Detailed Reviews
We came here last April 9 and stayed there for 2 nights. The place is so cozy and with a very good parking. Though Baguio is becoming congested due to increasing population and lack of maintaining their natural tourist's spot, I still feel that this place maintained the scent of Baguio. Walking distance to Botanical garden where you can find souvenirs that is cheaper from the market. And the store owners are very nice as well. we had a lot of discount so we end up buying too much. 10 minutes drive to Mines View, wright Park and The Mansion. They offer American and Oriental cuisine. They have videoke that you can enjoy at night once you are tired of roaming around the city. They also have a chapel and conference room which for is best to accommodate since their location is very nice. Their entrance is not very easy to see though. If you are coming from the city, once you passed by the Teacher's camp make sure to look at your left, they have a big sign but going to the hotel the road is very steep.

The location is private but super accessible. It's just a few meters away from Botanical Garden and some other restaurants and attractions. Food servings are generous too. You'll love their staff, they are the friendliest. Just don't forget to bring toiletries because they do not provide any. Walls are not sound-proof too. But it's perfect for a budget hotel.

Pros: Quiet (only a few of us and rooms were far from the road); very near nature; ample parking space; Wifi service (though they sometimes close down the server and it's only available in the lobby and not the rooms); cozy; spacious room.
Cons: They charge extra for items that are usually free with other hotels i.e. extra pillow, extra blanket, room service delivery. Room amenities very basic (TV, hot and cold shower, soap) considering that their price is almost the same as the newer hotels; no towels, shampoo, etc. Structurally and aethetically, the hotel is a left behind- old and unmaintained here and there, especially their rooms and bathrooms; though they advertise hot and cold showers some of the rooms had defective "hot" showers- the upper most floors beware! The staff didn't even know that the hot showers for all the rooms at the 4/F weren't working during our stay, considering that it's the suite floor! They advertise payments thru credit cards but don't bother informing guests that this feature is unavailable upon check-in. So be ready with your cash payment. Don't expect to see the hotel manager or expect someone senior to step up and entertain complaints. Their senior personnel are not customer friendly and does not have basic customer service skills.
My husband and I love to travel and do weekend getaways. We are not very choosy with hotels as long as they're comfortable, accessible and provide good service. We don't complain about prices, especially during peak months. We do expect good service, though. We understand that unfortunate things can happen anytime. But we expect hotel management to make that extra effort to keep their guests well informed and to find means to solve the problem to please their customers.

+1
The best place to stay if you want to experience the real Baguio.
Surrounded by pine trees, you can only hear the birds chirping in the morning, the caretakers were the nicest people around - always ready to attend to your requests and even go beyond their way just to give a good service :)
There's a cool part where you can have a bonfire, still surrounded by pine trees. Will definitely come back here.

The reason why I stayed at Baguio Tepayac Hotel was because it was near the venue on wherein I have to work.
Tepayac is located where the pines are at so expect fresh, good smelling air. It looks like a wood cabin / home style, which is good because it blends into their atmosphere.
The room is made out of wooden flooring and walls. The walls are indeed thin and we could hear our neighbors. The bathroom is a bit small and the shower heater is just horrifying. Maybe Baguio has very cold tap water that the shower heater cannot put up enough heat. I had a difficult time showering day and night because I was there on December and I was freezing.
The hotel has no air-con but you really dont need air-con when you're in Baguio. I was wrapping myself up in the middle of my sleep. Its very cold.
The breakfast is good. The chef is very friendly and he fed us well. He gave us a free bowl of strawberries and a dip. Made my day! I love it so much!
I would go back to this hotel with a bunch of friends.

Me and my husband occupied one of the rooms in the attic. Very relaxing, naturally cold, with cofee or work table just outside our room. Very friendly, kind and accommodating staff. With parking area and wifi connection.

Its very old, too pricey with no fan or A/C or tv in the room and no free breakfast.
The only thing worth remembering here is that Ebay's is renting their resto or pantry area. That means good pies and good native food. Other than that I aint coming back here.

Me and my fiancee went up to this hotel trying to check out the place. As we went through the road, I loved the place right away. It is the old Baguio that used to remember when I was a child. We took a look at one of the rooms they have and to my surprise, there was no heater in the shower, the interiors were not cozy. The television had no cable and the antenna was just a little stiff wire. I don't even know if they have a restaurant where we can eat in the place. We could have had stayed there but there were places or transient homes that come with Php2,500 a night and has everything from a garage, kitchen, cable TV and a fridge. Which Mount Tepeyac doesn't have.
Bottom line... It could have been better.
