Just returned from 12 days at pasabey, we arrived a couple of days after the hotel had opened so it was very quiet and the staff were very helpful when we asked to change our room from double to twin! Plenty of sunbeds but toward the end of holiday they were filling up so could imagine in peak season could be hard to get one. Food was not varied...turkey served every day we was there, ( didn't know it could be reinvented in so many ways) along with rice, wedges/chips (always cold) pitta bread and salad so we ate out most night times but restaurants not too expensive so not a problem. Taxis very cheap average about £2.50 to centre of marmaris or about 15 minute walk.rooms cleaned every day .Best barman had to be Jack (sparrow) always happy and pleasant with customers, he should be training the girl in the restaurant who stretches in front of you to take your plate before you even finish your meal! Only downside was no entertainment at all day or night and the bar inside wasn't open, could be because it was start of season??Overall a good hotel in good location

We (9 friends) went to Pasa Bey Hotel for a week long trip to celebrate my 30th birthday, and I cannot recommend it enough. We read the reviews beforehand but feel some of them do the hotel a real disservice! The staff at the hotel (Ramzan and Meric in the restaurant, Jimmy who hosted us, to Musa/Oznur/Halil at reception and Goktug behind the bar) were unparalleled with their friendliness and hospitality. The hotel is clean and the food was great with a wide range of desserts, and they were extremely generous with the drinks (not watered down, often neat upon request)! Spike at the spa kindly organized two massages for us with female masseuses at a great price. I also asked on the first day for one more vegetarian option and thereafter I found 3-4 every day, which I really appreciated. The pool was really fun and there was a daily activity in the evening that Jimmy got everyone involved with. He was so helpful when I lost my phone and also put on a special karaoke evening when I requested it. They were all very flexible with any requests we had and went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. The surrounding area (beach, water park, nightlife etc) is great and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves – could not ask for more. Thank you Pasa Bey, we will be back – 10/10 would recommend!

Went to this hotel May-June 2022. Absolutely fantastic, I’ve been to many hotels in turkey and this is by far the cleanest, modern, friendliest hotel..
Jimmy the entertainer makes your holiday from the second you get there, very friendly guy, lots to do, water polo, aqua aerobics, darts, fire show, Turkish dancers, great music.. Jimmy has it all .
Rooms spacious and cleaned everyday, free toiletries
Restaurant food is fresh, cold bar with lots of different acompliments to you very hot fresh meals, something for everyone.. staff very helpful .
Close to everything, grand bazaar, bar street, harbour etc , but don’t really need to leave the hotel as Jimmy has something for you every night till midnight x

For all looking to visit this hotel, i highly do not recommend, heres why

first, there are no sun beds available, unless you place your towel down as early as 7AM

second, the food selection is very slim, highly would recommend not bringing your kids here as there is 2-3 hot items served and most of time these are poor quality and inedible. very unsuitable for younger children.

third, if travelling here, include your own hair dryer as the one in room are absolutely awful, hairdryer is next to useless as it blows lukewarm air on full power. was unable to dry, short thin hair using it.

fourth, many facilities were advertised as being included with our package, such as a spa, bathrobes, slippers, a mini bar and wifi with no extra charge, although the bathrobes, slippers and the minibar were not included in the room and the spa charge for use, wifi does not work in rooms, and in reception it is very slow. also adding that the rooms have little to no storage space available. we had 2 suitcases and were unable to fully unpack as the little space we were provided.

fifth, the “all inclusive” is absolutely horrendous, as i previously said the food is poor quality and slim selection, the cocktails and many other drinks such as fresh orange juice cost to buy and cups are very small size.

to also add the rooms do not get cleaned daily, unless you phone reception and request fresh towels, when rooms where “cleaned” all that was done was beds made and towels changed.

this hotel is advertised as four stars, but i do not believe it is even worthy of a 3 star rating. Do not recommend at all.

I visited this hotel in September 2019 / all inclusive . The hotel was clean although our bedding was only changed once in the 11 nights we were there and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned once . Meal times were terrible , queues a mile long , but once seated the waiter service was second to none . Not enough choice of English food , so mainly lived off salads . The swimming pool area was horrendous , not enough Sunbed’s for the guests . Free soft drinks during the day , but had to pay for ice cream or ice lollies . At night if you wanted an alcoholic drink that wasn’t Turkish , you had to pay for it . Met some lovely people there , but wouldn’t go again . Not value for money .

