We are staying during end of august in room 105. This is a beautiful looking hotel room, but is in desperate need for a ventilation system or airconditioning. The room gets extremely humid and warm (29 degrees plus) and the only thing to combat the heat is a very old and noisy fan. The room is also in need for a deep clean. We complained after the first night that the room is extremely dusty. We even offered to vaccuum the room ourselves but there was nothing that the hotel would do. We also requested to be moved to a cooler room, even if that meant moving to a smaller room. Once again, there was nothing the hotel could do. All in all the hotel and room have great potential, but we will be going home with a heavy mood.

We spent 3 night here. And was very good decition for our vacation. Very nice and calm hotel. Amazing view from the terace every morning 5.-5.45 if you want to watch balloons. Rooms very nice, comfortable, also bathrooms very nice, big. Restaaurant 100%, big breakfast, very tasty food- lunch or dinners and good prices.

Possibly the best hotel my mother and I have ever stayed in. Basically in the town center. Very clean, unique and all for a very fair price. Breakfast was delicious and the friendliest staff members, everybody was so lovely. Would definitely recommend!

I visited the Hotel on 16th May to 18th May. It was a really lovely and beautiful experience. Very neat and clean and the staff were more like a family. The trip advisor was Fatos. She was really caring and friendly. Loved it🫶🏻

Exactly the best address in Cappadocia if you wanna watch balloon and sunrise. Also unparalleled dinner and rich Turkish breakfast options. Extremely I recommended this hotel if you chosing to stay in Cappadocia. And also I would like to thanks to all staff, they were very warm welcomed and helpful about cappadocia tours espcialy thanks endless to Mr. Akif who helped me about hotel reservation.

We checked into the room, it was terribly cold, asked for a blanket - no blankets, moved to another room. Nice room, but we got evicted because it was booked online by honeymooners. We didn’t pay them for the room online, but we paid right away. It is not clear what is the problem with paying them not online for a room. Then we settled into a worse room, and then even worse. Four times we changed the room for unknown reasons. Very tired of carrying and carrying things. As a result, we were settled in the most disgusting little room. To clean your room you need to hang a sign on the door - you can’t hang it, it gets stuck. They clean up terribly, they don’t put towels in the right place, there is nowhere to put soap in our room, it was in other rooms, they don’t vacuum the floor, they don’t do anything. Hairdryer works through time. The room is dirty, it is impossible to wash here, there are stones everywhere. The staff here is just awful (except for a few). A very rude man sits at the reception. In our room, the door does not open, you need to hit door five times to open it, and it’s not a fact that it will open. We reported this, said that the next day they will solve the problem. We go to the reception the next day, the man rudely replies that it was necessary to say about the problem in the morning, but we reported yesterday. The door has not been made, we cannot open it in any way. As a result, very dissatisfied with the hotel. We will live here for the last days and never return.…
