Free coffee. Yey!
Fast service, We asked for fresh towels and they gave them to us within minutes.
Good location, You can grab a cab as the hotel is along one of the major roads in Baguio
Good price even for a peak season
Best for large groups
Cons:
The rooms are a bit outdated.
Beds are not that comfy, thin sheets and blankets from wear and tear.

I am working in a hotel/bed and breakfast so my expectation about quality and cleanliness are important.
What i noticed:
-The room has an odor like a rotten wood
-the televison is not working well (grounded plug) (very very old tv)
-there is a flat tv but attached on the wall there's no plug ;(
-the BED SHEETS are USED!!! This is terrible! We saw hair strings and yellow patches on bed sheets.
-floor is dirty
-water shower is so low, i did not even shampoo my hair because i have a long hair so that takes 1hour to do it.
-the wifi is terrible as the property :(
We did not felt secured so we had to roam around city carrying our laptop and tablet with us.
Although the price is not that expensive but it doesn't mean that we have to sleep with dirty sheets ;(
I do not reccomend it to anyone.
I will not go back .
I rather pay expensive rather than renounce the COMFORT.

What I like What I don't like
- the price, considering it's location - old, rundown, smell of dank rotten wood
- 3 beds - no cabinets
- large room - wooden stairs haphazardly covered up with gaps
where people can peek inside our room. I had our
little grandniece go to the stairs and look inside
(see picture). Imagine waking up in the dead of
night to see eyes staring at you through the stairs!
Creepy, right?
- shower heater - hard to control temperature. Waxes hot and cold.
- lots of hook for clothes and towel, also has bidet - COCKROACH in bath! (see picture of heater)
- LED tv with cable - small (24"only) with snowy picture
- free brewed coffee all day - no cream, just brown sugar
