Located just a 5 minute walk from the start of Kokusai dori, this hotel is conveniently located for tourism. The room I had was spacious by Japanese standards. The hotel has an in house onsen in the basement where you can have a dip and relax. Breakfast is a sumptuous buffet of Japanese, Okinawa and Western dishes. Staff are extremely friendly and polite.

We stayed in this hotel for couple of nights. The first room we were given had clearly been occupied by a smoker and we asked to move to a non-smoking room. Mikiko Mori from the front desk was so helpful. I just wanted to write to say thank you! We were moved to a much nicer room. We enjoyed our stay. For us it was just a stopover for a few nights on the way to Tokyo but the hotel was good.

After researching thoroughly for our anniversary/babymoon, we were happy this hotel was close to the bus terminal as well as downtown area with all the restaurants (roughly 15-20 mins). Hotel also came with detergent (for a fee) to use in their washer/dryer. Now the downside - this hotel can't possibly be a 4 star hotel, DO NOT fall for it. The hotel lobby is dated as is the room. We booked a double room/suite that's supposed to come with a double bed and view. Instead, we got a room with sofa and 2 twin beds facing a hotel with a smiley face and the sea somewhere in the back. So for the first night since it was late, we squeezed into 1 bed. On the second day, I went to the front and told them what we had booked and asked if they can change our room because I had paid a higher rate. What ended up happening is they pushed the 2 beds together and Voila! Now we get a "double bed" with a crack in the middle. Luckily we only had 2 nights of this left, my poor husband slept in the crack of this hard AF bed. The bed was old and excruciatingly painful. My husband couldn't believe how hard the bed was! We contemplated sleeping on the floor if it wasn't so dirty and we had thicker blankets. Imagine being 25 weeks pregnant and having to sleep on your side on such a hard bed - my back, hips and shoulders were sore for days after leaving Okinawa. I thought the pain was from being pregnant until it resolved as we continued our trip and ended up in a different hotel. I have never slept on such a hard bed - and I've slept in hostels, shared beds with multiple friends, and had slept on cracks numerous times during my travel. By far, this has been THE WORST experience. I've also been more comfortable on a motel 6 bed. So do yourself a favor. Don't stay here unless it's cheaper than any 1 star hotel you see around. It'll likely be a more comfortable stay for much cheaper.

This place is very upscale and has very spacious rooms for a Japanese hotel. We had the family room and had lots of room for everyone. The location is ideal. Kokusai dori and the monorail are a walking distance. There is a gift shop selling kariyushi shirts and other souvenirs. I recommend getting an in room massage. I got a full body massage, it was so relaxing I fell asleep.

Nice hotel in a good location, near to shopping street Kokusai Dori & shopping centre. Also near monorail, beach, temple & Fukushuen Garden; all within walking distance. Hotel is modern and clean and service is friendly. But family room for 4 is a bit small.

First of all, the hotel is located in a convenient location and is located about 5-7 minutes from the subway station. During my stay, I interacted with the staff a number of times. In general, I feel that while the staff do try to assist you with your queries, they are not very warm or approachable. As a lot of reviewers have commented, the beds are very hard and it is therefore quite difficult to get a good sleep at night. Nothing special about the room. Housekeeping was decent but not great. Breakfast was quite nice with a relatively good spread. On the whole, this is a decent hotel with no particular faults. But if you were to ask me whether I would choose to stay here again the next time I visit Okinawa, I would say no since there are so many other choices in the area.

Pros - good location - great space in rooms for a Japanese hotel - very clean - decent breakfast buffet - loads of food options on the streets behind the hotel - they let us have our children in our room without paying for another room (something most hotels in Japan insist on charging) Cons - smoking area right outside of front door (lobby often wreaked of cigarette smoke) - hotel staff were nice but not all that helpful (I asked them about restaurants in the area, and they didn’t really have any suggestions) - monorail is about a 10 minute walk away Still we would come back to stay for sure.

got 3 rooms here with family on the 8/f. first, we booked 3 rooms with a double bed in each but we ended up stuck with twin beds in our rooms... second, the receptionists barely speak english which frustrated us further given the bed situation... third, the worst parts that its a rainy week and the rooms really smell like stinkin feet! the beds are hard as bricks. the only good things i can sat about the hotels their bathrooms pretty clean and the location quite convenient with many restautants in walking distance. but the room really stinks!!

We spent mother’s day weekend here. Nobody here could speak enough english to make communication easier. The hotel and room were very comfortable. The beds were very hard, you had no room between the foot of the bed and wall, plus they were very low. The only tv stations were in japenese. We were surprised on what they provide in the rooms a large bottle of shampoo conditioner and body wash. Toothbrush toothpaste hair ties packages of different type of body lotion for a tub bath. Cloth to polish your shoes. Paid over a hundred dollars for a massage it was not worth. My opinion is that the hotel would be very nice if you can speak and read a little Japanese.

My family and I (four adults) stayed one night at this hotel on our first day of arrival at Okinawa and then returned 5 days later for the second night prior to our departure from Okinawa. We chose this hotel because it is very near to Naha Airport. Hotel location: As the hotel is inconspicuously nestled among the many buildings along a busy road, you have to drive slowly when approaching near the hotel (I missed it first time and had to make 2 U-turns but it was during the night). Depending on traffic conditions, this hotel is about 12 minutes’ drive from the Naha Airport and about 30 minutes to the Naha Main Place Mall (largest shopping mall in Okinawa). It is also a 5-minute walk from Asahibashi monorail station and a 15-minute walk to Kokusai Street. After unloading the luggage, the valet service gave us a parking slip and then proceeded to park our rental car behind the hotel. There is a parking fee of 1200¥ per day. The hotel has 2 shops that sell souvenirs and food items (we got several Okinawa T-shirts). Hotel staff: The receptionists who welcomed us on both nights spoke fluent English. All the staff including the restaurant staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel room: On the first night, we were in 2 Standard Twin rooms. We were grateful and surprised that the hotel upgraded us to larger Superior Twin rooms on our return stay for the second night. Each modern bedroom comes with 2 single beds, 2 pairs of sterilised comfortable slippers, a safe, a 40-inch LCD TV, mini refrigerator, kettle, coffee and tea packets and complimentary bottles of water. The notable differences between the two room types is that the larger Superior Twin room has a large open space in front of the bed, a Sharp dehumidifier (with plasma technology) and the long table is in front of the bed and not under the window. However, the TV is next to the working desk so it’s inconvenient for one person to watch TV while another person does work at the desk. The bathroom has a small bathtub and comprises the usual amenities including dental kit and the high tech Japanese toilet seat (washlet). Our rooms were quiet and the comfortable beds granted us good sleep on both nights. The wifi is free and fast. Hotel restaurant: Upon freshening up at 8:30pm on the first night, we decided to eat our dinner at Bar Ren restaurant instead of venturing out into the cold night outside. We were the only patrons in this dark yet cosy restaurant and we had a relaxing time enjoying the night view of Naha and sumptuous Japanese cuisine. We ate breakfast at the Kuninda restaurant, utilising the system of putting continental, Japanese and Okinawa buffet food items on trays and bringing the trays to your table. The standout items include red sweet potato butter, pineapple butter, Okinawa doughnut and smoked salmon. Overall, my family and I had a great stay in this value-for-money 4-star hotel with full service spa.
