The Rosa Beach Thalasso and Spa garners mixed reviews, with the beachfront location winning praise from guests seeking tranquility, yet others find it too isolated. While some appreciate the entertainment and vibe, complaints about noise and maintenance issues are not uncommon. Rooms are noted for their spaciousness but cleanliness and upkeep receive criticism. The staff's service receives both accolades for friendliness and flak for inefficiency. Amenities are deemed satisfactory, though issues with sunbed availability and Wi-Fi persist. Opinions on value for money are split, reflecting inconsistencies in guest experiences.

This was truly best vacation in my life.
Hotel was amazing, clean everything looks clean and smell good.
We had a very big options to choose food.
So people's can't say there is no much food to choose from.
Hotel pool is cleaned every day and I was happy everytime I stepped in him 😇.
Rooms are cleaned every day by staff, new toilet paper, towels, soap and shampoons are changed every day.
Everything in room and whole hotel worked well.
Beach and sea are clean and water have very good temperature 🙏.
There is a many options in what to do, yoga, aqua aerobic, shows, movies, and others 🙏
The staff.... Is the best in world 😍 I never seen more friendly staff in world than here.
Everyone smiles, everyone is good, everyone wants to help you.
I was so happy there 🙏
I will never forget this vacation, and I really hope I will someday comeback.

I really don't know what negatives write here..... This vacation didn't have any negative.

I been there with FISCHER travel office.

Really recommending this hotel, and recommending to try yoga and aqua aerobic, and visit night shows too 😉

Special thanks to Kristine (sorry if I wrote your name bad) the best yoga teacher, and best show maker I ever met 🙏❤️🙏 thanks for best vacation and smile that was always on your face, and on all faces of staff ❤️

Rozhodně doporučuji, není co vytknout 🙏
Merci, dzienkujem, děkuji, дякую, спасибо

We were on a honeymoon in the hotel at 21-28 Ocotber 2022. It is really fancy and elegant hotel. We got a beauty sea view room. Our room was clean, we didn't found hair on bed or anywhere. So thank you to the cleaners for it. The music was loud indeed, unfortunately with the door closed it was hot in the room and we couldn't relax in the early evening otherwise.
The food and drinks were very good. I would especially like to point out that the tap water is drinkable in the hotel. The waiters were very nice, by the time we sat down our wine and beer was waiting for us. The food was very varied, there was something for everyone. For me I really liked the Tunisian flavours, I like spicy. The chorba soup was my favourite. In the mornings, omelettes, mirror eggs, donuts, pancakes were baked in front of us. Everything was fantastic. During lunch and dinner they freshly made the pasta with whatever ingredients who asked for it. Every night we had fish, most of the time it was freshly cooked in front of us.
The cakes were very spectacular.
From the beach bar I would like to thank Lotfi for his work, he was very attentive to us. For us he was the favourite. He is the only reason we would want to go back to the hotel for another holiday. He makes very delicious hookah and cocktails. He is the Alibaba of the hotel for us.

Mohamed the waiter was also very attentive to us, if we went to breakfast early he sorted it out as we were on several tours where we had to leave before 7am.
Two things I was not satisfied with, the snack bar part was very poor unfortunately. And the pool was starting to get algae, moss was growing on the edge of the pool.

Overall we were pleased with the service and look forward to going again

Seems alot have people are ignoring the bad points of the hotel, yeah the Animation team are great but it's not what makes a holiday. Firstly reception team are rude and unhelpful epically the women with the long dark hair if your English they have no respect for you.
The rooms air-con don't do nothing don't keep balcony doors open or you will get bitten by insects. Not sure why they bothered with a bath it's so tiny you can't even sit in it and I'm a size 10, 5 foot you will struggle to move around as the shower is over the bath.
Carpets in the hall way are filthy.
Bar staff and waiters are friendly, there's alot or flys in the restaurant even though they have fly lights they don't turn them on.
Food gets reused from lunch to mixed into dinners & the strawberry had been reused for days and went brown and sour.
If your elderly or disabled you will find it very hard getting in and out of the pool there is only one very slim rail to get out the pool in the deep end which only has 2 steps.
There's no hand rails by any steps leading from hotel to pool area.
You can not swim in the sea as they section it off which only goes up to knee high.
There's a very small shop in the hotel which they charge you what they want for things, and there is nothing for a least 5 miles drive around the hotel.
We booked all inclusive through Loveholiday the transfer took 3 and half hours to get there after dropping about 10 people to different hotels when it should have only taken 2 hrs and there was no tour guild absolute joke.

