I stayed 3D/3N for a business. The room is very neat and well maintained. The services in the front office, restaurant, housekeeping etc. are Excellent! The GM and Staffs are very kind, professional and friendly. I would definitely come again with my friends and family so they can experience the beauty of Sur Plaza Hotel.

Overall, I had the best experience at the Sur Plaza Hotel during the Eid holidays! The room was wonderful and clean. friendly staff, We are a family with 2 adults and 2 children. The Housekeeping staff was immediate and helpful, especially Mr. Deepthi. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone who visits here.
