Stayed for 3D2N (03-05 Nov 2023) on the 3rd floor.. ✔ pros: - clean room - strategic location, i.e., nearby good restaurants, 5-10 minute walk to Burnham Park - our actual room had an overlooking view towards the north/northwest ❌ cons: - no bidet - no closet - lacking in counter/small table to put things on. - no seats/sofa; you only have the bed to sit on. - weak signal for the cable TV - wifi connection in the room fluctuates/is intermittent. - no free breakfast included, considering expensive price of the accommodation ⚠ conclusion: For the price of more than Php5,000.00 for 2 nights, we should have booked somewhere else that would've given us more bang for our buck.

No hot water!! Imagine taking a bath in Baguio City without a properly working heater. Good luck. Paid upon checkin by credit card but they still require cash deposit, won’t accept credit card guarantee. No closet, no luggage stand. No bidet (if it matters to you, but locals prefer toilets with bidet). Breakfast food is just average but so many flies that the staff cannot contain.

Worst hotel we have ever been. We were transferred 3x to different rooms in this hotel. The first room, there were cockroaches so we asked the reception and changed room. Here comes the second room, 1st night was horrible as we were next to the lift that makes a ding dong sounds everytime somebody uses it. The noise from the other rooms are so audible as it is not soundproof. Kids were playing until 12 midnight that kept us awake until 1AM. We requested so be transferred in another room which they did, unfortunately all the rooms are non sound proof, no wardrobes to store your clothings or important belongings, no hooks or towel rails on the bathrooms so you have to leave everything on the sink or get out the room to use the towel after shower.

Avoid! Worst stay in the philippines so far. Stinky rooms, dirty sheets, not hot water, and expensive. I had much better hotel for a fraction of the price. The staff keeps asking to wait… i waited from 6pm till 1am for a hot shower and it never happened. They dragged until we are exhausted. The next morning we have to wait again for the manager to ask for a discount, when he arrives we have to wait again for higher management… a nightmare, avoid this place.

The hotel is a good 10 minutes walk to Burnham Park, the road leading up to it is on an incline and can be tiring or difficult if you have baggage. The room is modern with aircon, Wi-Fi works, toiletries provided, however there is a design flaw with the shower divider and water accumulates at the toilet bowl area which doesn’t have a drain. The ground floor has a Chinese restaurant with buffet offers. Staff is accommodating

The hotel is strategically located near the city center which allows you to walk to most of the areas of interest in Baguio. But if one needs to go to specific locations, cabs are easy to flag down. It's a relatively new hotel which serves its purpose as a place to stay comfortably especially on business where you can hold meetings in the lobby. The furnishings in the room lack a table and chair if one wants to work and the internet may struggle when the hotel is fully occupied but is satisfactory for basic communications such as messaging or email. Overall, it was bang for the buck and met my needs during my week long stay on business.

Pros 1. Good location 2. Great staffs and very accommodating Cons 1. Housekeeping needs improvement. I booked 2 rooms so 1 room didn't have tissue paper. The towel and bathroom mat was all worn out. It needs replacing. 2. The parking area smells so much as the garbage is placed there. 3. limited food choices for breakfast.

Nice location but with poor costumer service! We choose this hotel for our company travel, we get 11 rooms in total for 3 days and 2 nights,… the room size was ok, but lacking on basic things hair dryer, u need to go to the reception area yourself because they dont have phone at the room,! No complimentary coffee at room, but they have hot and cold dispenser outside, we got some issue with the costumer service, we ask the manager to have our breakfast serve early at 5am because we will be leaving earlier because we cant wait for their breakfast at 7am… since we are a traveling group, we ask for consideration, but they refused coz thier breakfast time is at 7am…

We just checked-in in the property and from the beginning it was horrible..there’s no welcome gesture from all the receptionist including the supervisor.. I booked my reservation a week ago and they were not aware with their daily arriving guest..with 3 receptionist, it took 20 to 30mins for a single check-in just for the discussion of my booking..I’ve requested for a higher floor but the supervisor said 4-7 floors are under maintenance but when I came back to get our key the people they were assisting in reception were staying in 4th and 6th floor..we are the one who carried our bags from the luggage area to our room and surprisingly when we entered in our room it’s not what we booked and I have to go down and request for room transfer..the inconsistency of the staffs and service quality was too horrible it’s like a self service hotel property.

The Location of the hotel is good there are many restaurants nearby as well as convenience stores gasoline station banks drugstore,. Around 5-10 minutes walk from Burnham Park. If you will take the taxi the cost is around 40-50 pesos depending on the traffic. They have a restaurant and Gerry's Grill is just outside. The reception is very helpful the rooms are basic. They provide a water dispenser near the elevator on each floor. The room is so basic, plus factor that they have airconditioned rooms because even if its Baguio at noon time the weather is warm. The only downside is they dont have cabinets in the room nor a big table where you can place your things .