where do i start, this holiday has been a disaster on the first day i wanted to book a flight home we arrived at the hotel in the afternoon, reception staff couldn’t understand english was shown the booking and left with the phone for 15 minutes with no communication of what was happening, finally given bands and told we cannot access the room until 3pm but use facilities . We went to get a drink from the bar whilst we waited which was empty they had no soft drinks only bottled water or tequila! at 3pm we got to the room, it was filthy bins still full from the last guests bathroom was covered in mould! We are still here with 4 more nights to go and i cannot wait to go home, it was meant to be a nice relaxing break but has been problem after problem! It wasn’t until the 5th day of arriving that they cleaned the pool up until then it was not useable, we were told to just use the beach, we were told on many occasions the manager was refusing to buy chlorine, but after many complaints finally gave in. Personally i wouldnt feed the food over here to my dog, me and my partner have been living on little to nothing foodwise as the first day on arrival was given raw chicken, unless we ordered takeaway or eat out it was plain pasta and cold potatoes because food is always cold , Some days you are very lucky to find they have stocked the bar with coke and sprite but give you very small cups as theres not much at all and if you want a bottle you have to pay even though its meant to be all inclusive, staff will only bring drinks to you if paid otherwise its a 20 minute wait at the bar as normally only 1 bar tender! there are very few staff who are helpful and have made the holiday a little bit easier the young lady behind recieption has helped us ring takeaways the man in the lobby bar is really nice always happy, the animation team are really happy and welcoming the shows weren’t the best but with the little amount they get paid they make do with what they have probably the best part of the holiday apart from the chief adam he is the most disrespectful, scamming horrible human being ive ever come across how he is allowed to lead a team i do not know, in shows in the evening on many occasions hes made the tourists feel small and unwelcome, he pushed my partner after confronting him on a situation about tombola where he tried to scam us but after 3 days of chasing him we did manage to get our money back, hes just really is a vile man with no respect for anyone! How this hotel has 4 stars i will never know!!!!

If you are a fan of cleanliness and good food then I do not recommend this hotel. Rooms dirty and neglected. Dust everywhere, dirty mattress. The mirrors and the glass in the bathtub bang "wash me!" But no one seems to notice it. There is fungus on the joints in the bathroom, scale on the taps, a cracked bathtub. Cleaning ladies come every day to change towels (I recommend taking yours) but they do not always give the whole set, they only make the bed and sweep. The cabinets were broken, in the drawers I still had the remains of previous guests, even the leg of the bed was broken. The fridge in the room does not work, there is no coffee service. There are no premises mentioned in the offer, one bar in the lobby and one by the pool. The climate is poor. Wifi works only in the lobby but you can buy an internet card in the shop downstairs at the reception. When it comes to food, it is very poor, not seasoned at all, queues are terrible .. no plates and glasses both in the dining room and in the bar, we had to wait 20 minutes for drinks more than once because they had nothing to pour. Broken drinks machines, hard to get something to drink at lunchtime, unless the waiter notices it comes and refills. The area is dirty, smelly, there is garbage everywhere. In the morning and in the evening the problem with the water, once it flies only hot, then it flies poorly, then cold and finally it does not fly at all. The water in the pool was messy, salty with algae, I wore a white bikini and after getting out of the water it was green with algae. It's hard to get sunbeds at the pool and on the beach, a lot of broken ones. Cool animations, nice waiters. The only thing that is nice about this hotel is the palm tree by the beach. The hotel may have been cool but at the beginning of its operation, it is now only suitable for renovation. We are deceived, for the first time I was happy to come home from vacation. No aesthetics.

