly, courteous, well mannered and everyone was so pleasing to speak with. We have been going to Baguio every year and this is the first time that we have been in to a hotel that made us feel that we are special not just because we are their guest but they do show sincerity on how they treat you. A hotel that will try accommodate your request if doable as soon as possible. MVPH is not a 5 star hotel but staying with them would make you feel like you're in one. No flashy posts, no extravagant marketing shenanigans just plainly putting themselves out there for you to judge how good they really are as a hotel. I have never been so amused by a hotel in the Baguio like this. Right even before we checked out we even paid and booked ourselves in advance for another visit just to show how pleased my family and I were with our initial stay with them. Keep up the great work for your entire staff, housekeeping, front desk, security guards and everyone who works here, you truly are a place like home far from home.

I went to this hotel with some friends and we had the most terrible day in Baguio with their General Manager fighting with our friend, arguing with no respect to their clients at all and even threatening us that made us decide to just leave the hotel though it was already paid and just transfer to another hotel. We were complaining about the booking details and the room itself as the toilet has a bad smell. The General Manager whoever he is has no customer service skills at all! Very rude and unprofessional. Avoid this hotel if you want to have a stress-free vacation! You do not deserved that title!

Friendly staff. Walking distance from many shops around Mines View tourist spot including a 24/7 7-11 convenience store. Great view from window/balconies. Interesting and relatively unique ambience and interior design. Reasonable price.
