If you expect the least from a 4 star hotel, Arora would be your choice.First of all it's crowded in this time of the year so you won't have your room until 3 pm.Rooms are cleaned everyday but no sanitary products are available in bathroom. You will be given 2 mineral waters only for the first day of your stay.Food is delicious and you can have juice and other drinks at the bar all day.You can rest in the beach and enjoy watching the sunset or go swimming in the sea .Pools are crowded with kids most of the time.Entertainment programs include music and stop-motion dance for kids each night I was lucky to watch an amusing belly dance only once during my stay.Reception staff know little English ,when I asked them to reserve a tour for me they didn't help. You should take minibus wherever you intend to go in Kusadasi, taxi is expensive specially to Izmir Airport.Minibus could get extremely crowded sometimes,You have to walk to stations and the one to Guzelcamli is a bit far.

I have visited hotel in June, for me the whole concept was good. Most of the staff was kind, food was not bad. They clean rooms almost every day. Pregram at the day and night was pretty good and fun(good animation team 😊).They should clean and take more care to the beach.

We arrived as a large party of 4 family's. Hotel is up a very steep hill off a very busy main road. There was 2 family's of 4 and one of 3 in our party we all arrived in our rooms to find them one bed short when we spoke to reception they was aware and sent up staff with a fold up bed who then had to come in a remove furniture to squeeze it in, this seemed odd as surely they knew the size of each family going in the rooms prior to our arrival. The pool area is nice kids loved it, slide is on a few times a day expect when they only have one member of staff then they don't open it at all that day. Bar serves very basic drinks and unless you are Turkish or Russian 90% of the time your drink is in a small plastic cup. If you was lucky enough to get a glass you held on it to. Food wasnt great nothing was labeled so often hard to determine what was on offer. Turkish night was by far the best night food wise we ate out a number of times. There is a lovely little family run restaurant just up the main road just past the BP garage we had a lovely evening meal there and then a breakfast another day. The beach is very small down lots of steps and like others have said has a lot of seaweed that wasn't an issue for us the issue for us was the smell once we made your way down there smelt like dirty drains. We spent our time round the pool as the beach smell was just to unpleasant. Evening entertainment was dull to say the least Turkish night with the Turkish dancers was nice they had belly dances another night but other then that it was just music. The man in the little gift shop is lovely and priced well. Overall we enjoyed our stay but wouldn't return as the food was just to much of an issue.

Rooms cleaned every day and new towels. Room was nice and modern, view was brilliant (we were 6th floor sea view). Drinks ok...as long as you like vodka, beer or vinegar wine. Pool was nice, slide only comes on couple times a day but kids loved it. Animation was awful! Water aerobics during the day (that's it!) Shows at night were equally bad (I have made some allowances for C-19). Food was not the best, certainly not catered for English people and no labels on food so unable to tell what it is. Watermelon was always covered in flies. Due to C-19 the food is served to you rather than the normal buffet. Lovely little shop downstairs run by a lovely man (think we bought most of the floaties!). No self service of drinks available as stated on arrival. Bottles of water in fridge in bedroom however unable to keep cold because of having to remove key card. Air con is AMAZING and that can be left on all day. We were 604 which was next to one of the dublex rooms... Very noisy when they use the metal stairs! Lifts were awful! Never seemed to want to move. Photography... Nice enough man but I feel he should ask people if they want their pictures taken first! He took a shining to my 4 year old and I didn't appreciate pictures being taken. Breakfast... One morning they served sweetcorn in milk! Overall it's not the worst hotel but it certainly isn't 4 star.
