Room doesn't have emergency evacuation plan and fire extinguisher as well.
Upon checkout no one is at the front desk. If the Housekeeping didn't called Almira, she will not be there.
Parking space is very limited but kuya guard is very accommodating and kind.
There are lots of rooms for improvements that needs corrective action from the management.
Would certainly not go back.

Furthermore, we'd like to express our gratitude for your flexibility and efficiency in handling our abrupt booking. Your team's responsiveness and willingness to assist were truly commendable.
Overall, our experience at your hotel was outstanding, and we look forward to returning in the future. Thank you for making our stay memorable and hassle-free!
friendly receptionists. helpful guards.
we were also invited to spend new years eve at the second floor. they served pares, dinuguan with puto, cake, and rice. we just want to say thank you. food was delicious.
we will surely stay at this hotel again.
The worst thing, despite those findings, I did not voice out my frustrations and tolerated. However, on our second day, worst buffet breakfast ever! I reserved 6 am for the table we used the first day. And because, I saw a table with reservations prior. When we went to Hoka Brew, the personnel said, that there was no call with a very rude cashier girl infront of us. Worst front desk personnel DAVID (or trainee) when I called the attention and have the appropriate actions, he lied many times telling us that no manager on duty and he even doesn’t know the management office. He told us that the Hoka Brew management (under the same management of the hotel, not a concessionaire) was not responding to any of his calls. My husband even talked to the owner Ms Mel Marquez. Nevertheless, we will NOT definitely go back with all the WORST experiences.
-Cable is not working, we asked for assistance but the personnel who tried to fix it was unsuccessful. He told us that he will get help but no one return to check again.
- Parking was provided but not enough for the guests. We then need to park blocking others way. Sadly, no one (hotel staffs on duty) can drive for us to leave the keys. When someone need to leave, they called us to move the car. Take note that is around 12 midnight and again early morning.
A very disappointing and uncomfortable stay. :(
