Stayed for overnight. We arrived around 3:10pm in the hotel. I thought our room is ready but surprisingly our room is not yet ready. Their standard check in time is at 2pm but we checked in around 3:49pm.

Room doesn't have emergency evacuation plan and fire extinguisher as well.

Upon checkout no one is at the front desk. If the Housekeeping didn't called Almira, she will not be there.

Parking space is very limited but kuya guard is very accommodating and kind.

There are lots of rooms for improvements that needs corrective action from the management.

Book a room for 5 Pax and the Suite was adequate but breakfast was forgettable and you have to pay extra for fried egg. Given one roll of toilet tissue each time and we requested for one a few times and just given up after and got our own at 7 eleven.
Would certainly not go back.

Tried contacting them to ask some questions about events, only to get hung up on after one second! What kind of service does that? Simply horrible! It didn't help their case when I tried calling a third time and the line was unattended at that point. Not busy, not unreachable, UNATTENDED. Fix your customer service and support if you want people to have a good opinion on your establishment as a whole.

If there is a negative star, that would be the rate I will give this hotel. I booked my stay months ago for a family vacation this December through Agoda. I registered for the Baguio Visita pass, but it remained in pending status for days, so I sent an email, texted, and finally called the hotel because they took so long to respond. I was then informed that the rate in Agoda when I booked had an error, it should be 2K higher per night, take note this is an error on their and Agoda's part. So the person I spoke to who was nonchalant, unapologetic and unaccomodating told me to cancel my booking, then rebook again via Agoda. They said they will block the dates in their system so no one else can book. Take note: If I had not contacted them, they would not even bother to advise me of this error. So after the call, I texted them a few hours later to ask 1. What if the rate was higher in Agoda than the 2K+ rate, will they refund me the excess? 2. Why can't I just book my stay with them directly and cancel the Agoda booking? CRICKETS. NO RESPONSE. So I cancelled my Agoda booking and lo and behold, the dates are already sold out when I tried to rebook. And of course, as expected, no response when I tried to contact them. Thank you Podium Boutique Hotel for ruining our long-awaited holiday vacation. Absolutely worst experience booking this hotel. I hope no one else goes through this same experience.

We sincerely appreciate your hospitality in accommodating our team during our stay. Everything went exceptionally smoothly, from check-in to check-out. The culinary experience exceeded our expectations, and we thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food.

Furthermore, we'd like to express our gratitude for your flexibility and efficiency in handling our abrupt booking. Your team's responsiveness and willingness to assist were truly commendable.

Overall, our experience at your hotel was outstanding, and we look forward to returning in the future. Thank you for making our stay memorable and hassle-free!

This place is ideal for short stays. Located in a main road. Hotel is close to a 7-11, a grocery & restaurants. Room rate included breakfast for 3 and was so worth it. Stayed in room 404 where the view was just amazing. A bit far from the center but still ideal for those with a car. Room is quite spacious for 3 guests. Basic toiletries included.

This was recommended to my husband. So instead of luxury hotels in Baguio, we decided to try this since they have the Platinum suite (2 bedrooms) that was great to accommodate 6 pax. With the friendly reservation staff Ms Mirz, I was excited. However, to my extreme disappointment, albeit good thing I was well prepared for COVID-19 IPC practices (UV lights, Chlorox wipes and Lysol spray), the room was so DIRTY (as in!!! The floor was sticky!!!). I mopped the floors with lysol solution personally, you can see the dirt. The glass mirror was wiped and consumed a bottle of 80pcs wipes. The granite top was dirt black!!!

The worst thing, despite those findings, I did not voice out my frustrations and tolerated. However, on our second day, worst buffet breakfast ever! I reserved 6 am for the table we used the first day. And because, I saw a table with reservations prior. When we went to Hoka Brew, the personnel said, that there was no call with a very rude cashier girl infront of us. Worst front desk personnel DAVID (or trainee) when I called the attention and have the appropriate actions, he lied many times telling us that no manager on duty and he even doesn’t know the management office. He told us that the Hoka Brew management (under the same management of the hotel, not a concessionaire) was not responding to any of his calls. My husband even talked to the owner Ms Mel Marquez. Nevertheless, we will NOT definitely go back with all the WORST experiences.

For the price we paid, room size is enough. We booked a twin room but beds are not moveable, thus, a bit uncomfortable since we are staying with a 6 yr old kid. I should have booked the queen room which is more cheaper (my fault as I thought the twin would be bigger).

-Cable is not working, we asked for assistance but the personnel who tried to fix it was unsuccessful. He told us that he will get help but no one return to check again.
- Parking was provided but not enough for the guests. We then need to park blocking others way. Sadly, no one (hotel staffs on duty) can drive for us to leave the keys. When someone need to leave, they called us to move the car. Take note that is around 12 midnight and again early morning.

A very disappointing and uncomfortable stay. :(

Nice place with a good view. The Mongolian Buffet is very good for the price. They charge P275 and it is all you can eat. The veggies and meats are very fresh. The staff is pleasant and friendly. The kitchen is western quality and super clean. I will be a regular visitor there. Please be aware that I am only rating the resto and not the hotel.
