It had a great view..BUT TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! We arrived at 1pm and they refused to let us check in until 2pm inspite of the room being ready amd there were barely any guests. They also did not give us any toiletries. Only accessible by private car.

The best thing about the place is the view, offering a picturesque panorama of the city, fog, and night lights. The price is reasonable.
However, if you aim to feel good about your night stay, this might not be the most ideal choice.
- They provide only 2 pillows for a room designed for 2 people. Ideally, each person would have at least 2 pillows. Additionally, an extra pillow incurs a daily charge; perhaps they could consider charging it per stay.
- The charges are not clearly stipulated on the website.
- The rooms are not adequately cleaned, showing visible dust in corners, mold on mirrors, unpleasant odors from the sink, audible footsteps and conversations in the hallway, and beddings and towels appearing old.
- The room in reality differs significantly from the pictures on the website.

Though restaurant view is superb, the rooms WHERE YOU WILL SLEEP & RELAX need to be maintained by the owner. Though the man in the admin acknowledged below feedback, after reading the reviews here, my feedback wasn't new and it seems they don't address nor care about it.
Not enough parking slots, I had to park away from the hotel and along the street side. The morning younger guard has good customer service but I can't say the same to the night shift older guard, who seemed arrogant raising his voice to me.
I was insisted to pay CASH though they have a BDO account where I was able to transfer half/ reservation fee. They didn't mention a 1k deposit prior to reserving which is payable when you check-in and is via cash. If you're used to online transactions and seldom bring cash, this could be a pain. Sending pictures of the standard room with stains in linen, cold/ damp pillow, cabinet with chipped sides, and rusty shower head. Location is quite far from the tourist attractions. Around 30mins to Camp John Hay for reference. Place is quiet though with residential neighbors.

Views and architecture are the worth mentioning. Staff tried their best to compensate for the poor management of the property. Owners should address the basic issues such as: linen and towels replacement (worn out) are long overdue, rust from nails have bled through the paint, mould in bathroom, no toiletries (luckily we brought our own - were told we have to pay for them separately), wifi inaccessible inside the rooms and was served spoiled food.
We had a very unpleasant two-night stay. Sadly, this experience ranks the worst in our many years of travels.

The only positive aspects of this place are the view of Baguio City and the friendly staff. It is located far from the city center, deep within a village, requiring a taxi or car for transportation. The rooms are small and musty, with bedding that smells damp; I requested a replacement on the second night. It's advisable to avoid rooms beneath the cafe, as you may be disturbed by the noise of chairs early in the morning. Be prepared for numerous text reminders urging you to check out before noon, starting two hours in advance.

Nice View. "yan lang ang meron sila"
1. Walang toiletries.
2. Mabaho at hindi nalbhan ang bedsheet and kumot. nagkaron pa kami ng rashes.
3. Sa una lang mabango yung room pero after a minute nangamoy na yung mabahong bedsheet and ang daming ipis.
4. Systemized booking daw pero sa App namin room 144 kami pero nilagay kami sa room 154 dulong room at mukhang hindi talaga ginagamit.
5. Sobrang sungit and unaproachable ng receptionist.
so we cancelled our booking sa kanila and lumipat nalang sa ibang hotel.
please wag kayong magpadala sa magandang view nila. sobrang bad service and unprofessional.

When you're travelling alone there are several things to considered such as safety and a place to stay with. I was lucky to find a hotel in Baguio which provide both. Although it may be 2km away from the towns beautiful places to visit like Burnham Park, Mansion, Mines View and the like I was really fascinated by the beauty of this place and also the very accomodating staff. It really felt like home 😍😍😍 I would really do come back here with my family and friends! 😍 As for the price for a solo traveller it was good php 1600 with your own bathroom and a free breakfast of your choice. There food was superb, for the photos the staff would be delighted to help you with that.
They also offered big rooms for groups😍
