This new 4* hotel is reserved exclusively for adults and is a serene hideaway, taking design inspiration from the beautiful surroundings: the terracotta and mustard gold earth tones, the leaf green and glimpses of blue. Swimming pool was dirty The beach is public but there are not enough sun beds around the pool or the beach for the visitors. Food is horrible. I don't go to Mauritius to eat chips and piles of white processed bread. The rooms are nice and clean.
Staff went above and beyond to make a holiday to remember. Lovely clean rooms, cleaning staff worked hard. Lovely white sandy beach which is private. Looking forward to a return once the new build is finished.
Small and intimate but we felt invisible. It didn't feel small but the service and care and love we were shown throughout our stay was fantastic. I could not have ever thought that such a small hotel could feel so private. The staff were so attentive. The food was fantastic, the beach gorgeous. Loved the snorkeling trip each day. Would highly recommend this hotel and we would like to say a very big thank you for making our holiday very special more ways than you will ever know. Hello Management , I have booked with BA , since I’ve booked ive found out you are to have a large extension built along with refurb of all rooms swimming pool ect . Can you advise, Will this hotel and its refurbishment be fully finished and up and running before the 1st October 2020 ?
Cannot fault the resort they worked tiresely to make sure you had a great time. The staff were amazing always talking too there guests from management.,chefs, waiters, bar staff, cleaners, gardeners. We had too move too another hotel in the group because of the coronavirus virus. The staff held a guard of honour for us when we left which was a very touching moment for us all. Thank you too all the staff for our short stay with you hopefully we can return too the resort next year. Places can you thank your staff from me
