Nice location but with poor costumer service! We choose this hotel for our company travel, we get 11 rooms in total for 3 days and 2 nights,… the room size was ok, but lacking on basic things hair dryer, u need to go to the reception area yourself because they dont have phone at the room,! No complimentary coffee at room, but they have hot and cold dispenser outside, we got some issue with the costumer service, we ask the manager to have our breakfast serve early at 5am because we will be leaving earlier because we cant wait for their breakfast at 7am… since we are a traveling group, we ask for consideration, but they refused coz thier breakfast time is at 7am…

We just checked-in in the property and from the beginning it was horrible..there’s no welcome gesture from all the receptionist including the supervisor.. I booked my reservation a week ago and they were not aware with their daily arriving guest..with 3 receptionist, it took 20 to 30mins for a single check-in just for the discussion of my booking..I’ve requested for a higher floor but the supervisor said 4-7 floors are under maintenance but when I came back to get our key the people they were assisting in reception were staying in 4th and 6th floor..we are the one who carried our bags from the luggage area to our room and surprisingly when we entered in our room it’s not what we booked and I have to go down and request for room transfer..the inconsistency of the staffs and service quality was too horrible it’s like a self service hotel property.

The Location of the hotel is good there are many restaurants nearby as well as convenience stores gasoline station banks drugstore,. Around 5-10 minutes walk from Burnham Park. If you will take the taxi the cost is around 40-50 pesos depending on the traffic. They have a restaurant and Gerry's Grill is just outside. The reception is very helpful the rooms are basic. They provide a water dispenser near the elevator on each floor. The room is so basic, plus factor that they have airconditioned rooms because even if its Baguio at noon time the weather is warm. The only downside is they dont have cabinets in the room nor a big table where you can place your things .

This hotel has a good location - near major tourist attractions and has a convenience store and pharmacy near it if you need something. A major advantage is the 2-level basement parking. They have clean rooms, good enough beds though they only provide 1 pillow per bed, and thick blankets and covers. They provide free wifi, friendly staff, and a 24-hour service. The bathroom is modern and huge with hot and cold shower with good water pressure. They provide the basic amenities. Disadvantages include not having a landline - even if you're a guest, you need to call their cellphone number for inquiries. They were also a bit difficult to reach to confirm my booking, took me about 8 attempts before I was able to reach someone. They were not as responsive when it comes to approve QR tourist passes and you really need to call them for them to approve your visit appointment to have your QTP. During our stay, they were not able to provide toothbrushes and toothpaste, but like I said, a pharmacy is nearby and you can easily buy one if you forgot to bring one. Overall, this is a good place to stay in especially if you're planning to spend most of your day outside the hotel and just need a place for the night.

Booked via Agoda.com. This is their newest branch in Baguio. The location is superb! Gerry's Grill in just below the building, familiar restos, banks, convenience stores just a few steps away. The room was spacious enough, clean sheets and comfy bed. Wifi and cable in rooms with big flat screen TV. Towels, towelettes, shampoo, soap available. Don't expect much coz this is a budget hotel. > No cabinet or drawers in the room so you just have to put your bags on the floor > No kettle or cups in the room BUT there is a hot and cold dispenser at the corridor of every floor. > No toothbrush, toothpaste. So just bring your own > No BIDET. Well, this was one of the downsides for me but atleast they have a dipper provided. > Parking gets full so they have double parking :( If your car is parked at the rear end, you have to stretch your patience and time a little bit more coz you have to wait for the the car infront of you to get out. Overall, 2 guests in a room less than 1000 per night, not bad. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Good location and clean. I would definitely stay again here next time.

Good, comfy hotel which is just right for the budget. The location is nearby restos and shops. Also just a few steps away from Burnham park! I just hope they could improve the breakfast but who am i to complain for the very budget friendly price.

Ito lang ang transparent na review ko. Sariling opinyon lang po. 1. na appreciate ko naman yung mga tao sa information kaya lang, akala ko 2pm ang check in so basically nakaready na ung room dapat dahil kinuha ko siya online,to think na 12pm ang check out so sana ready na. Pero delayed ng 15 minutes. 2. Walang exhaust sa toilet 3. Walang toothpaste 4. Walang toothbrush 5. Walang hair dyer 6. Walang extrang chair sa loob 7. Walang cup. Glass oo meron pero cup wala. 8. Na appreciate ko ung tubig na refillable na may hot water. Wal rin siyang complimentary tea/coffee 9. Walang bidet. 10. Lastly makati. May makati sa bed. Nangangati rin ako ndi ko alam kung ako lang ang may nakain na ndi maganda. May photo naman kaya proven. Kinagat asawa ko. So hinabol nia sa kama ung 3. Sana improve na lang nila sa susunod lalo na pag bakasyon. Kung 2k plus per night hindi siya sulit, mahal siya tapos ganito lang ung meron. Kung location, okay siya. Service wise ok siya. Wifi say 5. Pero cleanliness plus facilities I would give a 2. Lastly hindi ko ugaling magreklamo pero sa tagal kong nagtatravel, ngayon lang may crawling insects, at mga kulang sa facility. Magnda sana kaya lang..... No offense sa Travelite. Pero needs improvement

This hotel is around 1 year old. place is clean, with a good bed. That is it, No table, no chairs, No house phone in room. To contact the front desk had to walk down to front desk to ask for a towel. The Bellboy was very helpful from the time you step out of vehicle until you get in room, If you need an Extra towel you pay for it. The front desk just came across as not caring for the customers just about getting the money. Has a nice Chinese restaurant with very good food and good prices on the right side of the check in desk called Abacus and Gerry's restaurant down below and other eating places around the Hotel. Location of Hotel is ok for moving around Baguio.
