We booked for a Family Room. Cheap price but bewaware, the room is also cheap - in its decor and in its functions. I dunno if its just our room ... 1. Toilet is a dump! Broken counters, dirty looking tiles. 2. Ante room has no chairs, its dingy and dark and looks dirty. 3.Floors are carpeted and but also feels /looks dirty. 4. Wifi in the room [5th floor] is also not working well. Bad reception. 5. Brownout when we checked in. Elevator not in operation. My senior mom had such a hard time climbing the stairs. So make sure when you booked. 6. Main room. Chair is broken, no small amenities-, drinking glass, thermos or electric kettle considering its a Family room. 7. No water station. If brownout you have to go down and climbed back up all the way just to get a glass or 2 of water. 7. Yes it is an Old Hotel. No doubt about that, but old does not mean - drab, dark, decrepit. Overall the only good thing in this Hotel are the staff. Accommodating, helpful and pleasant. Resched our stay 3x and they help all those times. Otherwise book other hotel. There are so many here in Baguio at a more pleasant place. I based my stay in this hotel on the reviews of other people. But sadly i was very much mistaken.

The place is old and needs extensive renovations. The room itself is straight out of a horror movie from the decor to the items from the early 90s. The phone and tv are like museum pieces. The heater doesn't work and bathroom is too small. Another thing is that you can hear the road noise and it is difficult to sleep. The only thing positive I can say for this place is that the WiFi signal is good, great staff, and place is walking distance to Burnham Park and the city center

This is a budget hotel. Be sure if you book, ask for rooms facing the park for a great morning view. Room has fan only as the weather in Baguio is cold enough for a comfortable sleep. Don't expect more as it is a budget hotel. Also it is quite old.

The hotel is a little bit old and it showed in the rooms and accessories. The wall paints are dull. Bed linens and pillow cases are already dirty white. The only positive aspect is the food in the restaurant. We had daing na bangus and good brewed coffee. The staff though a courteous.

We tried this hotel because my son simply refuses to go home and wants to go to a hotel 😂 So we opted for an affordable one. Enough space for 2 adults and a toddler. I can say beds are satisfactory. Clean. Quiet. Good for a one night stay. But don't expect too much since it is a budget hotel. Location wise, well...who wouldn't want a place near the famous Burnham Park? It's just in front. And few walks away 🙂 Overall, satisfactory. No unusual experiences as other reviewers say (ghost stories) 🙂

If youre around Baguio and your main purpose is seeing its beautiful nature and tourists spot and you just need a place to stay, this hotel is enough if you want to save money. If you'll be out the whole day and just need somewhere to sleep, City travel is the place for you. It is also near Burnham Park where there are lots of activities and a nice place to take pictures as well if you want a nearby place to go to. CIty Travel Hotel's Restaurant has average food I might say.

Checked in 22 - 23 Aug in an Executive Room for 3-paxs upon being told 50% promotion with NO-REFUND allowed. But the expectations are way beyond as the room are: 01) Foul smell 02) Toilet seat MISSING 03) Shower water pressure very LOW 04) Lightings very DIM. 05) Only lift in hotel broke down couple of times. Highly NOT recommended !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Reading all the reviews off this hotel at Google many were not amazed. If your money wise, then this is for you. It is in the city premise, burnham park is in front of it. Lourdes Church beside it and lots of resto around the area, all walking distance. This was the look of the old baguio. The place is cosy. The staff are very friendly and approachable. My only problem when we stayed was they do not have bidet on there cr but it has bathtub tho and water is hot/cold. We stayed here because of seminar...I've seen they have plenty of function hall .. Wee were just few delegates so we are in ah 40 head rpom.

Went there two times and had the exact experience. Once matutulog na kayo, magigising kayo every 30 mins to an hour. When you wake up, it feels like nakatulog na kayo ng sobrang haba but when you check the time, ilang minutes lang pala nakalipas. I went here first with fam, my dad didn’t sleep at all. Second time was with my friends. We were shookt when we told each other about what we experienced during sleep. We decided na pagtabihin yung two beds and when we moved it, may malaking stain yung carpet sa ilalim ng bed. Never going back. Let me know if someone experienced it as well.

the hotel is not clean and very old. we went there and was told to wait 30 minutes before we checked in because the former occupants checked out late. when the front office lady heard we needed a room to dress up, she gave us a similar room at a lower level, which we accepted. when we got to the room, the room was dirty and smells. the bed had some hair strands. the bathroom was wet and the toilet did not work. we had to call the front desk in order for them to fix it.there was wi-fi, but it did not work at all. there are certainly tons of better options in Baguio.