This hotel was a truly disappointing experience. I wouldn't even give it one star if I had the option. The rooms were filthy, with hair all over the floors and bathroom, and it seemed like the bedding wasn't even changed. The sink was always flooding, and the stained bath was unpleasant. Dust was everywhere, and the balcony doors were broken. The service was just as bad. Check-in took two hours, and our room wasn't cleaned or prepared properly. There was no air conditioning or Wi-Fi, leaving us unable to contact our family during the scorching heat of Tunisia. The staff's attitude was disgraceful, with discrimination and neglect apparent. The canteen lacked air conditioning, and the long queues made it challenging to get a meal. The location was isolated, requiring a taxi to reach any local shops in Monastir. The spa facility was unhygienic, with reused towels and poor standards. This hotel did not live up to its advertised amenities and definitely not worth the money spent. The positive reviews must be from locals accustomed to such treatment. As a UK tourist, I can confidently say this hotel is not suitable for tourism. My holiday experience at Rosa Beach hotel was a nightmare. The staff were incredibly rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional, showing signs of racism towards Asians and British guests. The rooms were spacious but infested with ants, and the bathrooms were dirty with stained tubs and flooded basins daily, adding to the unpleasant smell of drains throughout the hotel. The dining hall was a struggle, with long queues and limited access to water or drinks. The food was repetitive, and the bar staff lacked any sense of customer service. The only positive aspect was the animation team's effort. However, the beach dedicated to Rosa Beach was small, dirty, and littered with seaweed. Overall, it was a nasty experience, and the hotel's customer service skills need significant improvement. I would strongly advise staying away from Rosa Beach hotel, as it was a truly negative and disgusting experience that made me want to leave on day one.

I was an organizer of a youth forum that took place in this hotel. The majority of the staff were not polite at all and were screaming at the participants and the organizers ( especially the receptionist). The staff didn't respond to some basic needs of the participants, such as replacing the towels and fixing the air conditioning system of the room.

The air conditioner was not adapted to the size of the conference room where the workshops took place.

The food wasn't good at all and some participants suffered from stomach aches.

All in all, it was a horrific experience and I don't advise anyone to hold symposiums / events there.

We had an amazing time at Hotel Rosa beach because of the lovely staff members especially Hyder from the restaurant and Kareem from the bar side where he used to serve us different juices. Hyder always used to make our table ready and on our last night at the hotel he made us feel special by decorating the table with fresh flowers.
The cleaner who used to come in our room #3396 was so sweet and used to clean the room , bedding and toilet everyday .
My kids enjoyed alot because of the animation team and my daughter's favourite songs was Henna Henna , so well done to all of the animation team members.
The food was fresh and every day you can try different things .
Only thing that disappointed was the Air conditioner but I think in whole Tunisia they have issues regarding that , but we were so lucky that the weather changed and proper fresh wind was coming from our balcony ,so my husband did switched off the AC on our 4th and 5th night as room was proper cool from the breeze as our room was sea facing and plus point was that we could see the animation from our balcony also but my daughter enjoyed dancing with the team so used to go down after having dinner.
The Spa ladies were humble and polite especially Ikraam who was only 17 but lovely girl and smile on her face that my daughter went back on the last day to say bye to her but she was off on that day.
But please change the corridor carpets and put some nice lightening in the corridors towards the rooms as they look creepy at night time.
Overall I would recommend as they have indoor and outdoor pool but me and my daughter enjoyed indoor as outdoor was salty sea water.
Beach was not that pleasant as it was not clean but water was warm enough to swim.

The hotel is amazing, the rooms and all the amenities are clean, well renovated. I especially want to mention the staff of the hotel. Everyone did an amazing job of making us feel comfortable and at home, they took care of everything everyone was very nice, Tarik from the front desk, everyone in the bars, servers in the restaurant, ladies that cleaned our room and all the lifeguards that work at the hotel pool and beach.

A special thank you to the whole animation team, Leo, Mouka, Toni, Ziko, Aid, Doudi, Simo, Christina and Wael worked very hard every day to make our vacation the best possible and made sure we were never bored. Despite working during the whole day the always had a smile on their face and never failed to spare some time for a conversation and managed to prepare a fun show for us every night!

We had the best time at Rosa Beach, would recommend it to everyone, families with kids, friend groups, couples or elderly!

This hotel must have been lovely when it was first opened but it is now very run down and in need of a refurbishment. We were shocked when we arrived to see that the pool was dark green and filthy. Also the beach was covered in great piles of weed which no one had bothered to clean up. We complained at reception and after a couple of days some of the staff attempted to clean the pool. They didn’t seem to have any machines for cleaning and had to submerge themselves in the pool and manually try and clean it. After a couple of days it did look much cleaner but I still wouldn’t have risked swimming in it. Also apparently the pump was broken too. As for the beach that was cleaned the day before we left! Many of the sunbeds round the pool are broken. We did change our room to one with a sunnier aspect only to find that we had no hot water so we had to move again. On the plus side the food was very good and the staff were all lovely and very accommodating and helpful. The hotel is also quite isolated so if you want to go anywhere you really have to go by taxi or on an organised trip.
