Waste of Money, Time and Effort. - No Cable Service; TV not operational; No Remote Control. - No Wardrobe/Closet/Cabinet/Drawers to store your stuff; - Misrepresentation for the Family Room as the beds provided would not suffice to fit for 4 persons, - Window view is a blank wall; - No food and drinks service; No Water Heating Kettle, Microwave Oven, Fridge, - Shower Heater is very difficult to operate and maintain preferred water temp., - Provided just a small, round table and 2 chairs for in-room dining in a family room, - Room has a Claustrophobic Ambiance, - You get just 50% refund if you decide to cut short your stay. - Actual Room Appearance is very much different from the pics in FB and website
This seems like a new hotel in town. It's got small simple rooms. Nothing luxurious. There's a somewhat improvised restaurant on the fifth floor and a parking lot in the basement. On the second floor, where the reception area is, you'll find a nice café and a spa, while on the ground floor there's a bank and other establishments. What's good about this hotel is its location. It's just a stone's throw away from Baguio's public market, the Burnham Park, Session Road, etc. It's right in the city center, which is quite chaotic. The staff is very friendly and helpful here. During our stay, there was a power interruption and we realized that the hotel has no generator. Power was restored a few hours later. Apart from these small glitches, we enjoyed our stay here. It's clean and affordable.…
"A Hotel" is located in the heart of Baguio City. Very accessible to anything. Restaurants, shopping malls, boutiques, attractions and transportation. The price rate is very reasonable. Room is clean. FREE wifi & breakfast. Hotel staff are very attentive!
Baguio's latest secret - a value-for-money accommodation right smack in the midst of all the action. Abanao and Session Roads are just a step away; at the back streets are restaurants, ukay-ukay shops, and Burnham Park itself. New, clean, convenient and very friendly staff to cater to your needs. Really appreciated their willingness to accept early check-in for those taking night trips and arriving at odd hours. Room is reasonably priced for a place to sleep, change clothes, store your shopping stuff, and take a shower. The free breakfast with unlimited coffee and bread with jam is a major plus. Staff are very courteous and helpful from the security guard hailing taxis, to the porter to carry bags and shopping stuff, to the receptionist esp Ms. Rachel Abuan.
The hotel staff are very accommodating and offer suggestions for clients. Rooms are very nice and very clean. The hotel has a strategic location where occupants can easily go to Burnham Park and nearby restaurants in case.
A-hotel provided what I've been looking for a hotel. 1. CLEAN ROOM. We arrived so tired due to long drive but when we arrived at the hotel, I was impressed by how clean it was. They'd also ask if you'd want to clean up your room everyday. 2. GREAT LOCATION. This was the main reason I chose A-hotel because it is located in the heart of Baguio city. Walking distance from Burnham park, SM City Baguio, Pasalubong center, Night Market and many restos. You dont have to spend taxi fare for most of your trips. And what made me love this hotel is their HOSPITALITY. The staff were so nice and courteous. From the security guard who helped us w/ our luggage to receptionist, to cleaning staff and dining staff. They make you feel you're home and welcome. You get the value for your money. Will definitely come back this summer.…
Nothing extravagant but The room is nice and clean. The location is great because it’s a walking distance to everything.. to Session road, market Where You Can buy affordable pasalubong such as wood craft, tshirts and goodies.. near restaurants and supermarket.
I booked a room for a family 2 adults and 2 children, it shows a room with 2 double beds at their website but when we arrived in the room, it’s a freaking small and with a little bit smell at the toilet! Towels we’re set up for 2 only wherein my booking it shows fits 3 adults and 1 child! No common sense, the receptionist were not friendly at all. Cleaning service were not also provided, we are not that messy but its should be offered as per every hotels policy! It’s a hotel at the first place and not merely an apartment or a condominium that needs to pay for extra services. They don’t even offer an early check in which I found out so uncomfortable for my kids to wait for the normal check in time! I don’t ever recommend this hotel and we will not come back ever again. 3,700 php per night for a cheap service, no way!!!…
I went there with my partner and we stayed there for a week. Hotel is accessible since it is in downtown area of Baguio, you can just walk on your way to Burnham or if you want to go to the night market, it is just very near. The lobby of this hotel is at the second floor, you can also find a coffee shop and a spa that also sells Pasalubong stuff. Clean room, the housekeeping dept cleans it every time we go out. The one thing I didn't really like is the breakfast offering, it is really limited. You have to choose from their set of breakfast menu. I guess they've to improve it. We had a great stay and we will be coming back this September.
Two thumbs up for this small yet classy hotel in terms of Service, Room accommodation and their nicely brewed coffee. I would like to commend Front Desk clerk named KIKO for his being courteous and accommodating. He facilitated all of our needs and even recommended tourist spots to visit. He really attended our basic needs. The breakfast though simple as Typical Filipino SILOG type breakfast yet the staff's effort in doing their best to please and offer you the best service they can offer is commendable. The only drawback is its location. The parking area of passenger jeepneys is located at the front of the hotel but but who cares? They won't bother you in as much as you are a tourist and supposed to be out the whole day and at night you need a place to sleep and rest. I highly recommend this hotel for families looking for budget yet secure and have clean accommodation. To the staff and management, my sincere appreciation of thanks.…
