The staff was very accommodating, helpful, and friendly. They were very helpful with our needs and even got our room upgraded since the Wi-Fi signal in our room was weak and we needed it badly since we needed it for our work. The room was very nice, and the amenities were complete. It's our 5th time to stay in this hotel and it still never fails to amaze us. The glass garden dining area is a very nice place to stay especially during breakfast. This is definitely our go-to hotel every time we go to Baguio. Definitely recommendable.

10 I was intrigued by the photographs of this colorful, Victorian style hotel so we were looking forward to pur overnight stay last Oct. 4! The lobby is a sight to behold! Dazzling Chandeliers, a fairytale like ambiance filled with inviting stuffed sofas and Edwardian furniture, an over abundance of floral motif from the wall paper, the upholstery and the flower arrangements! Our friend commented that it feels like a decorator went over board! Well, it surely gave Kamiseta lots of personality (made our previous hotel look generic and bland). Our breakfast at the Vanilla Cafe was excellent and abundant. We had hot choco and the dollop of cream at the bottom of our cup is a sweet touch. The plate of garlic rice (shaped like a ❤️) with fried bangus, tocino, achara was yummy and filling. We felt like we were in The Mad Hatter's Party in Alice in Wonderland with a beautiful view of the garden. The staff is very gracious and so helpful to my PWD hubby! Thank you to Andrew the guard who was so helped us, Claudine, the friendly front desk lady and Abby the manager who gave us personal care and offered to put us in the room next to the lobby to make it easier for my hubby. Skyler of housekeeping who prepared the extra bed & provided an extension chord...everyone made us feel so at home! We will definitely stay here again the next time we go up to Baguio and will book 2 rooms (the room and bed are comfortable but not roomy enough for 3!). I think that some of the furniture (especially at the Vanilla Cafe) can be freshened up with reupholstery. It has been after 6 years (after their opening) so it needs some updates to keep the pretty look and feel of the hotel. Thank you to the staff for making our stay very special. 15 Oct 2023

Dear Kamiseta, You would have been easily everybody’s favorite hotel except that you havw too many people but not enough people to mind guests and clean your towels. You take forever to presx the buzzer at Vanilla Cafe and everyone is just inside chatting the morning away…as you knock two times for your orders. It’s sad. But it can be improved.

We checked in late around 11:30pm, the gate is already closed but the guard is sitting outside the hotel we honked atleast 5 times to no avail he didn’t bulge to open the gate. The girl came running and opened the gate then talked to the guard but to no avail he can not wake up? I don’t know if his too tired or too sleepy to wake up???My wife booked a room just beside the main entrance so noisy! In the morning ssomeone is sweeping the stones. My wife even went outside to ask nicely if they can sweep later since we arrived late and we are so tired and we want to sleep but the guy just looked at her and continued with what he is doing. What a restless stay!

We tried for the firstime to visit here and checked the menu and the place. The place has a royal theme interior where you can take pictures. They also have a fireplace. We had some pictures at the second floor and the open eating area. We tried the fruit drinks and cupcake.

My family had to be in Baguio urgently so I booked for a room at Kamiseta. It was a fast and seamless booking. Kamiseta is an old house that was renovated with kitschy French interiors that are highly instagrammable. The decors do not appeal to all, but are highly regarded by those who prefer this style. There are 6 rooms in this property and a cafe at the ground floor. Unlike what the reviews say, the staff are very welcoming and extend the best service. What disappoints was the ver limited availability of their cupcakes and pastries which Vanilla Cafe is known for. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Horrible service. The staff were arrogant, snarky and makes customers feel like it's NOT THEIR JOB to attend to you at all. In other words, they should not even be working there. I visited that place at least about 5x to give it a fair shot and it is consistently horrible. First few visits: The staff is unreachable, basically hiding in the kitchen than attending to their guests. They don't care if customers have no seats at all or won't even offer a temporary seat for customers to wait into. Aircon always has a problem in their rooms and you'll see that the service by the time you meet the receptionist and on your way to the restaurant that this business is basically dragged to the ground. There was bunch of OTJ trainees just sitting around the chairs than attending to the customers. The manager came out asking for payment using her hand than collecting it using a cash tray. One staff even just took our chair without informing us and the manager was snarky when we complained. I tell you it's just best to run and forget about this place. Sad that the ambiance obviously doesn't keep up with their team's HORRIBLE WORK ATTITUDE.

After having a very good lunch at Vanilla Cafe, me and my sisters decided to proceed to the front desk to inquire on available rooms in the future. Upon seeing that the front desk was busy transacting with a group, while waiting we decided to take photos at the reception area. Front desk then raised her voice telling us that taking photos at the reception were not allowed, feeling embarrassed, we decided to step out and no longer inquire about their rates.

Went there and stayed for a night. Upon arrival, receptionist instead of greeting us, was complaining to us how tired she was and how there were a lot of people. Kinda unprofessional. Anyway we just ignored her side comments and proceeded to the check in. They have confirmed through email regarding my extra bed requests. But upon arrival they said they don’t have any extra beds available. But after a while after I showed the emails, suddenly it was available. 🙄 the overnight included free breakfast . The lady asked us what we wanted (as early as during the check in) then eventually all lost our orders the next day🤣 Upon check out front desk lady, asked me how much is my balance for the check out. So Im like I don’t know.. you tell me? 🤣 Anyways service was said to be bad. And it is confirmed. Got the Natasha bedroom and the walls were very thin you can hear everything in the hallways. Recommend day trip only! Skip the overnight!
