Had the most wonderful stay at Nizwa Hotel Apartments. The room was spacious and has the most wonderful mattresses. Ours was a 2 bedroom apartment. The kitchen comes with necessary cutlery. The bathroom is clean and is maintained well. Its an hour away from Misfat Al Abriyyin, 10 mins from Birkat al Mouz, 20mins away from Nizwa Souq, and an hour or so away from Jabal Akdhar. All of these are places to visit around Nizwa and are highly recommended. Mr Anu, the Manager there is always there at your service, he is super helpful and kind, and would guide you to any restaurants and tourists places. The hotel also had a few tourist packages for jabal akdhar. Overall would highly recommend staying here, comfortable and hassle free.

This hotel was one of the best I've stayed at. They offer amazing apartments. The apartment we stayed in had two bedrooms - a twin and a double. The double had an en-suite bathroom. The apartment had a spacious living room and a kitchen which was very well stocked with pots, pans and other kitchen utensils. The washing machine was extremely useful and meant that we could do our own laundry. There's a beautiful hotel lobby with complimentary Arab coffee (Qahwa) and dates. The manager was an excellent host and ensured we had a smooth and comfortable stay in Nizwa.

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was excellent! Double bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, a big kitchen and living room. Apartment was very big and very clean! All personnel very friendly. Would recommend this place to everyone.

We stayed for 5 nights to visit the region. The manager and staff are very welcoming and always ready to support any demand.The lapartment is very clean and comfortable. The location is good to visit the region as it is between djebel Shams and djebel Akdhar. It is close to shoping facilities and reasonably close to downtown Nizwa where there is free parking space. I strongly recommend this place for holidays in the region.

The Niswa Hotel Apartments was very comfortable, reasonably priced and best of all, provided the personal touch of the General Manager Anu and his staff. Anu is the perfect host and provides first class hospitality to his guests; he gave us great advice for things to see and where to eat, which greatly enhanced and maximized our short stay in Niswa. He advised us to to visit the historical city of Misfah al Abriyyin, which is on the route to Jebel Shams (the Grand Canyon of Oman), that we would have otherwise missed. His advice truly enhanced our trip.
