What a lovely surprise - a hotel that does everything it promises to do! Superb location across the road from its own very nice beach and beach bar. Very nice rooms, Everything works, excellent food, well organized with very good staff. If you have any issues Amanda the manager has an "open door policy" and will be available to see that your issue is addressed - if it is fair & reasonable. We had no issues but she still found time to say hello to us - one couple out of 146 rooms! We have already booked to return next year! We met a few other people who return year after year. If you want somewhere that does everything a resort hotel should do and all it asks is that you respect the staff and respect their facilities then you should strongly consider this hotel. Thank you for a wonderful holiday - see you next year 👍 Ps: Top tip - when speaking in your own language to cleaners, restaurant staff or any staff just end your request with Lütfen (loot - fan) - which means PLEASE - and watch the smile appear on their faces. This is the 4th time we’ve been here and we will be back next year. From the General Manager (Amanda) to all the staff nothing is too much trouble. The restaurant is superb with enough choices to suit everyone’s taste. Location is perfect being just across the road from the beach and within walking distance of all the shops.

The best hotel you could choose. Not one fault, staff are friendly and will do anything to make your stay better. Such a big variety of different foods each night. Turkish night was great- Turkish foods and dancers. The pool bar is so convenient if you don’t want to get out the pool to get a drink. Amazing hotel!

By far the best hotel in Alanya , great location , great food and a great atmosphere here . The staff are so friendly here and go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your holiday . Wouldn't go anywhere else . If I could give more than 5 stars I certainly would. If you are thinking about a holiday in Turkey then look no further than The Grand Okan in Alanya

My family and I have been visiting this hotel since 2010 , two to three times a year . It has everything that you could ask for . It is extremely well run , spotlessly clean and is in a fantastic location. This hotel is warm and friendly, the staff are absolutely lovely and will bend over backwards to ensure, that you feel welcome there ! The food is extremely good and caters to all tastes . There is an abundance of choice and even I , being a fussy eater can always enjoy my meal . On one side of the hotel you can enjoy the bars and the restaurants and on the other side , you can relax on the beach . What more could you ask for ! In my opinion this hotel is fantastic and is home from home for my family ( young and old ) !

Another stay at the Grand Okan, must be my 8th time! Staff are great, always smiling, very friendly, food excellent and comfortable rooms... oh and of course not forgetting the fantastic location! Amanda and her staff are very welcoming, always trying to please... and that is evident with the repeat guests...

Love Grand Okan Hotel ! This is our 6th time staying here ! Lovely room with view of sea and surroundings! Great beds and pillows always kept clean ! Staff are harding working and good at their jobs looking after everyone's needs ! Hotel is near beach and town ideally situated for tourists ! And Amanda the Manager always has an open door policy to all residents who want to complain etc! Thankyou to All the Staff 👏👏

2nd vist to the Grand Okan, last visit 4 years ago, not as good as before, all still kept very clean, but starting to get dated, we stay because of the location, but exspensive for what it is, food ok, enterainment not very good at all, safety deposit box 4 euros a night, also have to pay for sunbeds on the hotel beach which is a bit poor. not as good as it was, but still ok and excellent location

Kiva ja erittäin siisti hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla. Huoneet ja yleiset tilat ovat nykyaikaiset ja siisteydestä pidetään hyvä huoli. Ravintola on monipuolinen ja vaihtelee päivittäin. Erityisen upea on jälkiruokavalikoima. Aamiainen on joka aamu aika samanlainen, mutta monipuolinen. Henkilökunta on mukavaa erityisesti ravintolassa ja altaalla. Vastaanoton henkilökunta hieman totista. Allas-alue on aika kompakti, aurinkotuoleja on hyvin, mutta altaat ovat aika pieniä. Joka ilta on tarjolla iltaohjelmaa. Hotelli kuitenkin rauhoittuu klo 23.00 mennessä. Hotellilla on oma ranta-alue, mutta aurinkotuolit ja aurinkovarjot eivät sisälly hintaan. Tuolit voi varata suoraan rannalta, mutta myös hotellin vastaanotosta jolloin hinta on edullisempi. Hotellilta on mahdollisuus myös varata aika hamamiin joka sijaitsee lähistöllä, suosittelen. Hotellia voi suositella hyvin aikuisille. Nice and very clean hotel in a good location. The rooms and common areas are modern and cleanliness is taken care of. The restaurant is versatile and changes daily. The dessert selection is especially wonderful. Breakfast is pretty much the same every morning, but varied. The staff is nice, especially in the restaurant and at the pool. The reception staff is a bit harsh. The pool area is quite compact, there are plenty of sunbeds, but the pools are quite small. There is an evening program every evening. However, the hotel calms down by 11:00 p.m. The hotel has its own beach area, but sunbeds and umbrellas are not included in the price. Chairs can be booked directly from the beach, but also at the hotel reception, where the price is cheaper. The hotel also has the option of booking an appointment for a hamam located nearby, I recommend it. The hotel can be highly recommended for adults.…

We stayed here last week of September 2023. We paid extra for a side sea view room and upon arrival were given a room on the first floor road facing. After speaking with reception we were given a sea view room however, two single beds instead of the double room we had paid for. The food in the hotel is basic and not much selection, especially at breakfast. Evening hotel entertainment is very poor. The positives for this hotel are where it is located. The beach is fantastic but you still have to pay each day to use the hotel lounges and umbrellas. Unless this hotel is to be renovated, we will not be returning!
