This is a business hotel next to the Prefectural monorail station, so it is accessible getting to and from the airport. This hotel is also located right at the start of Kokusaidori, so food and shopping options are aplenty. The hotel parking is by elevator, and cost 1500Y per night. The room is clean and has all the amenities we need for a business hotel. We will definitely stay here again!

Located in front of the Okinawa Prefectural Office, a 5-minute walk from the monorail and a few minutes to Kokusai-dori.
The inside of the hotel was like a general business hotel, but the Hotels measures against Covid were solid.
The most recommended thing at this hotel is the breakfast buffet, which was very satisfying because there were many kinds and Okinawa traditional food. However, depending on the time of day, it may be so crowded that you can wait, so it must be better to go a little earlier.

The reason why I rated 4 out of 5 is definitely the location. Short walking distance to monorail, Kokusai street. The room looks slightly tired. Should you prefer bigger room, do book for superior room & above. It’s spacious enough for a couple.
Staffs are friendly and helpful even though with limited English speaking.

Stayed here 3 nights starting from May 24. Stayed on the 9th floor at the end of the hall so I had 2 Windows. Nice view. Ate breakfast one day and was more than adequate with a good selection of food. As usual for Japan, the staff was very welcoming and spoke English. Parking garage next door for 1,000¥ a night. Located across from the government building and at the beginning of Kokusai Dori, the main shopping district. The hotel is fairly new and well maintained. You can take the Yu Rail, from the airport and exit the Kenmaecha(?) spelling exit. About 3 or 4 exits from the airport. The hotel is visible from the exit. Actually across the street. The Ryubo shopping center is at the exit and also a rent a car that gives you a discount if your staying at the hotel. A taxi from the airport would cost around 1,500¥ $12 US. I would definitely stay here again! Many eating places and Lawsons and Family marts around. Room has free wifi and refers.

I have written about the Aletta Restaurant in a separate review but I had to include the breakfast in my title because it really is exceptional for a hotel buffet.
This was the first hotel on a 12-day father-son trip to SE Asia with stops in Okinawa, Taipei, and Bali. I was somewhat apprehensive about what to expect with booking this hotel as part of a package deal. However, we were pleasantly surprised with everything.
The taxi from airport to hotel took about 20 minutes. Check-in was smooth with English-speaking desk staff. They gave us 2 card keys for our room, wifi access code, and our meal tickets for the next 3 mornings. We took the card-only access elevator to our room. The elevator is small by American standards and people really pack in when it's busy.
Our 2 twin bed room was on the 5th floor. The room is small on first inspection but it is laid out very efficiently. See photos below. As is the case in many Asian hotels, the power to the room will only turn on when the hotel card-key is placed in a slot on the wall near the door to the room. We turned the AC on immediately and cooled the room to a comfortable 22 deg C. We noticed that there was a dehumidifier on the floor in one corner of the room.
There was a flat-screen tv, desk, chair, lighted desk mirror, small armoire, and a safe in one of the entertainment center drawers, not in the closet as is usually the case. There was also a clothes brush and shoe-horn combination in the closet. There was a coin-operated laundry facility on our floor, although we didn't use it. A small fridge is provided in the room to store water and/or snacks. There were several outlets throughout the room for charging all electronics, especially on the nightstand for cell phones.
The beds were comfortable. Pajama tops/bottoms (replaced daily) and slippers are provided for each occupant. There were also two white cotton robes in the closet.
The bathroom is small but has all the essentials. See photo below. The toilet has a bidet which I really enjoyed. I don't know why we don't have these in all US bathrooms. They are so much more hygienic than just TP. The wall mounted (phone) shower pressure was excellent. Hot and cold water available immediately. There was also a small sink in one corner. They provide all towels, two toothbrushes, toothpaste, hair brush, cotton swabs, facial towels, shower caps, hair dryer, face soap bar, liquid bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. The garbage can is literally the size of a square Kleenex box!! Haha, got to love Japanese efficiency!
The location of the hotel is very convenient opposite the train stop, walking distance to multiple restaurants, shopping, etc. Taxis are always available in front of the hotel. It's about 20 minutes to the Shurijo Castle. If you are planning to visit the Churaumi Aquarium, understand that it is about 90 minutes by car and about 90 kilometers away. We learned this the hard way paying $180 one-way for taxi! We took the bus back for $19 per person. The bus stop is a short walk from the hotel, so I recommend taking that if you have plans to visit the Aquarium. I believe the last bus back leaves the aquarium around 5:19 pm.
Pros:
Location near shopping, bus stop, trains, restaurants
Bathroom
Breakfast(!!!!)
Wifi
Comfortable beds
Pajamas and slippers provided
Fridge provided
AC
Copious outlets
Cons:
Small room
Room has to be cooled with each entry (unless card-key left in power activator)
Elevators full at check-out time. (Push 'up' button to get elevator that is not full. Then ride down).

