Everything is walking distance to the famous restaurant so its easy for you to go food hunting since its in the middle of Georgetown. Also near to street art.
The receptionist was helpful since it was raining and lend us an umbrella.

I might be wrong but the hotel doesn't seem to be having a full-fledged management system, thus replying inquiries might take some time, or perhaps none at all.
I would advice that you call the hotel instead.
