Just love the cheerful hospitality of the Staff from Security, Front Desk, Housekeeping and Patch. To us this is a family-oriented hotel with a difference. Felt secured and relaxed during our 3 days stay at Bloomfield. Surely, we will come back next month.

Air conditioner leaked overnight. The corner of our room flooded, our stuff and food got wet, destroyed and spoiled. Informed the management but they said there is no manager present. Only solution was to change the aircon unit while they let us sit here in the lobby. Nothing was offered to compensate with this disaster!

it wasnt a luxury hotel yes but it was very ok for a stay in baguio. very near sm city baguio. just accross the street. free breakfast which is also good. free valet parking but it will take minutes of waiting esp if your car is placed at the very back of the parking lot so early advice would help a lot. staff are also friendly. receptionists esp the tall guy there is friendly and giving us better recommendations. manong guard is alert. the room aint that superb but its ok. they have water heater too. small ref. small sink. and aircon 😉

We visit Baguio every year and would usually stay at a budget business hotel along Kisad. This time, we went on a whim and hotel room was scarce since its the last hurrah before the 2020 work season starts. Booked Bloomfield through a phone inquiry. The person was pleasant and only required 50% deposit before our trip. We were excited since this is a new experience. I won't bore you with an emotional narration: 1. Welcomed by helpful guards and parking staff. 2. Upon check-in, I was informed that we had to pay for an extra person charge. I was transparent with the # of people and the ages of the people staying with us. I refused to pay for the extra charge. 3. When we entered the rooms, it was dark & sad. 4. The shower handle was not functioning well and we only had HOT shower water coming out. no in between. 5. The bed was damp, over fabric conditioner scented and we kept sneezing throughout our stay. 6. You can hear the people through the walls. We were woken up at 6am with people laughing. The only redeeming factor was the Patch Cafe. OK food. Good champorado. They hired a nice photographer to capture amazing photos for website and trip. But sadly our experience was not as good. What irked me the most was how the reception person handled us. When I asked why I had to pay for extra, he started giving me attitude. Visibly he was irritated and as a new client who traveled all the way to Baguio city, sleep deprived and hungry it was a wrong combination. Instantly booked at a different hotel. A BETTER ONE! We didn't mind paying extra.

For the price we couldve gone somewhere cleaner and better. Had check in problems specifications where not addressed. They booked the wrong rooms for us. Parking is also terrible. Re designed lobby is nice but the rooms are old and musty. Booked two rooms and both rooms are old, dank and musty. We will be transferring hotels tom.

I tried to book in advance I think it was more than a week before our actual stay through their social media page for 3 days 2 nights. They reserved the nights without asking for a reservation fee or initial deposit! I can't believe it and I am so happy that we can just pay it upon check in. Our whole stay was awesome. Staffs are very nice and the foods are perfect! Will definitely go back to this hotel.

Value for money hotel with excellent location. We got the basic twin sharing room (DELUXE) and we were 3 adults. The room was small but adequate for our needs. We were located in Basement 1 which means our window view were the surrounding buildings behind the hotel. Basic amenities in the bathroom with good water pressure. No free coffee/tea service but we were provided free water. The accommodations included free breakfast which offered your standard Filipino breakfast options and American option (see pics) Special note to their PATCH CAFE which offered good tasting cakes and cookies. The location is hard to beat! Just a skip away from SM and Session Road.

Had long day at a conference and had nice quick warm welcome for the evening menu in the bar/carvery area. Nice low lighting and warm for winter evening. Menu was good and varied not too much same old same food! Very nice staff and quick service. Food very well cooked and presented. Would definitely visit again for evening bar food with friends.

I had a nice stay in this hotel last year that's why I chose it again this year. Towels were white and clean last year so I didnt bring anymore. Upon checking the cr, I immediately asked for replacement of floor mats and towels, but what the housekeeping gave me looks the same as the ones already in the cr. so i asked again, and she said they're all the same. this hotel couldnt keep the quality they used to provide their customers.

Room we booked was a suite. Price is comparable to a standard room in a 3 star hotel in Manila. The room was right in front of the street so it was noisy at night. The suite is what is expected of a hotel this category. Nice thing about it is there's a bidet in the bathroom. Could be cleaner. We headed down for breakfast at 7am, mo guests yet. Employees were loudly speaking with each other about what happened to their night out last night. There was a huge wall mirror on my right side and one of them who just came in did her/his make up there, inside the restaurant with us having breakfast. The kitchen door was open, so from. Kitchen staff, front desk, restaurant staff, we could hear all. Of they personal stories. You don't have to be a 5 star hotel to provide a professional service. Employees can be trained to act appropriately when on duty.
