Hotel is strategically located, its a short walk to the Our Lady of Atonement Church, Session Road, SM City and Burnham Park! The rooms are big and priced very reasonably however, very poor signal as most rooms are located below ground level! Strict on stains on towels and bed sheets but most of their linens are ood and worn out!

If you are just planning to stay for a night then this place is okay. It was near to the most of the tourist spots, near the bus terminal. Cheap, clean you have a personal space. Room is just enough, they provide the basic ammenities,(shampoo, soap, towel, fan) though i didnt use the fan cause it’s cold. Cleanliness wise was okay, even the shared bathroom was clean. Just one thing , it was next to the street so you can hear the sounds of the car, anyhow if you are tired the whole day roamin around the city you will quickl fall asleep and wont notice it .

The location is great, near the center of Baguio. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is super friendly. The only downside was the street noise: the windows offer no isolation at all, it sounded like a truck was parked in our room. Luckily most of the noise went away at nighttime. A little expensive for what it offers, but all in all a good place to stay for a night.

Stayed here a few months back and did a favorable review. This time around, I made the mistake of choosing the solo room with a window facing Bonifacio Road. The vehicular traffic as well as somewhat noisy banter of passersby even in the wee hours of the morning made sleep difficult. Would never make this mistake next time around -- the solo room with no window located in the inner part of the 2nd level is a lot quieter.

Had to pick up something in Baguio enroute to Bontoc and thus stay overnight, so took the advice of my friend and tried B&B at Station 120. Solo room is basic but clean. Only caveat is that the common T&B is on the other side but apart from that, have not much qualms. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Common Toilet & Bath is clean though the hot shower box is wonky though that's alright, I can use the cold since it's summer anyway. Walking distance from SM for errands and Session Road for dining et al. The all-day breakfast buffet on the 2nd floor is a steal at P145.

The price is affordable for the area so that's why the amenities are basic. The beds are good. I wish the tables are a bit bigger. They have a big TV in the room. We booked a room with shared bathroom and the bathroom is clean. The power outlets are only on one side of the room. There is a Karaoke bar nearby so it was hard to get a sound sleep. The Wifi is also erratic. The connection was good one day, but I couldn't connect on the next day. There is a free water cooler.

I was very frutrated during our stay on this hotel:

1) Hotel Room has no toilet. We have to use the public toilet inside on same building outside the room.

2) Booked and paid online. Yet, they asked me another 2,000 pesos.

3) Parking Area - I don't notice.

4) You need to walk far to buy food if you are on a budget mode.

5) No intercom or phone lines to contact directly the front desk for any concerns.

6) Room has no windows. Just an opening at the upper part of one wall like a prison but you can not see anything outside.

If only they have toilet inside the room maybe I will not mind about 2,3,4 & 5. Imagine our situation with 1 Senior Citizen who has health concerns and 2 kids.

Both private and shared shower rooms are very clean. Our room was very clean and fragrant when we first enter. Its quite near from session road and public market. I just hope they’ll install a bidet and hooks for the clothes in the toilet/shower. And elevate the toilet from the shower so it won’t get flooded.

Value for money is what you really get from the best budget-friendly hotel of Baguio in terms of room accommodation and the food services it offers. It is even more affordable to eat inside than in fast food chains outside.

This is the worst service that I encountered... very rude and annoying crew/receptionist. I got their number thru travelite express because we booked first with them but there is no available room, they recommend some of their sister hotels and tried to text them with complete info, just because I did not say the word reservation on my txt msg. it is clearly understood for a regular hotelier that I am requesting them to book for us coz we are on our way to their hotel and i even told them that it will took 8hrs to get there and we'll arrive around 7pm... at first they said it is a first come first serve basis but after a few more texts until I agreed upon their room rates she sent me a text stating Good day! Thank you for booking with us blah blah so I thought they already accepted and understand the first text I sent them.We are so disappointed that we didn't get a room even they call other hotel for available room. That night is so uncomfortable especially my kids. That first come first serve then thanking us for booking with them was the weirdest service that we experienced. They also blamed travelite express hotel by not notifying them but the fact that they don't need it because I had given them the complete details duh! That sucks!
