Hotel:4/10 Food: Indian food was just like the one cooking at home, very simple and cold. 2/10 breakfast very poor. Very little variety of food and repeat food/cold/unorganised. waiter: unprofessional they even dump some cocktail on us and did not apologise or change the table cloths. entertainment: 0/10 the pool OMG so dirty.we couldn't even enjoy our weekend.

Upon arrival we were greeted by samantha, we felt as if we were in a school and the teacher was explaining !! While checking in the room there was a dreadful odour and a sack of dust around the room's corner.. We phoned reception.. they hsk team was here.. and they order us to go to the lobby and watch tv !!!!! They were so rude and manner less... After a while we went to the spa to book for a massage the lady selena was so busy at her phone that she forgot she got guests waiting ... We unfortunately book for massages... And after some minutes samantha came to our room to inform they had cancelled our treatment due to no availability.. !! How unprofessional!!! Tv was not working .. lighta goes on and off .. Bathtub was blocked And the most disturbing thing is that food was horrible.. we got boil fish instead of grill !! There was pizza as well .. which was a piece of 'roti' and some tomato sauce !! Such a wastage of money .. Arvind who is the in charge did not even know how to deal with this situation.. We had such a bad experience. This hotel does not even deserve 1 star !!! I CLEARLY DON'T RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE !!!!! And one last thing ... all beach towels must be changed... So many holes in that.. damage stuff .. PLEASE DON'T GO THERE ANYONE !!!!!@

We never stayed at Sunset Reef, but it's the second time that we've had an experience there. The first thing you see when you arrive at this 3* hotel is a simple, beautifully decorated lobby and amazing reception team 😍. They're fully bilingual and have good communication skills. We booked the hotel for an 💞#anniversary dinner (40 pax) and all the procedures were made swiftly online and via phone. Arveend Sookha from the Sales & Marketing Dept was our point of contact and I must say that he is an extremely professional person with a fantastic attitude. The price quoted was very good and some of us will surely book a stay soon because of the excellent rates that they offer for accommodation. The food and service was very good, the music was excellent (we danced a lot) and the setup great. We had apéro on the beach and dinner in the #restaurant. There was a sega show after dinner 💃 and that was really special! Thanks to the Sunset Reef team, you rock 😊 If you're looking for the perfect place to relax and forget about #covid 19, this is the place to be. No fuss, no #stress, you will just feel connected to the peacefulness of the sea there.

Horrible experience. The hotel is robbing money from people. Be careful. Manager forced me to pay one room at h/b at rs 3,500 and another rs 1,500 for a buffet dinner whereas a full board would have cost only rs 4,000. Pure robbery!!! Rooms are leaked with stinky water around the tub and till the room. Don't take this hotel, as you will regret all your life Very bad service and manager trying to steal money from customers using smiles and golden words. Be careful!!!!!
