It is located in the town center, and very closer to the beach, hanging bridge and watch tower. This hotel apartment is cheap and accommodation is good.There is no restaurant in the hotel. New Sur restaurant and Zaki Restaurants are closer by. But few restaurants are around. Maintenance wise very good. Neatly maintained. Parking is an issue, you have to find it around the hotel. If you plan for turtle watch, it is 1 hr drive. you have to sharp at 3.00AM. Please note there is no petrol bunks on the way to turtle watch. Couple of petrol bunks are there near the hotel, so fill in advance. Ask for big size room if you are travelling with more than 2 people.

I visited this hotel with my family. I got a 3 bedroom apartment. it has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and kitchen. There is small space for living room but no chairs or table, just bare floors. The hotel is located in the middle of the market area of Sur, which is very basic and not modern. You can find restaurants, and grocery stores near by. I would recommend this place for traveler who are traveling on budget and wants place to sleep big number of people.

The apartments are very well located right in the centre of town, next to the souk and restaurants (cafés). Great price for what you get. The room in the annex was very spacious, bright and clean. The kitchen looked outdated and not really furnished but we haven´t used it anyway (would be nice to make a cup of tea but there were no dishes). The bathroom was clean, there was no shower curtain, so the whole bathroom (incl. toilet) were wet after showering (I know it´s a standard in many places in Middle East or Asia but not so in Oman). No breakfast. Coplimentary wi-fi. Would stay there again.

Hotel is in the town center. It is a budget hotel with neat rooms and good service. Bad is no restaurant in hotel. You have to buy it from outside. Hotel offers free wifi. It is better to stay in apartment with kitchen as it will provide home like feel.