This was a real good one. The hotel is located on Kokusai Street, shops and restaurants are just there. There is a convenience store on the ground floor of the hotel.
The breakfast was very nice from traditional Okinawa food, other types of Japanese and also large range of western including ice cream for breakfast!
The room was clean, large for Japanese hotels and the bathroom was clean and easy to use.
Even though it rained whole time while we were in Okinawa, we very much enjoyed local culture and food. We would love to go back again and hopefully it will be sunny next time!

I arrived at the hotel at 1200 and I managed to check-in (note that Japanese hotels check-in is usually 1400 and check-out is 1100). The room was small but it was just me living there. I believe the room is meant to occupy 2 persons because there was 2 slippers, 2 robes, 2 toothbrushes etc. but it wouldn't be comfortable with 2 persons - the room is just too small in my opinion. However, the room was wonderfully clean, neat and tidy. I liked the decor. Note there is no minibar, no bottled water and just green and brown (?) tea sachets. To boil the water there is an airpot, which can keep the water hot once boiled but all the buttons are in Japanese. I had to use Google Translate, take a photo to work out what the buttons mean
The location of the hotel is excellent. 6 stops on the monorail from Naha Airport (about 15 mins). Get off at the station called Kenchomae aka Prefectural Office Station. The hotel is within 5 mins walk. Really convenient to explore Naha by monorail. If you plan to use the monorail a lot then I advise you get a 2-day pass (they don't do more than 2-days) for 1200JPY. Right downstairs there is a Family Mart store, which is a convenience store, and 2 Japanese restaurants. Kokusaidori, Naha's main street, starts here at Kenchomae - this is the downtown area. Across the road from the hotel is Ryubo Shopping Mall, where you can find more things to eat, cafes, department store, FrancFranc, Muji, Tower Records etc - what a fantastic location!
I also stayed at Daiwa Roynet Naha-Kokusaidori during my visit to Okinawa but hands down this was the better hotel (cheaper, location and room itself)
The hotel only costs 80GBP/120USD per night. The price, location and room itself, in my opinion, is an excellent deal. Highly recommended for 1 person. For 2 persons, you probably should pay a bit more for a bigger room - they do bigger rooms

Room is a few centimetres wider/ broader than a regular Japanese business hotel room. We expected a slightly bigger room for the price (professional photgraphs are wide angle lies). Slightly better/ newer bathroom cubicle than similar joints around Japan, very unstable and slow WiFi, Japanese tv channels and BBC with Japanese voiceover only.
Breakfast is worth a try - wide selection of local foods, in essence most of Okinawan specialties apart from the more exreme ones.
Other than that it is fairly well located - on the map on this site hotel is totally misplaced - it is actually just across the street from Prefectural offices and just around the corner from Kokusai-dori (google maps has a more accurate placement of this hotel). A short walk from Kencho-mae monorail station - monorail from the airport is a better deal as our taxi driver did not have a clue where this hotel is and it took some effort to get there.

The hotel is close to Kenchomae station and is only 5 - 10 minutes walk. It is also right around the corner of the starting point of the International Street. Nice neighbourhood and lovely hotel. I got a welcome pack with facial mask, lotion and bathing towel.
Remember to buy the 1 day pass for the monorail train on arrival at airport. It last for 24 hours and it start counting from the time you use it. You will need it to get around Naha.

A fully functional hotel just at the corner of Kokusai Street, the main street lined with restaurants and shops selling touristy stuff. Excellent for a short stay, there's a car park just behind if you have a rental car.
Rooms are small, but that's expected of Japan's hotels. Breakfast is lovely with a nice spread of local and standard fare.
There's a delicious conveyer belt sushi just at the basement, and convenience store next to it.
Overall an excellent stay without hurting the pocket too much!

No.need to pay parking outside
