Hotel was clean although dated. Rooms are uncomfortable and look like they've not had a freshen up of furniture in a very long time. The bar and food were great. The pool was really cold as it's not heated but that's pretty standard apparently. The problems we had were because of other guests. There were actual fist fights, kids running around effing and blinding at 2am, neighbours keeping us up arguing or bouncing balls against the walls. The entertainment was great but when you've got a 3 year old you can't stay there until midnight but if you decide to go back to the room you may as well not have bothered as it's like it's taking place in your bedroom anyway. We moved hotels in the end so we could get some sleep. We had to find our own alternative but the reputation of Club Alize is well known in the area. Nobody was surprised that we had faced the problems we had done. The hotel and the staff itself were great, other than the uncomfortable rooms. It was the Brits abroad mentality that ruined it for us.

Club Alize... First impressions were shocking, we rocked up at 23:45 to a demand of 'name' then shoved a form. Then told if you want late check out £40. If you want Internet Pay, if you damage anything you pay. Honestly it was just money money money from the off. Then he spoke so fast i have no idea what he said. We were pointed to our room 2207. If we judged it by the first impression this is a 1 star experience, thankfully the rest of the holiday was fantastic. The rooms are really dated. They could really do with a revamp. Our room looks out over the terrace so there was no view. Also our room was just above the entertainment area so we couldn't go to bed before that was finished as it was just too noisy. There was ample storage in the room and the bathroom was nice and clean. Sunbed wars is a thing here and we were hearing of the staff being paid to put towels out. You have got to be up at 4:30/5am for a good bed near the pool The day vibe around the pool was lovely. There was music and The entertainment team are incredible! Special thanks to the Girls September and Sofia! Our daughter Loved Sofia and she had all the time for her it was wonderful. Jimmmmmy is fantastic too! They aren't pushy but they are welcoming and friendly. The pool dances are great too! The food was decent here, it very much caters to english people which might not be what everyone wants, i would of preferred more turkish food and better bread!!! The pool should be bigger for how many rooms, we went in october and the hotel was busy but i wouldn't like to think how mad it would be in the summer months The pool staff are warriors mind, they set it all up every morning and change it to the evening dining everyday. Overall we had a lovely holiday.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel where the staff were always polite, helpful and efficient. Pool was a good size and there were plenty of sun loungers, even at half-term week. Food was very good with a wide range of choice. They also had a decent range of snacks on offer during the day with ice cream available in the afternoon. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout and although the apartment decor was a bit dated, it was spacious, comfortable, clean and had an excellent south facing balcony. Overall, we had a decent holiday and are glad that we chose this hotel to stay in.

This was our 1st time staying at Club Alize and as with other reviews there was a big issue with people reserving sunbeds at 4.30/5.00 am, so we never actually got a decent bed despite the hotel policy. The room we had was very dated with no view (would have been nicer with a pool view) The bed and pillows were very hard so didn't get much sleep. The rooms were cleaned daily with clean towels. The bar didn't have much of a choice unless you paid extra. The wifi was restricted to the pool/restaurant area only unless you paid extra. Entertainment was good, never got pestered by the entertainers, they were very friendly and happy. The room had to be vacated by 12pm but we had a late flight so cost us another £40 to keep it on until 6pm. Although the hotel is wheelchair friendly i believe the ramp outside the hotel is far too steep as i struggled with my sons wheelchair. Overall for a 3 star hotel it was nice for an october break.

2nd time staying at this hotel. First time with hubby & this time with daughter & grandchildren aged 16 & 19. Had an absolutely fabulous holiday.I'm 74 and age didn't hold me back. Went clubbing with them on T- Shirt party night. Joined in with aqua aerobics/water polo & down the water slide. Jay & his team were fantastic - always pleasant & friendly & very hard working. The rooms were very clean with the advantage of having a fridge & cooking facilities if needed. Plenty of choice of food. Really couldn't find fault. So glad I introduced the family to this hotel. Granddaughter booked for next year the day after arriving home! Hope all the staff enjoy their winter break see you next year from the Geordies from Blackpool