We’ve been travelling to Turkey for a number of years . First time visiting Marmaris views and scenery of mountains unbelievable .
What can I say about the hotel .!,
The staff very friendly, and accommodating , you couldn’t fault the food very good .
The Wi-Fi was none exsistant only able to connect early in the morning and only available in the lobby area , when it worked !!! we couldn’t get on the Tui app to check our pickup for departure home.
Not enough sun beds for the guests of 300 people only 90 beds around the pool area and they were crammed in like a tin of sardines, if you wanted a bed you had to queue from 6am which is not what you go on holiday for guests have to wait until 7.30 am when the doors are unlocked then it’s a stampede for the sun beds . A lot of selfish guests where taking sun beds at 7.30 am and not using them until after midday ! .The water in the pool looked dirty too there was meant to be 2 dolphins at the bottom of the pool which we couldn’t see for the first week ! and it looked a green colour.
The rooms were cleaned everyday but do not have dressing gowns or slippers as advertised or no coffee or tea facilities( i.e Kettle) in the room and fridge only stocked water no mini bar ! pool towels were really small too and really old so we had to by some in the local shop.

Hotel staff excellent
Bedroom cleaned every day with fresh towels daily and bed linen changed regularly
Restaurant, large with a good selection of foods but could be a bit repetitive. Suggestion, perhaps offer some bacon and non spicy sausage at breakfast time. Waiting staff sometimes too quick to clear your plates away.
Entertainment was bingo most nights but some form of dancing or fire show prior the bingo. This took place around the pool area where the only bar was situated. There was not much room to watch the entertainment as half the area was covered by sun loungers.
Unfortunately we didn’t see much of the entertainment as the only areas left around the pool area were full of people smoking. There is no outside area in the hotel for non-smokers to enjoy a drink or a bite to eat. The only place to go for non-smokers was a small tv room but this would be commandeered by the entertainment team (1 guy) if weather outside was not good. Even during the day if you are using the sun loungers you would have people around you smoking
Sorry but for this reason we won’t be going back there

I went with a friend at the end of September and was worried after reading some of the reviews. The hotel is kept immaculately clean and rooms are cleaned every day to a high standard. There are clean towels and bottled waters put into room fridge every day. Staff are always helpful & friendly when you need help with a smile on their face and they work hard and long hours. Jimmy worked hard to keep everyone entertained and bar staff were excellent. My friend and I sat around the pool bar in the evening and as soon as we had finished our drink the barman had prepared our next drink ready to collect at the bar. The entertainment was ok there was a Turkish belly dancing night, fire eating another night and karaoke along with bingo nightly. If you want a more exciting nightlife you can walk down to Bar street or to the Marina only 10 mins away and taxis are really cheap. We didn’t have an issue with Sun beds we would arrive down for breakfast between 8:30/9:00 and put our towels on a bed then unless you want a prime position you don’t need to get up at 6am. Food was good although a bit repetitive there was lots of choice and no one should go hungry. I’m a fussy eater and gained half a stone after a week there. Drinks are serve at the table at lunch and for the evening meal. For breakfast you can have an omelette or fried egg prepared freshly for you and plenty of other stuff to chose from. Over all if you are looking for a quiet relaxing holiday in a lovely hotel then I would highly recommend this place

I have just returned from 2 weeks in Pasabey Hotel in Marmaris, it was the best holiday ever, the hotel was beautiful, spotless clean, the food out of this world and the staff could not possibly do enough for you, everyone from reception to kitchen ,bar staff, even the cleaners were wonderfully kind and obliging and made you feel very special guests, the entertainer Mehmet( Jimmy) is the sweetest kindest person, he was always smiling very friendly wanted to please everyone with their choice of music, he did aqua aerobics, darts, karaoke ,water polo, Bingo, fire show, belly dancers the entertainment went on and on, and Jimmy chatted to every single guest who was there and made everyone very welcome, I just did not want to come home it was such a fantastic holiday, I must not forget the mother and daughter two beautiful and very lovely people in the hair dressers, and their pedicures were brilliant, nail extensions their was nothing they did not do for you , and the two brothers in the shop on site were very friendly and helpful too, I have been to marmaris many times but this will be the only hotel I will use from now on, it was also within walking distance of the harbour and bazaar. Thank you everyone for such a wonderful time it was amazing and brilliant memories for a long time to come. From Mrs June Jones from Scotland.

This is not a 4*hotel by any stretch of the imagination - very few loungers by the pool for the number of hotel customers which meant queuing up from 6.30 to make sure you got a lounger! Ridiculous. The food is at best average but that is a push. The bar area is small and only has one person on at any time in serving due to the size of the bar area- again limited options available. The public beach area is approx 15mins walk on the main road, so be aware that this is the only option if you do not get a lounger! Entertainment is limited and very basic.
