Travelers' Choice
Sharjah, United Arab Emirates' most extensive beach resort, Sheraton Sharjah Beach Resort & Spa, is the city’s favourite seaside gathering place for extended holidays, short getaways, sumptuous local dining and social events. Nestled on one of the last remaining stretches of open, uninterrupted palm-fringed beaches in the Emirate, and with its own private beach, our hotel is also centrally located for easy access to key gateways and hotspots.

For Bonvoy members my advice is to avoid this hotel, they don't abide by the program rules. Recogniton near zero. It will be good hotel for touroperator guests, and if you read notice as 'Sheraton does not allow outside food or drinks to be brought into the hotel', towel cards with 50AED deposit or taken knob from toaster at breakfast you will know what kind of guest they have. Breakfast we had much better at Four Points Sharjah.

Overall, to sum it up, liked the hotel and the stay, there have been a few drawbacks though, just ensure not to stay in room 14, the very first night had to swap rooms due to loud water noise, however, issue resolved by switching rooms at around 2 am, second night wanted to go to the gym, which was supposed to be 24 7 and it was not only hard to find, but closed, the whole resort feels comfortable, it is a little bit like a maze and hard to find, but you will find your way through. Very unusual are the "towel cards" , which have a deposit of AED 50 each, in case of AED 50 (for each card) would be charged, just keep track on the card, ensure not to lose it. Pool timings have been nine to seven, which is very unusual for a "resort" , usually 10 to 10 would be more likely to be a life guard duty. (For one guard and if there are two, it could be even 7 to 11). The breakfast, afternoon tea and evening snacks were quite good and tasty, however, in other Sheraton hotels within the UAE you can actually modify your afternoon tea / evening snacks, e.g. require to remove items on the tray / add others instead, such as "double items on it. Some of those daily right are lower than the Sheratons (within the UAE) and do offer added value. What is also interesting is, that this Sheraton in particular is using the " Sheraton Grand" access cards. Member of staff have always been eager to do the best they can, always eager to resolve issues, and to make the stay as best they could possibly do. During breakfast, all you need is to take on some gloves and you are able to help yourself on the buffet trays. Will definitely stay again and recommend this place.

One of Sharjah’s best hotels, a must visit for travelers looking to explore the emirate. Loved my time in the waters with their very clean, pristine beach and temp-controlled huge pools. The room was spacious, could have been better if I got the balcony option. Buffet breakfast at Gusti was lovely especially loved the pastries, got a very nice spot at the terrace and we were well attended by Zia and Revon. Had a nice sit down meeting at the Link, very cozy place, with an elegant set up and warm ambiance, against the window of what seemed like a portrait of live pool/sea view. I wish the turkish coffee could have been of better taste tho. Gym was bit small and confined, felt it could use added ventilation, equipments are really good though. Was attracted to some of the hotel interior and exterior designs so took a few clicks. Our check in took bit time as it was only one lady (Bethany) on the counter, while Mr. Hassan at the Concierge made our check out easy and fun. Will definitely want to come back next time!

We traveled to Dubai on 30th and wanted to spend night there but all hotel rate prices were touching the sky due to new year celebration so we decided to choose this hotel as it’s little far from Dubai but 5star hotel. This hotel was reasonably priced despite of the new year celebration and the service, rooms, pool and beach areas are very nice. Truly a 5star hotel and 5 star property and services.