Excellent holiday. Food was decent for all inclusive, always something good to eat including show buffet. Curry nights, kebabs and roast are just a few to name. Not alot of choice regarding drinks and not really strong enough to get tipsy. Ice creams free for 2 hours aday. 30 lira out of them times Pool decent side although the slide is only open for 3 hours a day. Sunbeds not allowed to be reserved until after 7am accordingto there policy.. i had to get up every morning at 5.30 to get one as majority were gone by then. Entertainment team do a fantastic job with darts, pool, kids club, water polo, water dodgeball etc.. at night bingo, open the box, karaoke and shows till 11 Rooms dated but didn't spend much time in them unless sleeping. But unfortunately didn't sleep too well as the beds are Terrible. If you haven't got abad back you will do by the end of the holiday. Shops, tattoo and hairdressers on site which is a bonus, wifi isn't great. I rented one from around the corner for £35 for 10 nights which I took everywhere with me. If you have a late flight you will have to pay £40 to extend your room for 6 hours as you have to be out by 12 and due to us not getting picked up till 7.30 we had no choice so jet2 should look into this as I feel its a joke. Security box is extra at £15 which is in a room behind reception. 2 key safes so you get one and the master stays with reception till you need it I would go back for sure as the kids enjoyed it all and I think the Entertainment team and food is up there as one of the best for all inclusive. Just need new mattresses and sort the reserving of sun beds out

Please don’t be fooled by the reviews, this hotel was full of chavs, obviously with low standards, hence the reviews. I was first put in a room overlooking the pool which I thought was great until the first night and the entertainment was so loud it felt like it was in the same room, very very loud! And chavvy, on stage men dancing in mankinis! We were moved to another room, where the noise was just as bad from the neighbouring hotels! The food was not great, especially for fussy children, although the snack menu during the day was fine. I had to get up at 6am everyday in order to reserve a subbed, this is ridiculous, especially as the rules of the hotel state your not allowed to reserve a bed, staff are around during the morning, so they can prevent this from happening. There were cockroaches in our room I discovered that this hotel used to be self catering, there is not enough space for this hotel to be all inclusive, you are just squashed in like sardines! Will never return to this hotel!

Thanks for review. We are sorry that you didn't enjoy your stay. Remember you came to hotel with entertainment and welcomes families. We believe that you got information about hotel before... We don't take that word you call people chavs as it is rude to call people like this. People enjoys their time. It's lively hotel. That dance show with mankini was one of the drag show and they had thight on. So there is nothing wrong with that... Sunbed situation is people's issue. You can have that issue in any all inc. hotel. Also we do spraying for cockroaches every week. Thank you for staying at our hotel. We hope next time you enjoy wherever you stay at.

Not bad for the money… Good for a kids swimming holiday. Rooms a little tired, but clean. Would be good if the floors were swept when checked during the day. Food generally very good, especially the fresh pizzas and the ice cream. Food available most of the day (only a small gap in the afternoon). Staff work really hard to keep the hotel clean and tidy. Have to pay extra for full wi-fi (all around the hotel) but only £1 a day. You can pay in lira or pounds almost everywhere. Would be good if water came in cartons bigger than 200ml! But no big deal. Staff friendly. It’s a bit strange that they put the sunbeds away from 3.30 onwards… you feel pressured to leave (the tables for dinner go where the sunbeds are). No cocktails included in all-inclusive, but the wines, beers, soft drinks and spirits are fine. Extra £40 for late check out. Kids loved the pool and made lots of friends. Yes, the reserving of sunbeds is a bit ridiculous, but you can’t really blame the hotel for that. We got a bed every day, but often in the shade. Beds comfy. Air con only in bedrooms (actually very powerful) but doesn’t extend to lounge where kids were sleeping. Shower good. Fridge in room with little kitchen (never used though). Entertainment ok, a bit samey, but kids happy so we were happy. Have stayed nice places but have stayed MUCH MUCH worse too 😊

Here at the moment with my three children. Got an absolute bargain last minute and would highly recommend to everyone. Basic but a fabulous atmosphere. Weathers still great and let’s go do. Went horse riding today and off for a jeep safari tomorrow. Sweet little all inclusive number.
