A gem of a hotel set in a quiet location with fantastic views over the bay around Kas.

Fantastic owners, who are very friendly and welcoming.
We only booked for bed and breakfast, but for the five days we stayed, each morning, breakfast was freshly served, and varied each day. Each day being a traditional Turkish breakfast, but slightly different each day. The owners own fresh honey (pine) was enjoyed very much, thank you once again.
Would I recommend this hotel. Too right I would!

I was very pleasantly surprised by the place. It has a low-key entrance (simple garden terraces like you are entering a farm in Greece) and a modest number of hotel rooms. My room was newly renovated with a great shower, new fridge, and a very clean feel. The service was great. Loved sitting at the outdoor tables, under mature olive and pomegranate trees and having traditional Turkish breakfast (full spread).

The owner speaks some English. The Wi-Fi worked great. It's a simple walk down to either a very nice/clean/warm public beach or some private beaches.

You can easily ride a bike or drive about 6 minutes on a pleasant 2-lane road to City Center in Kas or hail a taxi.

This place is great for both families and single folks.

Staff was very sincere and kind.

Definitely recommend you try it.

We spent a peaceful weekend here in February. The owners were a bit surprised by our visit in winter but we felt great during our stay there. The room was welldesigned and had a great view. We were the only guests so they offered us to have our breakfast on the balcony, which was a wonderful idea. This place deserves a big thank you because despite being called 'pension' , it is definitely more than that. By the way, everything you eat there is organic and homemade! It is also close to the beach. Going to the center of Kaş might take 20 minutes by walk. If I go to Kaş again in summer, definitely this place will be my choice again.

Even if it says "guesthouse" or "hostel" in the name of this facility, the quality of the rooms on the second and the third floors are no less than a very good hotel. The owner Abdullah says he renovated more than half of the rooms last winter. He also told us the remaining rooms will look like these ones next holiday season. Abdullah and his wife Huriye are very kind, helpful and talkative people. I spent six days and really enjoyed it. And also there's an awesome bay called Hidayet, just 5 minutes away from this hotel. The sea is perfect.
